Interview

Around noon, you could see Spider-Man swinging across the city before landing in front of a building with a sign, BBC News.

And in front of the building, a man in a suit could be seen standing at the door before walking towards him.

"Hey! Spider-Man." Waved the man at Spider-Man.

"Hello, Michael right?" He replied shaking his hand,

"Come let's get you ready for the interview." Michael spoke, taking Spider-Man inside.

During their walk toward the interview location, multiple people asked Spider-Man questions and had pictures with him. To Spider-Man a picture with him isn't anything special but he still enjoys the people smiling because of him.

After half an hour of waiting, he sat at a table with Jane Hill and Huw Edwards getting ready for the interview.

I was having a short conversation with the two about their matters until we were giving a signal that the live broadcast would begin.

"Alright. Good afternoon everyone." Spoke Jane toward the camera,

"Today we are going to talk about the fall of crime in London and the rise of our Spider-Man, but it wouldn't be good to talk about such a topic without the star." She continued as the camera panned out to see Huw and me across from the two.

"No. No. Don't call me that, please." I spoke in a quiet tone while waving my hands.

"Nonsense, you would be our people's star. You've saved not only physically but mentally as well. We've even gotten news about Ms Miller, how you helped her family and now she uses you as an example to help others."

Hearing this made me a bit uncomfortable as I didn't expect those types of actions to be so important,

"I won't lie, I thought people would prefer to mention how I've fought crime."

"Yes, a lot of the younger generation love stories about how you've swung through fires, ripped doors open, and how you fight. But people like me who grew up loving the Marvel character Spider-Man, show us how Spider-Man is one of the most loved because you show humility and humanity." Huw spoke for a long but strong speech, which made me feel warm.

"Yeah." Was all I could say,

"Now let's talk about the fall of crime, how is your view of it?" Jane changed the conversation, and Huw decided to respond first.

"I think crime falling is a good thing, lots of families are starting to see London as a safer location to live."

"Not just that, it also means people like gangs are either falling apart or are losing holds of innocent people." I added.

"I agree about the gangs falling, but what do you mean losing hold on people?" Jane asked.

"I fought a lot of crime and seen some 'criminals' having being people who have been involved in crimes to look after family or themselves. One person who is currently going through training to be a firefighter, was part of a gang because the gang was holding him by a fake debt which caused him to go into poverty and try to stop the debt by paying and doing crimes for them. But I stopped the gang, and got him into the training by a good friend of mine."

Both Jane and Huw looked at me with a dazed look,

"U-um, did I say something wrong?" I spoke getting Jane, Huw, and unknowingly the rest of the crew out of their daze.

"No! It's just that, you did so much for one person." Jane spoke,

"I think it's more than enough for anyone." I replied both Huw and Jane smiled.

"What about your rise? How'd you first decide to be Spider-Man?" Jane asked, I placed my hand on my chin before replying.

"Well, it was after work I was on the train and randomly shot a web at the window. Which shocked me but when I left the train, I sat on a bench at a park I remember thinking about what I wanted to do and met someone who inspired me to become Spider-Man."

"Oh? Who is this person?" Asked Huw,

"An acquaintance." I replied.
