15 A few friends..

Speaking of Alex, he was in the archives. The attendant asked him if he needed help but was declined. He was looking for someone. An old friend considering how long he has been here.

He found him. Tucked away in a corner with a datapad and old documents scattered. Several plates of food to the side already eating just stacked. Three distinct piles set up.

"Hey, Moon," Alex called out. Seeing that he ignored him he walked up right behind him. "League of Legends is a ripoff game." He whispered behind.

Moon hopped up and turned around snarling. "How dare you It Is one of the.." he stopped when he realized he was not supposed to talk about the other life. Looking Alex up and down he noticed it was not the bot in control. "Alex!" He threw his hands around the man and started crying tears of joy. "Its really you. I dont believe it. Can we finally go home now!?"

"Woah man. Calm down. Come with me. Let's find a good place to talk." Walking off the two chitchatted about the current state of affairs. Making it outside around the garden area they finally stopped. "How are you?"

"I have been better. Did they tell you what all happened?"

"I know only a little. Tell me everything else." Setting in the grass Alex looked up at Moon. 'Still skinny but less happy. His smile is gone. Damn it. I need to go talk with Hunter next after this.'

Moon talked in detail about the last few years. He skirted around the most troubling subject.

"So yeah that is my story. Since then I have been in the archives looking for a way back home."

"Moon.. sit down I need to tell you something important." Watching him follows his suggestion, Moon dropped right to the ground. "The way home is complicated."

"What do you mean complicated?!"

"I can send some of us back home. Well, currently one person without it killing me outright. The stronger I get the easier it will become."

"Well, I won't weaken you considering everything that is going on," Moon said solemnly. "Is there anything else you can do?"

"I can help you with memories. But you look fine enough that I dont recommend it.."

"No do it! Suppress them so much I cant feel them anymore!" Moon said happily.

"That is not recommended. As I was saying."

"Just do it!" Moon grabbed him. "Just do this for me. I want to forget them. The life of a dusk raider was terrible. I lost my family I made. The clan was wiped out. Just because we were passing through the area."

"That cant be the only reason. Did you get the Republic to help you? Or the Order to help?"

"The Republic does not have jurisdiction where we were. As for the Order.. that is not the type of things they do." Looking pleadingly at Alex, Moon's voice became stern. "They have only helped me with fighting the depression. Making " peace" as they called it."

"Fine. I will help you suppress it. After a few months, we will check on this again. No matter what Moon, Denial will not help you in this especially as a Force Sensitive person."

Placing his hands around Moon's ears, Alex channeled the light and dark side of the force.

'Force Apex, Force Cleanse, Force Rewrite' Alex thought each ability as he used them in order. AN hour later he finished. A small trace of light side energy traveled inside of him bolstering his light core.

"It is done."

Blinking his eyes slowly, Moon removed his hood. Staring at the sun he stretched in relief. "Thanks, I can work now at least."

"Work on what?"

"Christian had me looking for different force weapons in the archives. So far I have found a few technologies that help speed up force healing people. Nothing major." Moon's voice turned more pleasant.

"Why in the world... no scratch that. I do not want to know about it. Just don't hand over anything dangerous." Alex moved to the ground. "Ok serious stuff over. Tell me about your days at the temple."

The two spent a few hours talking about the various days. Moon had nicer information compared to Alex's current stories.

Master XoXann stood in the temple veranda. She just ended a call when she zoomed in on Alex and Moon talking. A smile formed on her face. "It is good to see you smile my apprentice." Feeling a presence she turned to the side. "Oh, it is you. What is that you want?" Turning back she turned her attention back towards the other two. "Stalker are you still causing mischief."

"Of course I am. Hehe." Naes said coming from the shadows. Moving to the verdana, he stopped to see the two down below. "I am glad he was able to get Moon out of his rut. Alex was always good at that. Getting us out of our shells. Hopefully, this does not get him killed."

"It won't. It will make him stronger. Did you get the Council distracted?"

"Yes. They only want Alex to take a padawan now. I know it is a bad idea too. Trust me. I spoke out against it." Naes said feeling XoXann tense up. "They will let it go for now. His aptitude is bothering them. Considering you will be leaving to take care of "that" issue, I think they will have another Jedi Master assign to where he goes."

"Heh." XoXann snorted. "They can do whatever. With a bad push, we can take over the temple here in a month. They better reel themselves in." Feeling herself loose control of her emotions she relaxed. "It has been a long few weeks. Best to relax before I leave." Turning to walk away she handed a Holocron to Naes. "Payment. This time a higher-end one. Goodluck mastering it."

Naes watched as she walked away. 'One of these days I will figure out who you are. But till then I can relax knowing we are not enemies. I wonder what teachings are inside.' Smiling to himself Naes couldn't wait to return to his room. With a glance at Alex and Moon, he smiled. 'If he only knew what was happening, I think he will loose his mind. You must become stronger Alex. I dont know how much longer I can help from the shadows.' Right as Naes started to walk he received a communication. "What do you need?"

