Growing Conflict

"How do you know about the Gate Of Babylon? Do you have an appraisal skill or something?" Still sitting on the couch, it was obvious Muri was surprised by Shirei's ability to pick out what he used. Seeing slightly shaken, Shirei didn't want to act quickly just in case he had something else up his sleeves.

"No, I don't have an appraisal skill, but I do have a brain and a pretty good memory if that counts." Hearing Shirei speak down to him in a mocking tone, Muri's gaze grew slightly dark. 'I don't remember these two from the Anime… Are they from the Light Novel or something? Maybe it's because I stood out too much...'

Meeting his first issue since coming to this world, Muri tried to remain calm on the outside. "I hope you two don't think you can fight me? Even if you know about what ability I have, that doesn't mean you can beat me." He has been unmatched so far. The three wishes he decided on gave him an advantage in this world that he was confident no one could overcome.

"In actuality, we're not interested in fighting you." Asami, who was leaning against the door of the room, pointed at him. "If you surrender peacefully, then no one has to get hurt." Both Shirei and Asami looked at Muri, waiting for his response. It was up to him if they would end this peacefully or not, and of course, he gave a predictable answer.

"I could kill you two in a matter of seconds. So how about this? You can get the hell out of the mansion and bring me Darkness and Meguimen." Pointing at Shirei, he had a haughty look on his face as he switched over to Asami. "And you can stay here. Taking a better look at you, I can see you're actually quite pretty. Maybe you could become a Maid of mine."

Hearing his words, both Asami and Shirei sighed. "Why is it always degenerates like you who get reincarnated." With the intensity in the room rising, the people outside of the room had no idea. "Hey, Kazuma, why are we waiting outside of this door?" Megumin, who looked bored out of her mind, was sitting on the floor not far from Kazuma himself.

"Why are you complaining! I should be the one that's pissed off here!" Yelling at Megumin, Kazuma suddenly heard the butler speak. "Are you sure you are all Master Muri's friends?" Kazuma nodded his head as he continued to stall for time. 'Dammit, I manage to get here, and I don't even get the chance to see bastard Muri get his face kicked in.'

"Umm… Kazuma… How- How long do I have to stay like this?" Darkness's voice came from under Kazuma as he looked down. "This is your punishment for abandoning Aqua and me during a mission but mostly abandoning." Sitting on top of Darkness's back as she held herself up on her hands and knees, her breath was getting heavy.

"Forcing a Crusader like me to do something like this… You really are the worst Kazuma…" In the midst of Darkness talking, everyone suddenly heard the sound of an explosion followed by the wall in front of them cracking. "What the-" Kazuma immediately stood up off of Darkness while pulling her by the collar.

"Eh, Kazuma?" Confused as Kazuma covered himself with her like a shield, the wall exploded as the two figures were sent hurtling backwards before rebounding. These two figures were, of course, Asami and Shirei. Wiping the blood off her cheek due to a cut, Asami stood up along with Shirei.

Dropping Darkness onto the ground, Kazuma watched as Muri walked out from the hole in the wall. "Master Muri, is everything ok?" The brown-haired boy walked up to Muri and noticed everyone was waiting out in the hall. "Well, isn't this perfect. Eren, I want you to deal with the girl and that brown-haired boy. I'll take care of him myself."

Pointing at Shirei with a smile, Muri prepared to attack. On the other hand, Shirei heard Eren and immediately glanced at the butler next to him. "Oh shit…" Asami heard Shirei and looked at him. "What's wrong? Is something up with him?" Shirei nodded and explained. "Ya, he's the Main Character from a different show. Whatever you do, don't let him hurt himself or make him bleed, subdue him."

Asami didn't really understand but went along with it anyway. Turning her attention away from Muri to Eren, she didn't see anything that looked like he would be a threat. "So you all aren't Master Muri's friends after all. I can promise you you'll pay for that deception." Speaking coldly, Eren went into a fighting stance as Kazuma, Darkness, and Megumin watched from the sidelines.

'What the hell is someone from a diffrent series doing here? I mean powers are one thing but character's are another. Last thing I want to deal with is Goku running around in Universe like Sailor Moon.' Reafferming the issue with all of the Reincarnator's, Shirei barely had time to think about how he would handle Eren.

"What the hell is going on right now! Why is everyone fighting everyone else." Megumin looked extremely confused as Kazuma began cheering despite not really understanding it himself. "Kick their ass!" As if that was to signal to start, everyone began to move. Moving in close to one another, both Eren and Asami began to exchange blows sticking to hand to hand combat.

