What Eisen did first to properly construct the Wood-Giant was to create the individual pieces. That meant that he had to make the joints, the special bone-shaped cores, as well as a large, large, large amount of extra thread that he could use for the main musculature.

Eisen had already used a special type of mixture for the hand's muscles, albeit just so slightly altered to the main 'recipe' so that they were more dexterous. That special mixture that he used to mass-produce giant bundles of thread was made up in part of different gems and crystals enchanted with different properties that would allow the muscles to actually act like muscles and be properly interacted with.