"I am sorry Master. But there is trouble!" The hooded figure said. "They have found the sector the baby is in."

"I am on my Way!" Rushing to the spaceport all thoughts about the Holocron and everything else know longer matter anymore. Alex would get the message from him once he was long gone. A very weird conversation for later.

Alex made it down to the cells below. Inside he saw Hunter. The room was trashed and Hunter was walking around seething. Alex would have thought it was funny in any other circumstance. He really was doing the whole sith pacing thing from the games.

"Hunter its me Alex. What the hell do you think you have been doing?? Going around killing people. Have you lost your ever loving mind?" Alex yelled at the man in the cell.

"Holy crap its really you. Long time no see buddy." Hunter said smiling. He was not fooling anyone. Alex could tell the smile was fake. "Ok, I thought it was all a joke. Wasnt until Christian talked to me did I realize this was not a dream. You think if I said I was sorry it would work?"

"No. I have no idea how to get you out of this really." Alex felt his energy leave him from the small exchange. This was going to be a pain in the ass. "Seriously the screaming and yelling didnt give you pause? How about getting shot and stabbed?"

"Well.. there were a few times but.. eh." Hunter shrugged. "You think my dad will be mad when I get home?"

"Boi!" Alex said smacking his hands in front of him, pointing at the young man. "You killed so many people and your thinking about that?"

"Well.. they were bad guys. So it should be ok."

"What do you mean bad guys?"

"The voice told me they worked for Palpatine. So killing them and there family members were completely justifiable. " Hunter said smiling. "I am the good guy here."

"I.. what voice? What did it sound like?" Alex was intrigued. For the next two hours they talked about the voice and what Hunter had been up to. A force voice had been leading him around dismantling the future plots of several would be with menace. Definitely begged the question of who.

Alex stepped closer to the cell. "Put your hands directly up and just relax." Seeing Hunyer just stand there, Alex got upset. "Just humor me you little mass murderer you."

Hunter put his hands up and felt he Dark side of the force leave him slowly. He tried to resist but the voice took control and told him to accept it. With him no longer resisting it was much easier for Alex to absorb it.

Slowly time trickled pass with the light within Hunter growing. He felt remorse for what was going on, but still had enough Dark side left in him that it only bothered him for a minute or so.

"That is enough." Inferna said. Alex did think he had done enough but stopped once he saw his hands. They were pale white. Almost Alabaster in tone. "Time for rest. No more helping anyone else." To prove her point she tased him.

"Bzzt," Alex dropped like a sack of potatoes. Inferna looked at Hunter and scanned him for a few seconds. Getting all the data she needed, she picked up Alex and left.

Hunter sat back down and started to meditate. He couldnt gather enough force because of the cells, but he could work on himself now. At that time his System spoke up.

(Congratulations you have found the Sith Nexus, defend with your life. Rewards on hold until freedom is obtained.)

'Alex is what?!' Hunter almost lost at that bit of news. 'Wait how the hell. I suppose to get my freedom?'

(If you agree to remain in his custody, freedom will be at hand.)

'Alright I agree. Anything better than this.' Hunter thought happily.

At that moment Hunter felt a core form inside him basked in light. All his dark side energy was encased inside.

(This will hide your dark side from others. However Dark side masters can still sense it.)

Hunter was getting ready to respond when someone entered the room. It was a Jedi Master who didnt know the name of. Neither did he care to. The master opened the cell and walked away.

'Right not taking that obvious bait. Just gonna wait here till the morning and my meal Is delivered.'Relaxing against the wall. Hunter returned to his meditation. He found he could now access his inventory once again.

The next morning.

"Beep, beep," the door to Alex room opened. Inferna had her flamethrower train on the person who entered. It was XoXann.

"Easy there hostile droidca. I hear to deliver a message to my apprentice." She stepped forward but then stepped ba k once she saw the droid didnt relax its guard. "You cant be serious? You know I can crush you into scrap metal right?"

"Go for it. But I will leave you with burns your force healing can never fix. Deliver your message and be gone to whatever crap you have to do." Inferna was not intimdate. Espec6since the metal in her exoskeleton absorbed force energy. She could crush her, not destroy her. "I dont think you have his best intrest at heart anymore. Especially since it was your fault we were in that shithole for so long."

"Tch. it was a chance for him to get stronger. Surely he can not still be mad?"

"He is not. But I am."

"Well I am sorry. Believe me, I have everything to lose if he dies. I just want the best for him."

"Mmmh,' Alex grumbled as he started to wake up.

"We can discuss this later." XoXann said calmly. "Just wake him up."

"Fine." Inferna sad moving to the bed while facing XoXann. "Oh, hopeless one, wake up. That bit.. I mean your teacher is here."

"Ugh, alright just give me a minute." Alex said flipping over. "Crap didnt know you were in here."

"Are you that relaxed that you have your guard down?"

"Tch, just .. no your right." Alex said rubbing his neck. "Just nightmares is all." Flexing his force energy, he became alert. "Is that better?"

"Yes." XoXann voice became soft as she was concerned. "What kind of nightmares?"
