Disturbance in the Force II

"He watched the fall of the Republic... He foresaw the fall of an Empire and witnessed its rise and its division. However, he saw an anomaly." The inquisitor spoke as she continued to close in towards the newly proclaimed Emperor.

"It wasn't supposed to divide like this, not this greatly."

A flash of another image appeared in his mind. A disfigured humanoid's face. Someone who he had been making contingencies against. Snoke, Future leader of the First Order, three decades from present.

Tobias huffed quietly to himself as he ignored the Inquisitor as she came walking towards him with her weapon at the ready. His eyes were locked on Kraytia, "Right..."

The girl he had found in the casket was none other than the Jedi before him. She had always been abnormal, but that was normal for eccentric force users. Let alone former Jedi who had mingled with the dark side of the force. Compared to the Inquisitor however, she didn't seem to have fallen to dark side corruption.

This happened without warning. He simply didn't see this coming as he was paying less and less attention to the wookiepedia system. However he did notice the Apprentice's disappearance following the capture of the Sith Inquisitor.

It was rather odd to him, since he barely saw her afterward. There was little interaction and she barely ever returned to her room. Had she been plotting all of this? Or had she simply been waiting while playing a role?

The emperor was burning his mind inside out, thinking of how this happened. He knew that the Wookiepedia wrote and rewrote itself during changes of the timeline.

"You've been acquainted with the Dark Entity, Snoke, I presume... A Dark Jedi being plucked from Orto Plutonia's Republic Base Ruins by Rogue scavengers and ending up in the hands of a Hutt." He smiled coy, brief thoughts of the times he had spent with the people around him, mostly around his apprentice. The time where he taught her the flaws in modern lightsaber combat, as the forms were originally designed for heavy ended, force imbued, swords.

"Did you even know you were going to be standing against me, Kraytia?"

The white haired female simply stared at him for a few moments and let out a soft sigh as she shook her head slightly. It seemed she knew this was going to happen eventually. The reluctance to engage him directly was seen clearly however. Hesitation.

"You were planted, like a seed. You grew, like a piece of ivy, a parasite. You were to assimilate and destroy from within." Tobias spoke of this realization as he didn't seem to lower his weapon at all. "You simply followed, bonded and now you're letting go."

Kraytia's eyes squinted at his poetic verbality. "It's a little late for that, don't you think?"

"He's watching, through you, isn't he?" Tobias spontaneously pointed out as he began to feel a hidden presence. "He's always been watching..."

Kraytia's head jerked to the side slightly as she looked away from him. It wasn't because of what he had said. It was because she had received a command. Their defeat had been foreseen, they had become expendable. Though she knew, destiny wasn't permanent. It could always be averted with the correct sequence of events.

That's when the Duo charged towards hims, Kraytia a few paces behind the Third Sister.

Tobias changed his stance, his saber brought to his side as he bent his knees ever so slightly. Clearly, this was a stance that could be used for bisecting someone with a long swing.

This was another uncharacteristic move of his. Kraytia could still sense there was something off. Everytime she tried to use her foresight to get a glimpse into the future, she saw a scrambled variety of attacks and possibilities.

Could it be that he was using the force to interfere in her force sight? She cringed slightly at the idea. Just as they were a few meters away from clashing with him, she felt the pressure from him using the force.

His movements were a blur. In order to match him, they also augmented their own speed with the force. First the Inquisitor engaged him, their lightsabers locked almost immediately, only for him to kick her back and send her sliding along the polished floor with a grunt. A light squeaking sound emanating from the friction.

Kraytia came to a stop just outside his light saber's three foot radius.

"When did you meet him?"

The traitor blinked at her former master as she heard this question. Why did he care, or want to know this piece of information? From her knowledge, he couldn't change anything. It wouldn't change anything.

Frowning at her as she didn't answer and just stood there with a blank look in her eyes, he stretched out his lightsaber holding hand and lightly prodded her weapon with his own. The sound of their weapons touching crackled throughout the hangar.

She returned the frown with one of her own. She could sense his emotions, they weren't unstable, yet they weren't even being suppressed. She didn't feel anger, nor hate from him. There was just this sting of betrayal, curiosity and above all he was having... a bit of nostalgia? Why was her betrayal making him yearn for something?

"What goes on in your head?" Kraytia sneered finally after a few minutes of a staring contest.

The third sister had already collected herself and got to her feet. She encircled the two of them, watching their interactions. Kraytia had made sure she had gotten out of the prison section without much of a problem. Though they had not been originally aligned with each other until recently.

"Needless violence and violation. Mercy and Vindication. Peace and chaos, harmony and tranquility." His voice sounded of a riddle, yet his eyes told no lies. He couldn't help, but turn his frown upside down, he pointed his weapon at her once again as if he was going to start fencing with her like any other aristocrat in the Imperial Navy.

Both of the girls seemed confused at this statement, more so Kraytia since she was expecting a more simple answer than what she had been given. It seemed he was purposely over sophisticating things.

"Sounds like it's everywhere..." The Third Sister responded, as she could relate to the fantasies in her head. Peace and violence. One day she can see herself slaughtering everyone around her, other days she could see herself coexisting.

Fantasies and thoughts were fleeting, always changing.

"Teh... You're both insane," Kraytia muttered to herself, she seemed relatively serious compared to how she had always been before. Jesting about the Emperor's antics, listening to music and humorously cracking jokes toward or about people.

"Stop poking the Beehive, already!" Kraytia screeched, and smacked the prodding lightsaber blade away from her with her own weapon. She took a hop back as the Third Sister rushed in and clashed with the Emperor once more.

"Keh," Tobias scoffed and took a few skips back as he deflected the Inquisitor's attacks with ease, using mere swift movements of his wrist.

The lightsaber was an energy weapon, the only mass being the hilt and its internal workings. One didn't necessarily need to make large swings or put weight into the weapon unless they wanted to get flashy and overwhelm their targets with flamyouancy.

The female inquisitor continued to attack him with a barrage of frontal attacks. An arm would occasionally lunge over the Inquisitor's shoulder though, attempting to stab the man, but he was easily capable of dodging.

The hangar was one of the worst places for them to attack him. Not only did he have a home field advantage, but the entire hangar was empty of people and most of the fighters were hanging above them. Shuttles weren't close to them either. So they were out in the open, with no real way to physically corner him at all.

"This fight feels like its being done by some filthy casuals," Tobias snickered to himself as he continued to dodge and deflect the attacks. Mainly rolling backward, smacking the weapon away; all of his movements were enhanced with the use of the force. "Lets end this..."

Angered by his words of insult, the Inquisitor landed a punch against his chest and sent him flying across the floor with the side of the force. He barrel rolled across the deck and finally landed on all fours after several moments.

Panting slightly, he stood up quickly without much hesitation.

In that singular point in time, Kraytia's eyes moved to the man's hand as she saw and heard the crackling of a green light. "What was that...?" From her time training with him, she had never seen him use anything akin to Force Lightning. Yet, she could feel that it wasn't the same as Sith Lightning which had once been used by Dooku many times.

"I'll kill you!" The Inquisitor bellowed as she began to run towards him once again, though after several strides, she tried to skid to a stop as she took in his indifferent expression into consideration.

It was too late however, as he reached out a hand as he expelled tendrils of emerald lightning from his fingertips. Much like typical lightning attacks through the force, it engulfed the girl and sent her flying back several feet, before convulsing on the ground.

His dark brown eyes then rested on his former apprentice who held her weapon in a defensive stance, as if attempting to protect against a blow to the face.

"Tell me everything?" He held no remorse for killing her, the Inquisitor. His sights were now entirely on Kraytia.
