13 Temple End. Villains revealed.

Pulling in the force energy nearby Alex started to use the Force Gateway. Defending became his new priority. "Is that all you know? A few lightsabers moves. Pathetic." Taunting the leader Alex looked around. Seeing the battle get worse as time went on his brain rain a mile a second.

The Rakata snarled. "I will show you brat! Feel my wrath!" With its offhand, the leader fired a blast of force energy that travelled out like a shockwave.

'Well, that works as well. Was hoping for lighting.' Looking back at Kirell he saw the boy dodging and throwing people around the area. With a Rakghoul heading toward him, Alex jumped back kicking it in the head.

"Thump," a dull sound rang out. The creature only stumbled back two steps before fixing itself straight. Alex had landed on the grown in front of it. Pulling Kirell towards himself both of them got ready for the attack of the Rakata. " Direct the excess in an attack around us!" Right as it arrived Alex spread his arms taking the attack head-on.

He took a gamble on the light side energy not having converted over yet. His hunch paid off. The energy once belonged to Kirell. Moving it around was doable. Somewhat. But it was costly.

"Blargh!" Alex puked out some fresh blood. A few of his bones in his chest broke. "Thanks for the offering." Smiling a bloody smile Alex stared at the Rakata. Behind him, Kirell had sent the energy knocking a few of the Rakata down. The majority was sent against the Rakghoul.

Forming the rest into a slash, the beast was cut in two.

'What is this feeling?' Alex thought to himself. The pain was clouding his senses.

"Oi Teacher! Alex is in danger!" Inferna yelled. Seeing the woman ignore her she became frustrated. Jumping on the front of a Rakghoul, she jammed her fist into its mouth. FIring the remaining fuel of the flamethrower down its throat. Already moving towards Alex, she was stopped by several Rakata. "Get out of the way vermin!"

Inferna continued to fight her way towards Alex. Something in her programming started to bother her. 'Something else is happening. But what?'

Master XoXann heard the call. However, she was treating the Jedi Masters and padawans. She was unable to get away if they were to survive. Working as fast as she could, the only solace she had was that the bond let her know Alex still was alive. 'You can do this Alex. Don't you dare die you brat!'

Master Myr fought to her left as Mace fought by the troopers. One by one the padawans started to stand up. With a glare from XoXann, they were compelled to fight in an instant. Feeling herself start to give in to her old ways, XoXann calmed herself.

"Thud," the Rakghoul's lifeless body fell to the ground.

"Here's a little of it back!" Inhaling deeply Alex exhaled immediately after. "Ahhhhh," a force scream way smaller than previous blasted out of his mouth. The force kicking him back past Kirell and the Rakghoul into a wall terminal.

'Alright already. But you better behave yourselves. First misconduct and you are dead. It will be a pain explaining everything as it is.' Reaching his hand up slowly from the wreckage Alex, eyes became blurry. "Force Gateway."

As Alex let loose the built-up energy, a small gateway opened up in the force. Out walked a few Rakghoul. Smaller in stature and more humanoid looking. One smiled at Alex before launching at the Rakata. The other three followed suit advancing.

The new Rakghoul fought with a savagery that matched the others. However, these fought with intelligence as well. The thinner ones moved through the crowd attacking as they went. The main one moved around swinging pieces of cable at the group that was near XoXann and company.

A few Rakata jumped up top trying to get at the exposed areas of the new enemy.

"Pew, pew," blaster fire from the troopers would knock them off. One-shot was lucky enough to catch one in the mouth burning through to the other side. As the tide finally turned in their favor, XoXann side started to fight with renewed strength.

"Come out already! I know you are here!" Alex said as he pulled himself out of the wreckage. On wobbly legs, he walked to the side towards a chamber that remained open. He did not notice until just now. "Are you a coward?! Show yourself!"

Out walked a Jedi Master. Complete in robes and... armor. The armor was unrecognizable to Alex. A Rakata stood in his way as he went over. With a stumble, a few of them tried to attack him.

"Sclkk," a slash-cut through left side of the head.

"Schlk," another slash went around the base of the throat.

After each was cut down, the heads separated from the body tumbling to the ground.

Cutting towards the Jedi Master Alex was hesitant.

Letting his force energy wash over the man, he felt no devices placed on him. Getting over his shock he could not believe it. "Why...? You are not under control. Why do this."

"The name is Xander." Seeing Alex's expression he smiled. "It is rude to not introduce yourself." With a push of his foot, he was now faced to face with Alex, pushing him back.

Xander's lightsaber's hummed against the blade of Alex. Alex's face was outlined by Xander's orange one.

In Xander's eyes, Alex could not help but see the clarity the man showed. No influence of another. No device turning his thoughts. No Dark Side or Light Side. This was his own doing. Alex pushed a little to the side and stepped back.

Xander was toying with him. No that is incorrect. He was testing him. Gauging him for something.

