18 Chapter 18: Jealous.

Finally after two weeks, Daisy was allowed to go to the university. She woke up early and even woke Xavier. "Babygirl, you're too excited to go to the university, huh?", he asked while drying her hairs with the hairdryer.

She nodded excitedly and said, "Because I'm going to meet my friends after more than two weeks. You kept me to you for so long." He smiled and pecked on her cheek. "I want to keep you only to myself, my little wife", he whispered.

"Don't go to university today. We will have some fun at home", he whispered in a low seductive tone. "Nooooo. I've already taken a long leave. No more. Also, today some guest is gonna come and I'm excited for the seminar", she said in an excited tone.

"Who's coming?", he asked with a smile. "I don't know. My friends just said that someone is coming", she said wondering. He nodded with a known smile.

She put on a grey cross wrap up crop top and black skater skirt with boots. Her hairs were let down. She applied eye liner and nude pink lipstick. She turned and saw Xavier ready. He was wearing a black three piece suit and white shirt inside with black tie and black gloves.

She was mesmerized by his looks. He smirked and leaned down to her left ear as he whispered, "The offer is still valid. We can just stay in the room, Babygirl." Her ears turned red hearing his words. He kissed on her left cheek and stood straight.

Her face was all red. "We should go", she immediately took her bag and walked out making him chuckle. He followed her downstairs. During the breakfast, she kept leaning on his shoulder as she was sleepy.

Since she was so excited to meet her friends, she didn't sleep properly last night. She kept talking to Xavier about everything. He eagerly listened to her but in the end now she's sleepy while he's fresh. Only three or four hours of sleep is enough for him but since she came he has been sleeping properly.

"Are you sleepy?", he asked as they sat in the car. She nodded. He pulled her on his laps and kept her head on his chest as she fell asleep. They reached her university but he didn't wake her. He woke her when only 10 minutes were left for her first class.

She stretched her arms like a kitten and smiled at him. "Take care and call me if anything happens", he said caressing her hairs and kissed on her forehead. She nodded and gave him a quick kiss on his lips then walked out.

She met her friends and went for her first lecture. By 10:30 AM her lectures were over. The seminar was at 11. She went to the cafeteria and got herself a strawberry shake. The whole time she kept closing her eyes.

They went to the auditorium 15 minutes prior to the seminar. Daisy and her friends sat on the third row from the front. Daisy's friends were on the right of her and beside her sat Brent. Within five minutes she fell asleep.

The guest arrived by sharp 11 AM and it was none other Xavier Knight. As soon as he entered, his eyes were on his girl who was fast asleep. All the students stood up and gave a round of applause for him but she was sleeping.

All the girls in the auditorium came to attend the seminar just because Xavier was coming while boys came for business. The seminar went well for three hours. The host asked relevant questions which would be beneficial for the students to know about.

"If anyone wants to ask any question, please go ahead", the host said to everyone. Many students stood up especially girls. They wanted him to glance at them but he answered with an aloof face not giving any other reaction.

Hearing all the noises, Daisy started moving a bit and she woke up. She stretched her arms and rubbed her eyes. "Ms. Evans, you want to say something?", the host asked looking at her. She blinked a few times before looking forward.

Daisy stood up and looked at the man in front who was looking at her with a smile. Her eyes sparkled looking at him. "Bad wolf", subconsciously she said excitedly on the microphone in her hand. Everyone turned to her. There was drool on the corner of her lips.

"What do you mean by bad wolf?", the host asked. Daisy was embarrassed. "Let's get to the point", Xavier said coldly to the host. Daisy thanked him in mind. "Will you accept our university's students in your company?", Daisy asked whatever came to her mind.

"Why not!? There are many bright students in this university so I'd like to take some students for intern", Xavier answered with a smirk which indirectly meant he'd love her to join his company.

"That's all", she said and sat down. She sighed deeply. "Your face", Brent pointed at the corner of her lips. She realised what he meant and started rubbing. Brent held her hand and said, "Don't rub so furiously."

She nodded and took her hand away. Xavier saw everything and gritted his teeth. He so wanted to go and break Brent's hand for touching his girl. Immediately he ordered the host to end the seminar.

Xavier stood up from the couch and walked down the stage. Daisy was looking at her mobile and didn't notice that Xavier was coming towards her. Everyone thought that he would scold her for sleeping when he was speaking.

He squatted down in front of her. His one hand supported him by holding the seat while the other hand held her face. She looked up and smiled. He removed his gloves and gently wiped her lips with his thumb. Everyone were shocked. She was the most arrogant girl of the university and Xavier Knight hated such people but here he was gentle with her.

"You fell sleep while I wanted you to speak to me the most", he complained. "Sorry", she looked down and said in a very low tone. "But it was your fault. Why didn't you tell me you were coming?", she complained and pouted.

