11 Chapter 11: Keep your eyes off her.

Ronald, the attending doctor greeted Xavier and hugged him. "Treat her injury. It's a deep wound", Xavier said in a voice void of any emotion. He made Daisy sit on the couch in the cabin.

"Okay but who's she?", Ronald asked curiously. "Keep your curiosity for later and treat her first. She lost a lot of blood", Xavier said coldly. Ronald nodded and quickly checked Daisy's wound.

"It's deep. If the glass would have pierced a little more deep it would have been really bad for her", Ronald said in a professional way. The glass shreds were broken and pierced into her palm.

Ronald slowly started taking out each shred. Daisy hissed in pain as he took out the first piece. "Be careful. You're hurting her", Xavier yelled at Ronald whose jaws dropped hearing the words.

Xavier sat beside her to the left and caressed her hairs slowly. "You'll be alright, Babygirl. Don't look there", he said and embraced her buring her face into his chest. Ronald was dumbfounded but continued to do his job.

Daisy gripped Xavier's suit jacket tightly to suppress the pain and even started biting his chest. "You okay, Babygirl?", he asked seeing her reaction. She sniffled as she nodded into his chest.

"Babygirl, don't take my clothes into your mouth. They are dirty from earlier in that place", Xavier said and made her take his shirt out of her mouth. He didn't care if the shirt had her saliva but he was worried that she will eat the dirt.

"Bad wolf, it hurts", her voice was soft like a small child. She looked up with teary eyes and sniffled. "Don't worry, it will be fine", he said and made her snuggle into his chest. As Ronald pulled the last and the biggest piece she screamed in pain.

Seeing her in pain, Xavier's heart ached. He kissed the top of her head and patted her back. "Ah", she yelped as Ronald started cleaning her wound. She even tried to close her palm many times.

"Let me do it", Xavier said to Ronald. Ronald nodded. Xavier removes his gloves and took Daisy's right hand into his hands. She was like a small doll that looked like she would break even with a little force.

"Don't look down, okay", Xavier said to Daisy. She gave a small nod and looked at his face. He took the cotton and started cleaning her wound. She hissed in pain and tried to pull her hand back but he held her hand firmly yet gently.

"Bad wolf", she called out softly. He looked up. "Can we just wrap it?", she asked slowly. "We need to clean it properly, Babygirl. Or it will be infected", he spoke very gently making Ronald choke. Xavier glared at him.

"But it hurts", she said in a pained tone. Xavier sighed and hugged her. "I told you not to pierce it deeper. Why didn't you listen to me?", he said while lightly patting her back as he gestured Ronald to clean the wound quickly.

Ronald nodded and started doing the work quickly. "I'm sorry... ouch... ah", she said and suddenly yelped as Ronald cleaned her wound as gently as possible. She was about to turn but Xavier held the back of her head and pulled her into a deep kiss.

Ronald's eyes widened but he continued to do treat the wound. Xavier kissed her gently as he cupped her face with one hand and held her firmly with the other. Daisy would bite his lips whenever she felt too much pain.

Xavier let go of her once Ronald was done. Daisy looked down and saw her hand bandaged. "Are you okay, Babygirl?", Xavier asked in a concerned tone. She nodded while her eyes were fixed on his hand that she bite.

"Bandage his hand. He was bleeding", she said to Ronald pointing at Xavier's left hand. "Damn, what happened to your hand, bro?", Ronald asked looking at Xavier's hand which was bitten really hard.

"It's my fault. I bite him", Daisy said looking down. Ronald was speechless. His friend who never let anyone even touch even his hair let this little girl bite him so hard. He never saw Xavier behaving like how he did today. Xavier was cold and ruthless for everyone but today for this little girl he was so gentle and even let her call him a bad wolf.

"Doctor, please treat his wound. I hurt him a lot", Daisy said in a sad tone. Ronald was in awe looking at her cute face. She was a like a baby. Really a Babygirl like Xavier called her. "I'm fine, Babygirl. You didn't hurt me", Xavier said with a smile.

Ronald's eyes went wide looking at the smile Xavier just gave. It was natural and gentle not the devilish or cold one that Xavier always had. "No, bad wolf. You're hurt. I'll not talk to you if you don't treat your hand", Daisy said with a cute look.

Ronald looked at her with a smile. "What are you looking at?! She's my wife. My little wife. Keep your eyes off her", Xavier said coldly. Daisy looked at the two with a confused look while Ronald was beyond shocked.