"It is Alexander. Alex to my friends!" Charging forward his lightsaber came from underneath. It was met with a parry and pushed to the side effortlessly.

As Xander did this, he closed his eyes and smirked. "You are weakened. Where is the strength from earlier you showed? Tell me... why not use a combat form? Do you realize it would be futile?"

"Peh." Alex spits on the ground as he double gripped his saber. "That is not it at all." Swinging back down in a downward arc from above it was stopped by another light parry. "The form won't work on you. You are to deep in the force to exploit anything. My own lack of training is causing this problem. But it is fine."

"What makes you think this is fine." Xander smirk disappeared as he felt the force twist around them. 'What are you up to?' Xander enjoying the fight between the two. If Alex was at full health it would have been even better.

"Force Apex!" All the dark side energy was sent out to harm the Rakghoul's and Rakata. If the others were not in the way it would be easier. Too many things going on at once. The light side energy quickly enveloped the troopers and free members of the order. With the added strength they pushed the Rakata back into a circle as they mowed them down. The other Rakghoul started to grab parts of the structure and throwing it into the circle.

Kirell moved to join Alex. "You can't take him alone! Let me help!"

Turning to him Alex wanted to yell but control himself. "Go back. The others need you more than I do. If my Master can get some wiggle room while healing it will help. Now go. Think of the lives of the others. It is more important than you getting your revenge."

"No!" Kirell struck forward. With everything thing that was going on, the dark side energy had started to cloud the boy's judgment. "He will pay for all of this! All this death is his fault!" Swinging his lightsaber wildly it was parried with ease. Throwing his blow to the side Xander frowned at Kirell.

Kirell took this as an insult. Lashing out against MAster Xander in fury. Each blow was parried easily. Kirell swung in a large arc before it was stopped. Not by a lightsaber, but by Master Xander's palm.

"Pathetic!" Master Xander cursed. His lightsaber hand moved forward as if time slowed down. The thrust went right for Kirell's heart.

Seeing it coming, Kirell felt his blood run cold. The dark side energy already leaving him. In the face of death, he felt clarity.

"Pblt, chish," the sound of sizzling flesh. The lightsaber pierced right through flesh uncontested. It was not Kirell but Alex flesh instead.

"Why?!" Kirell asked. Tears forming in his eyes.

"Kuk, because of this right here." Pointing to the Rakata. "This is my fault. Now step back. Do it now!" Alex did not have time to argue with the boy. Kirell moved away before he caused any more problems. Going to help the others, he did not know what he would do if Alex died.

The only thing keeping Alex alive was the light side energy in the room. Slowly a small light side core started to form where his heart was. He was not wrong in his assumption. The Rakata had done all of this. Kirell anger was placed on the wrong person. Xander did come off as a mastermind, but he was definitely not in charge here. It might have been a bad idea of killing the Rakata leader so quickly.

(Light Side core forming.)

Tapping Xander's lightsaber with his hilt, he watched as it flickered. When it paused more than a second he stepped back off it. The light side energy in the room gravitated towards Alex sealing the wound. The Rakghouls became even more ferocious on their attacks on the others.

It was a thin layer of flesh at best. A small push would open it up again.

Xander smile grew bigger. "Interesting Alexander. Very interesting. You are definitely the person I am looking for. " Opening his eyes he turned off his flickering lightsaber. His hand outstretched in an offering. Palm up his fingers spread to the ceiling. "Join me."

"Hah, hah, I am sorry. I must be more tired than I thought. Did you ask me to join you? Yeah no."

"It is an honest proposition. I have watched you a long time Alex. To think during all the time you trained in the temple I thought you were a hopeless case. But you have shined as of late. IN about a standard weak, you have done so much. I can show you things in the force your teacher never could."

"Considering what you have done to the locals... definitely going to go with no!"

"A means to an end, Alexander. A means to an end."

"Yeah no. This ends here." Stepping forward with the force circling his body Alex was Flanked by the remaining Jedi and his own forces.

"Then death is your choice." With a flick of his wrist, Xander released a powerful wave of force energy. Alex pushed his lightsaber forward cutting through it. The Rakghouls placed their clawed arms out front.

"Ting, ting," this did little to shield the wave. "How annoying. We will meet again Alex. Count on it." Pushing more energy outward Xander caused the remaining cables to come down. The remaining coolant covered his retreat.

(Quest ???? ????? completed. Rewards ???? ??? ???)

(Dispose of the remaining Rakata you released.)

Alex wanted to sleep but he couldn't. Turning back he attacked the Rakata. It would be a long clean up. Without their leaders, the creatures were a mindless sort even more so. XoXann and Myr had switched over to just healing now. The others kept the pressure on the remaining forces. As the hours waned it was almost over.

As the battle cleared Alex went to check on Master XoXann and Myr. Seeing them hard at work keeping the others alive still, Alex checked on his troopers. No loss limbs just major fatigue and lack of any more ammo.