"My bad", he said with a smile. "I want to have chocolate milkshake", she said and stood up. She didn't care if anyone knows about their relationship or talks bad about her because she knew that this man here will protect her from everything.

"Guys, let's go", Daisy said to her friends. She held Xavier's hand tightly and walked out with him. She was being jealous as all the girls were staring at him. Her actions made Xavier smile and hold her even tighter.

"Why don't you cover your face like your hands?", she scolded him as they came out of the hall. "Is my Babygirl jealous?", he teased and pinched her nose. She pouted and nodded. He chuckled and patted her head.

"Mr. Knight, I had some questions to ask", a girl wearing a revealing dress approached Xavier. He didn't even glance at her and kept his eyes on Daisy. "Mr. Knight", the girl called out again.

Xavier looked at her with cold eyes. "When you had time you didn't ask so don't bother now", he said coldly and turned to Daisy. "I'm sorry, Mr. Knight. I just...", he walked out before she could say further.

They went to the cafeteria where Daisy's friends were already there. Xavier glared at Brent which made Brent uncomfortable. Xavier sat between Brent and Daisy. "Babygirl, why don't we go to some restaurant?", Xavier asked gently. Daisy nodded.

They all went to the restaurant nearby and ordered lunch. "Babygirl, should I feed you?", Xavier asked gently. Daisy shook her head and ate herself disappointing him. "Mr. Knight, are you just friend of Daisy?", Vinnie asked slowly. Daisy nodded before Xavier answered.

"Mr. Knight, I think you shouldn't meddle in her life. There are already many people in the university who don't like her. You know that girls are head over heels towards you that will create problems for Daisy", Brent spoke politely. Xavier glared at him.

"You don't have to tell me what to do. As for meddling in her life, I have every right. Is being her husband enough for me to meddle in her business?", Xavier spoke in a cold voice. "Husband?", everyone choked.

"Babygirl, wanna say something?", he turned to Daisy. "Bad wolf... I mean Xavier and I are married", Daisy said slowly. "And you didn't tell us?", Liana glared. "Speak politely", Xavier glared at Liana making her shiver.

"I'm sorry, guys. Many things happened and I couldn't tell you guys but I and bad wolf are together. Married", Daisy said holding Xavier's arm and leaned onto him. He loving stroked her hairs and placed a gentle kiss on her head.

After the lunch, Xavier asked his assistant to clear up all his schedule as he wanted to go for shopping with Daisy. Last time they couldn't do it but this time he would make sure no one bullies his little wife.

As they went to the mall, it was cleared so that no one will disturb them however only VIP customers could enter. A lady came towards Xavier and started flirting with him which enraged Daisy. She was looking at some dress but stopped.

"You're enjoying a lot with her. Do it. I'll go find myself another man too", Daisy said in an angry tone then walked away. Xavier stared at her then quickly went behind her. "Babygirl, I wasn't enjoying. Really", he tried but she was too angry.

She saw a guy who was younger than Xavier, maybe 23 or 24. She walked towards him and asked, "Wanna be my boyfriend?" The guy stared at her. He was from a rich family and liked Daisy as she was beautiful and had great body.

"Babygirl, don't go overboard", Xavier warned but Daisy ignored him and looked at the guy. "I'm Daisy. Be my boyfriend", she said. "I'm Theo. What's Mr. Knight doing here?", Theo asked looking at Xavier. Daisy looked behind at Xavier who looked like an angry beast.

"Let's ignore him", she said and smiled at Theo which just angered Xavier more. Theo was about to hold Daisy but Xavier pulled her to him and kissed on her lips forcefully. She tried to push him but he was stronger of course.

"I dare you to go and find another man", Xavier warned. "Whoever you are, just stay away her or it will be your last day in this world", Xavier glared at Theo who gulped in fear and quickly nodded.

"So bad. You can't even protect your girlfriend. I break up with you", Daisy said to Theo and pushed Xavier as she walked out of there. Xavier glared one last time at Theo then followed Daisy.

"Damn, no wonder he's on top. He's so intimidating. Really the King", Theo heaved a sigh in relief.

Daisy walked out and started looking around. She couldn't find a suitable man for herself. "Is anyone ready to be my boyfriend?", she yelled. Everyone in the mall stopped. All the men in the mall stared at her from top to toe.

A man in his mid thirties came forward. "I can be your boyfriend", he said in a lustful way. Daisy stared at him then said, "No you're much more older than him and I said I'd get someone younger."

The man came forward and started touching her arms and face. She furrowed her brows and pushed his hand away but he still touched her. "I can satisfy you more than your ex boyfriend", he said seductively but it irritated her.

Suddenly, a gunfire was heard and the man touching Daisy fell on the floor. He was shot on the forehead. "I dare anyone touch her", came a dangerous voice from behind Daisy.
