Detective Amagi was watching T.V suddenly the channels of the T.V were hacked and a symbol representing a feather was shown on the channel suddenly a voice was heard , Amagi immediately increased the volume then happens to hear that his name was keen and he was going to destroy the police and military forces starting with district 24's police station then in a few seconds the district 24's police station was totally destroyed by an explosion. after this detective Amagi was invited JMR (Japan's military reinforcement)?