On the other hand, Muri raised his hand towards Shirei as yellow gates began to open behind him. Shooting at out like rockets, many weapons ranging from swords, spears, and even pikes began to fly towards Shirei. Disabling his Human Coating, Shirei began using the feature that let him predict movements to avoid getting hit.

Jumping backwards, he knew he was at a disadvantage if they fought inside. Pulling the pistol, he upgraded too after his 'SZ-Mk 1' from his holster Shirei flipped the switch on the side of the gun while dodging. As he ran towards the mansion exit, he aimed at Muri, who began following close behind him and pulled the trigger.

With a single press, the pistol shot out four plasma bullet's in less than a second. Seeing the incoming threat, Muri tried to react by summoning an iron shield using his Gate. Three of the four shots hit the shield and almost melted through, with one slipping by grazing his leg. "Geh!" Feeling a burning pain, Muri let out a growl like sound as he began to chase Shirei down.

Dashing out of the mansion door's Shirei now had the reserved space used as the mansion's front and back yard to fight in. "So you're not even human, you're some kind of robot? Is it in your programming to run like a coward?" Walking out through the mansion's front doorway, Muri was seething angrily as he glared at Shirei.

"I just didn't want to ruin such a nice mansion. I might actually buy it since it'll be vacant in a moment." Falling into Shirei's goading, Muri used the Gate Of Babylon once again as dozens of yellow gates opened behind him. "Die!" Going rapid-fire, over sixty weapons were fired all at once towards Shirei.

Taking advantage of his metallic body and his ability to react quickly due to calculated predictions, Shirei began redirecting the weapons flying towards him using his arms as guide rails. Multiple sparks appeared and flew into the air as the weapons scraped against Shirei's body, but none of them hit their target.

Instead of slamming into the dirt behind him or into a nearby building on the other side of the street. 'Dammit, not a single one is hitting him!' Seeing that Shirei was simply parrying every one of his attacks, Muri closed his gates. Deflecting the last five weapons, Shirei reached out and caught the last one, which was a metal spear.

"Here, this is yours." Twisting the spear around with one hand, Shirei lined up his throw as his arms began sparking with electricity. The spear was immediately charged with electricity as well before Shirei threw it towards Muri. Opening a yellow gate next to him, Muri grabbed the blade's handle before swinging it towards the upcoming spear.

A gust of wind was released that seemed to create a mini hurricane in reaction to the swing. The spear was pushed off its original course falling to the right of Muri just short of him. "Not bad, but even with your gadgets, you can't beat me! Everyone knows that Sci-Fi can never win against Fantasy and Magic."

Hearing him, Shirei responded. "Oh. You should say that to the last two System user's I fought." Reaching over to the side of his leg, the opposite one, he was carrying his gun, and a strange weapon was being held in a ring-like carrier. Pulling it out, it looked like the handle of a knife without a blade. "And what would that stump be?"

Looking at Shirei with a ridiculing smile Shirei responded as he flipped the switch on the handle. Immediately shooting from the handle, a blue beam of energy formed a blade. "Oh, nothing much compared to a magical sword. Just an fucking lightsaber." Seeing what Shirei was holding, Muri froze for a moment before clenching both his hands around his sword's handle.

"I'm going to enjoy disassembling you!" Charging at Shirei at full speed, the two prepared to clash. Meanwhile, back inside the mansion during the entire period of those two's fight, Asami had been in all tense and purposes beating the crap out of Eren. 'How can she move so fast lugging such a big case on her back!'

Trying to land a single hit on Asami with a flurry of jab's, Eren just couldn't hit her. 'She's might be even better than Annie!' Aiming for her legs as she dodged with a smirk on her face, Eren tried to sweep her up. "Beating up wanna be fighters like you is what I do every Tuesday, kid." Countering by stopping his sweep and pushing him to the ground using her leverage, Eren fell back first to the ground.

'My god, she's destroying him.' Seeing how Eren was grunting on the ground, trying to catch his breath, Kazuma felt like he dodged a bullet. If he had actually tried fighting her, he would probably be in worse shape than Eren right now. "Dammit!" Looking at Asami, who was smiling down at him, Eren opened his mouth and began moving his hand.

Seeing the fact, Eren was planning on biting his own hand, Asami looked confused at first before Shirei's words echoed in her head. "Wait, crap! Trying to stop him, Asami reached out as fast as she could, but it was too late. Loud enough to be heard across almost the entire city, a bolt of yellow lightning streaked down from the sky, striking the mansion.
