Chapter one

Ashley's POV

On the night Mum announced that we were moving again,I felt my world shatter. Nothing could dissolve her decision because she had a new job after all and the nature of get job demanded for the move.

She was the only one with us,Dad left us some years ago for another woman and in as much as I and Asher tried to forget the past,try to move on and let Mum know that we got her back,we missed him and we missed him so much,most times I would catch Mum staring at his picture and crying.

I embraced friends,I felt it was my only remedy from the pain Dad's absence caused and from my annoying twin brother Asher.

We were moving away from everything,the place we had known as home,my friends,school, everything...

We were moving to California. Maybe it feels this way,weird,but we can have a new beginning right?

We can and we will.
