Chapter 3: Cruel Deception
World relations to the famous Avengers became very bitter after the events that happened in Sokovia. They became divided, with Steve Rogers gaining the upper hand on the number of followers. Tony Stark was given 36 hours to apprehend him, The Winter soldier and any other known associates that were aiding him. Fortunately for Stark, the prince of Wakanda, Tchala, joined them, they only needed one person to even the odds against Rogers, and fortunately again for Stark he knew were and who to recruit. Peter Parker's identity as the Kensei was pretty much unknown to the world, because he used it rarely. Not even Stark could find anything on the spider-samurai.
2 days later...
Peter woke up just like every morning. He brushed his teeth, dressed up, had some breakfast and went to school. Along the way he met Ned and they walked to school together. The first class started and ended just like any. Now it was lunchtime. The two friends sat opposite each other and started to chatter away. Then suddenly MJ came with a tray full of lunchfood, sat next to Peter and kissed him on the cheek. Peter Brushed lightly. Ned was ecstatic. Everybody's attention was now turned to the new couple. Chatter started erupting from the far ends of the canteen. But Peter and MJ didn't care. She wanted to be with Peter, nothing more. The rest of the day went as usual. Flash attempted yet another prank, but not on Peter, but Ned. That attempt was successful. It was also successful in pissing Peter and MJ off. After school ended, the trio parted ways. Peter went home, upon entering the living room, he noticed a man sitting on a sofa. At first he ignored him.
"Hey May." Peter greeted, going to the kitchen table to grab an apple.
"Hey Peter. How was school?" Aunt May asked.
"The usual. Mr. Stark." He greeted the man.
"Mr. Parker, I'm here for the September application." He stated his buisness.
"You didn't tell me?!" Aunt May asked.
"It was gonna be a surprise." Peter found an excuse. He knew Tony was lying about something.
"Anyway you signed in, I approved, so now were in business." Tony stood up. "I think we shall discuss our terms somewhere more privately."
"We can discuss it in our room." Peter said.
They both went to his room, Tony was looking around the room while Peter closed the door, a second before he looked exited but just as he turned around, he pulled a blant face.
"You have 30 seconds to state your real business, because I definitely didn't apply for your application." Peter said.
Stark was stunned. Nobody talked to him like that ever, except Natasha Romanoff
"Uh... You're that... spiderling, crime fighting spider. What do you call yourself, Spidey-Boy?-" Stark was interrupted.
"Spider-Man, and let me guess. You're here to offer me a temporary place in the Avengers, because you need to apprehend Steve Rogers, and you are desperately in need of people to help you because you're outnumbered." Peter walked around Tony, connecting the ends of his fingers to each other. "Am I right?"
"How did you-" Stark was interrupted once again.
"Well it's all over news, and besides, it's my job to know everything." Peter said.
He pulled a black folder and handed it to Stark. He read the papers inside showing the full history of Lieutenant Buchanan Barnes, aka Winter Soldier. Stark read it carefully and found that he was brainwashed to serve Hydra.
"Where did you get this?" Stark asked.
"Shield facilities." He answered.
Stark looked cartoonishly pale.
"Alright buckaroo, you're coming to Germany with me." Stark said.
Later at the airport of Munich, Germany
Stark was fighting the rest of the assotiates while, Steve and Bucky were struggling to get to the Quinjet. Black Panther tried to stop them but was quickly defeated. Then Peter came.
"Guys Black Panther's down. Steve and Barnes are going to the quinjet. I'll catch them." Peter said.
"Kid you're no match for them." Natasha said.
"Says the woman who got downed by an ant." Peter mocked.
Peter jumped from the roof in front of Steve and Barnes. Peter immediately went into combat, parrying hits and catching Bucky's metal fist, crushing it. He then kicked him and now focused on Rogers, who threw his shield at him, pushing him under a gate that connects the planes to the building. Then Steve threw the shield at the supports holdong down the gate, crushing Peter. Stark flew to him, while Steve ran.
"KID!" He screamed.
Stark tried to lift the gate but Rhodes stopped him. Fast forward to the whole team running for the quinjet. Vision was called to stop them, but before he could, a giant sword flew in the air and landed on the ground, haulting both teams. Much to Steve's and Stark's suprise, Peter soon flew to them extending his hand, the sword flew to him. He was in his Kensei armor.
"Kid?! How did you survive?!" Stark asked.
"There are a lot of thing you don't know about me Mr. Stark." He then turned to Steve.
"Captain Rogers, I know what you are doing is for the good. But for the sake of all, surrender." He said landing near the rest of his team.
"What do we do Cap?" Sam asked.
"We fight." He answered firmly.

Team Stark sustained heavy injuries, Peter walked it off because he can heal his wounds. Steve and Bucky traveled to Siberia, to capture Zemo and prove Bucky's innocence. Sam discretly told Stark the wherebouts. Stark travels to them, unaware that Black panther is spying on him, who is also unaware that Peter and Shang Tsung and the Special Forces were also following them in a Quinjet.
"Ross sent prince Tchaka to intercept them." Cassie informed.
"Chances are he already spotted us." Takeda said.
"He wouldn't, no technolodgy can track my magic." Shang Tsung spoke.
"Takeda, Kung Jin, any leads where Stark is going?" Peter asked. He had his armor but not the helmet.
"I hacked into their prison camera feeds, seems so all our targets are heading to a nuclear missile silo in Siberia." Takeda answered.
"What is there anyways, besides supersoldiers like Lieutenant Barnes?" Jacqui asked.
Peter looked down. Everybody looked at him. He sat down.
"Evidence of The Winter Soldier assassinating Tony Stark's parents. Zemo intends to use them to turn him against Steve and Bucky, basically ending The Avengers altogether. We must not let him." Peter said.
Much much later at Siberia...
Steve and Bucky were fighting Stark in the silo. While Black Panther was in the shadows, the others came out of it to stop Steve, Bucky and Stark from killing each other.
"Mr Stark, cease!" Peter said knocking him down.
The others held Steve and Bucky.
"What the hell are you doing here, kid." Stark said, opening his faceplate.
"Enough of your bickering Stark, can't you see you're being manipulated by Zemo?" Shang Tsung said.
"Hydra brainwashed Lieutenant Barnes, wiped his memory clean and then gave order to assasinate your parents. Now Zemo wishes to take The Avengers down, he seeks revenge. The bomb in Sokovia was his doing." Kung Jin explained
"Who are you?" Steve asked.
"We are the Special Forces, defenders of Earthrealm" Shang Tsung replied
"Mr. Stark I understand you well. I too have been a slave to anger, I have moved past it." Peter tried to calm down Stark.
"But you took reveng-" Stark tried to argue but was interrupted.
"Revenge isn't the answer." Peter said.
"I didn't know what I was doing. Hydra made a perfect soldier that can follow order without questions. I don't even remember that day. I'm sorry Stark." Bucky said. Stark looked at him and then at Peter making up his own mind.
"Ross won't let it slip easily." Stark said.
"Don't worry, I and Peter will... presuade Mr. Ross, but for now we have unfinished buisiness we need to attend to." Shang Tsung said, and they all went to Zemo, who was outside the bunker's entrance sitting on a rock. He looked back stunned.