"Can you repeat what you said?", Ronald asked rubbing his finger on his ears. "You heard it right. She is MINE. My wife. Daisy Xavier Knight", Xavier said in a possessive tone. Ronald eyes were ready to pop out of sockets hearing the words.

"Little girl, what's your age? Are you even an adult?", Ronald turned to Daisy. "I'm an adult. I'm 20", Daisy said with a pout. "20? Are you serious? You're a kiddo. So cute", Ronald laughed and patted her head.

"Hands off", Xavier glared. Ronald immediately pulled his hand back before they were broken. "So you're that little kitten who bite his cheek last time", Ronald said with a chuckle. Daisy blushed remembering how she bite his cheek last time.

"Are you done?! We are leaving now", Xavier said and stood up but Daisy held his hand and made him sit back. "We have to treat your wound or I'll not go with you and will never talk to you again", she said looking at Xavier.

Xavier sighed and agreed. "Wow, he can also be controlled. You little girl really is something. Only you can tame this beast like man. You both are the perfect example of beauty and the beast", Ronald said with a smile.

He started dressing Xavier's hand while Daisy kept looking at Xavier with hurtful eyes. "Is it painful?", she asked softly. Xavier turned to her and gave a slight nod even though he didn't feel any pain. He was shot many times and even stabbed and saved from death, this small wound was nothing to him.

Daisy hugged him while he rested his head on her chest. Ronald was speechless. Daisy patted Xavier's head and comforted him just like he did to her. "Bad wolf, I'm sorry", she said with a sad look.

"What for, Babygirl?", he asked softly as he looked up. "I hurt you and even called you monster. You're not a monster. I said so many bad things to you but still you care for me. I'm sorry, bad wolf. I was wrong", she said looking down.

"You don't look good when apologizing. Throw tantrums, that's when you look cute. Get spoiled by me, that's what you should do not apologize, Babygirl", he said and gave a peck on her nose.

"I'll give her an injection so that there will be less chances of infection", Ronald said and Xavier nodded but Daisy shook her head. "I don't want to take an injection. It will hurt", she whined looking cutely at Xavier.

"Babygirl, it won't work. You've to get the injection", Xavier said. She shook her head and made a cute puppy face. "My little wife, just close your eyes and hold me", he said gently. Daisy shook her head.

"Be good", Xavier said patting her head. She started crying loudly like a child. "Bad wolf, you don't love me. It will hurt me. The injection will hurt me. I don't want it", she started throwing tantrums.

"If it hurts you then I'll beat him", Xavier said to her. Ronald gave a surprised look. For your little wife, I've to sacrifice myself?! Ronald thought and felt like crying just like Daisy but he knew that would increase his friend's anger rather than melting him like Daisy could do.

"I don't want to take the injection", she whined. "Do you know there's a new ice cream shop? It has really good ice cream. I'll take you there if you get the injection", Xavier said as if convincing a four year old kid.

"Really?", she asked excitedly and he nodded. "I'll get you many chocolates and sweets. Anything you want", he said with a smile. "But still it will hurt", she said with a pout. "If you love me then you'll take the injection", he said.

"Bad wolf, I hate you", she punched him but he didn't feel anything from her small and soft fist. "Okay, you hate me but I love you", he said with a smile. They were behaving as if Ronald wasn't there.

It looked as if Xavier got his little girl to the doctor who wasn't ready to take the injection and Ronald was the helpless doctor. As if Xavier was the adult boyfriend who got his underaged girlfriend to the doctor.

Finally, Daisy agreed to take the injection. She held Xavier's jacket's sleeve tightly and closed her eyes. "Done", Ronald said. Daisy opened her eyes slowly and asked, "Done?" The two nodded with a smile.

"I told you it won't hurt", Xavier said with a smile. She smiled and nodded. "Ain't I a good doctor?", Ronald asked proudly. Daisy nodded while Xavier glared at him. "I'm Ronald Davis, your bad wolf's friend", Ronald said teasing Xavier.

"Hello, I'm Daisy. Only I can call him bad wolf", she said in a possessive tone. Ronald chuckled and nodded. "You're like a little sister for me. Call me anytime if you are need my help", Ronald said with a smile.

Daisy thanked him with a smile. After they were done talking a bit, they went to see the kitten. The kitten was fine. It was only four months old. Daisy took the kitten in her arms carefully not to hurt her own hand.

"I'll call him Snowball", Daisy said with an innocent smile. Xavier nodded. "But will Dan hurt my snowball?", she asked worriedly. "No. Dan won't attack anyone without reason or until I order", Xavier said. Daisy sighed in relief. They went back home.
