4 Knowledge: Rankings

For this story I had to do some research and a lot of math and conversions to create a kind of tool to measure all my characters strength and in order to control the pace of the story and the growth speed.
I'll be updating this list as the story progresses to reveal more ranks.
m/s = meters per second. mph= miles per hour. M/s= miles per second.
lbs = pounds
W = watts. kW = kilowatts
Ranks:
-Unranked: (2 years per stat point after 10)
Stats: 10 - 196
Strength: 100lbs - 1,960lbs
Speed: 2.24 m/s - 43.81 m/s
Energy: 100W - 1.96kW
Range: 14.33 yards - 19.5 yards
Lifespan: 100 years - 472 years
-A rank: (2.5 years per stat point)
Stats: 197 - 392
Strength: 1,970lbs - 1.96 tons
Speed: 44.03 m/s - 87.62 m/s
Energy: 1.97kW - 3.92kW
Range: 19.53 yards - 24.94 yards
Lifespan: 576.5 years - 1,055 years
-B rank: (3 years per stat point)
Stats: 393 - 786
Strength: 1.97 tons - 3.93 tons
Speed: 87.84 m/s - 175.69 m/s
Energy: 3.93kW - 7.86kW
Range: 24.97 yards - 35.89 yards
Lifespan: 1,249 years - 2,428 years
-C rank: (3.5 years per stat point)
Stats: 787 - 1,573
Strength: 3.94 tons - 7.87 tons
Speed: 175.91 m/s - 351.6 m/s
Energy: 7.87kW - 15.73kW
Range: 35.92 yards - 57.75 yards
Lifespan: 2,819.5 years - 5,570.5 years

Source Notes:(There may be some errors in my math since it's been awhile)
-Strength:
stats -> men -> lbs -> tons
stats/10= men * 100= lbs/2,000= tons
10/10=1*100=100lbs/2,000=0.05 tons
Average person has about 10 stats points per category.
The average person can lift 100lbs.
-Speed:
Average walking speed is 4mph, but I'll make it 5mph for this story.
Stats -> men -> mph -> m/s -> M/s
Stats/10= men*5= mph/2.237= m/s /1,609= M/s
-Energy:
Average person produces 100W of energy while at rest. Humans can sustain 300W-400W comfortably over the period of a few minutes. In very short bursts of energy, some humans can output over 2,000W.
Resting= 100W. Active= 400W. Bursts= 2,000W.
Stat board will show resting energy as their base amount and the rank of this stat is based of how much energy they can produce while at rest.
10 Stat points = 1 man = 100W. Stats*10= Watts.
People in this story will be able to use energy to enhance themselves. Subconsciously they will always be using 100W of energy, but their recovery rate while at rest(not in a fight or training) will make it unnoticeable. During training or battles, if they enhance their bodies more, they'll expend 400W of energy. The can temporarily expend 2,000W of energy in short bursts to increase the damage they cause. The short burst of energy is normally caused by them using a technique or spell.
-Range:
Average range of sight is 20ft. Average range of smell is 10ft. Average range of hearing is 100ft. Adding these numbers together and dividing by 3 shows that the average range of senses is 43ft. Range is the total of their senses working together to give them a sort of 6th sense and awareness of their surroundings within their range. Some are more aware than others.
Stats/12= feet. 10 stat points= 1 man= 43ft. 1 stat point after 10= 1 inch. 12 stat points= 1 foot.
((stats-10)/12)+43= feet/3= yards/1,760= miles.
-Lifespan:
Lifespan= 100 years= 1 man= 10 stat points.
((stats-10)*years)+100= Lifespan.
There are more references and math that I used to get the stat points and conversion numbers, but it would be a major spoiler to reveal that right now.
