1 Lightning Strike.

"The world that I call home is filled many brave people. They are called hero's." and my world is filled with. Some are men in armor's. A soilder from out of time. The Strongest one who can smash. and even one who is a god. You know Their names. You know there team. but this is not about them. This is about me. My name is Luna Smith. And I use to think that I was just your normal 13 year old girl. I live in my home town. "Boston." Back then I was just a normal girl just trying to get through life. I was top of my class. my favorite pass times we sports. video games. and of course music/comics. I had a really cool life. until one day when my class had taken a trip to the Boston "Stark devotion." I'll never forget that day. Because that is when things had changed. I remember it well. The bus was filled with a whole lot of excited kid's. Who all could not wait to see and meet Tony Stark. Aka Iron Man. me I could careless. Even though I was one of the smartest kids in school. I loved the days when we didn't have to go to School. Which was Blacker middle school. While everyone was watching the news on their phone or talking with other Kids. my eyes were more focus on the sky. which had dark gray clouds heading our way. "Hey did you hear." I heard a student call out. They said on the news that a lighting storm is rolling in. Is Thor doing it his friend ask? "Whatever." I am just glad that we'll be inside a building. And not outside. what had felt like hours. Had finally ended. we had arrived to our destination. And Ms. Lee had said. Okay everybody off of the bus. And once off make score that you pair off with a partner. Remember when I had told you that I was one of the smartest kids in the school. well there was a down side to that. Most kids did not want to partner up. Because all they saw was a known it all. uh hey do you want to be partners I ask a group of kid's? No way they said. Get lost flash. Luna I replied well it should be flash. fast with the brain/feet but not when it comes to making friends. So get loss brainiac. sometimes I heated being who was. since I was smart. I had mostly did things allow and by myself. but sometimes I was okay with it. "Okay everyone." Ms. Lee had called out. now while we are here stay close. hands to yourself. and most importantly stay together. as we had walk inside the building all of our minds had been blown by all of the incredible things that we saw. from thing s that could teleport you another room. to things that could make hallo gram hands to lift things. to the next cool teach in virtual video games. "it's a shame that that teach won't be out till next Christmas." We all had look to see. Oh look kids Ms. Lee had said. It's Iron man himself. Tony Stark. Hi kids. And Hot teacher. Welcome to Stark Industries. my job today is to show you around. So who's ready to see the magic. "Me! Me! all of the kids shouted." let's get started. For the rest of the whole day Mr. Stark had shown us the building. but as we we're reaching the end of our tour there was only one thing that had cough my attached. "Hey Mr. Stark I called out." but what are those tanks for? Ahh he said. Those are our lightning tanks. Lightning tanks I said? And what are those for if you don't mind me asking? Hey shut up Sonic a boy had called out. Mikey shouted Ms. Lee! hey don't worry about that. What your name He ask me? Luna. Luna Smith I answered. but mostly everyone here just calls me speed. except for today. Why do they call you fast names. because I like to run. Well now Ms. Smith you are actually the first person to ask about these. These tanks are my gift to Boston. You see we had a unique lightning rod on the roof. That when the storm happens. The rod will catch the lightning. And it will transported to these tanks. where they are hold. And we will be able to power all of Boston for mouths and maybe even years. Will it work I ask him? But of course. I had Thor help me test it out. it was able to handle his lightning it should be able to handle the ones by mother nature. I was amazed that some could be build to hold something impossible. But then again this is Tony Stark who just a few mouth ago had broken out of a cave while wearing his vary first Iron man armor. Um excuse me sir. a man said. but the storm is about to begin. "Fantastic." and I don't mean the Fantastic Four. kids how you like to see something cool? they all had answer yeah! then fallow me. as we all had fallow Mr Stark to a room to watch the show I saw some of the kids from our group going down the wrong hall. heading for what look like a room made of metal. I could just let them go in so I fallow them. Once all the kids had taken their seats. Mr. Stark said to his guys. "Okay boys." Let do this. The man had flip a switch which had brought out the rod out in the roof of the building. as the storm was ready to begin as well. "While back with me." fallow the three kids. Where I found them goofing around. What are you doing? Ms Lee said that we can't be away from the group. Leave us alone Speed they said. Yeah like we're going to lesson to a nerd. we need to leave right now I told them. and if we don't. just the a red light had came on a filled the room with it. and behind us the door was closing. "Everybody out!" we all had rush out but the door was closing to fast. only they were able to get. But not me I was trap inside. speed they shouted. Help I cried as I was banging on the door. They tries get me out but it was no use the door would not open. Please hurry. We can't get it open. I'll go get Ms. Lee. you both stay her. as one of them had rush off to get ms. Lee's help. She was asking Mr. Stark. so how does this thing work? Well as you can see. the lightning bolt will hit the rod. then it will travel down it bonce around our metal room and then into the. But as he look to the screen he saw me in the metal room. "Girl?" I'm sorry did you say. but as she look to the screen she saw what he had ment by that. Oh my god. that's Luna. What is she doing in there? Ms. Lee said the boy. we need help. class she said to them stay here. Get those door open now Tony had order. but they just couldn't. We can't sir. there stuck. Ms Lee rush to the door as fast as she could. Ms Lee I cried. Please get me out. Don't worry Luna. your gong to fine. that what she said. but I know that deep down I was not. And I was right. Because at that exact moment. the lightning bolt had strike the rod. and travel down it. Somehow I could feel the electricity coming. like it was calling to me. a hug surge of it had filled the whole room and then I gotten hit by four bolts of Lighting. The force of it was so strong that I was blasted out of the window and out onto the hallways floor. pass out. but I could still feel the energy coursing through me. Like a bunch of bees.
