"And don't forget to take your meds in time"
the doctor says making Charlie nod.
It's early in the morning and charlie had gotten the news that he'll be going back home, Wesley and Jackson were already there ready to take him home.
"Your stiches need to he pulled out in a few weeks, I'll have my nurse call you, Jackson will be the one to receive the call"
"Thanks Doc" Jackson says shaking hands with the doctor.
The elderly man smiled warmly and walked out of the room. Charlie got out of bed and went to the bathroom to change.
"I think he should come live with you" Jackson says, the statement taking Wesley by surprise.
"W-What? Are you sure?" He asks.
Jackson nodded. Although he hates to admit it, Charlie going back home might be a bad idea, that house was not a happy place for the both of them.
"Charlie needs a fresh start and i know you'll give him that, I'll stop by once in a while to see him"
Wesley smiled. It seems this teen was growing up.
"If that's your wish then it shall be as you want and thank you for trusting me with your brother"
"I can tell you're a good man, however if you break his heart I'll tie you up and drown you at the dam"
He laughed while nodding.
"Okay okay, you have my word"

The silence was killing him, the way his mother was behaving was different than the other days. He cleared his throat.
"So mom, how did you sleep?" He asks.
She bit the insides of her mouth to avoid smiling, the two boys in front of her giving her the most innocent smiles but she knew, she heard everything.
She cleared her throat.
"Actually I slept great, but i should ask you how you slept, my little boy lost his virginity last night, does it hurt?"
Vince's fork dropped to the floor making everyone turn to him.
"Oh uhm...sorry" he says before picking the silver utensil up.
Ian blushed in embarrassment, so she heard them?!
"Uhmmm.....I'm fine"
"Are you sure Ian? The way you were screaming last night made me worry, i almost barged in"
"Oh God" Vince whispered. Just imagining Ian's mother coming inside the room at that moment made him shudder in embarrassment.
"Mom I'm okay....trust me, Vinny was.....gentle" he says shooting a wink at Vince.
"I see....and you? Vince, did you use protection?"
Vince avoided her gaze.
"Actually we....we forgot"
"What? Ian? I thought we talked about this"
Ian sighed.
"I know and I'm sorry it's just....we were in the heat of the moment"
She sighed.
"I'm not judging you Vince but what I'm about to say may hurt your feelings, Ian you don't know this guy, if he happens to have some disease he doesn't even know he has what will you do? Using a condom doesn't only applies to women, you're growing up and i acknowledge that but....you have to give me a reason that I will know you're safe out there, also if he doesnt have a disease, it's for hygiene purposes, Vince you don't want your soldier walking around smelling like doodoo all day don't you?"
"Mom!"
"What it's the truth, now promise me, next time use protection unless it's your decision but you have to get each other's medical records first, clear?"
The two teens nodded at the same time.
"Crystal clear"
"Good, now finish your breakfast i have to go to work"
Once she left, Ian sighed. His mother was right.
"I should've reminded you" he whispered.
Vince placed his hand on Ian's thigh.
"No it's my fault, how about this, after our shower lets go get checked out and we'll see from there, okay bunny"
Ian smiled.
"Sounds like a plan"
They resumed eating and all Ian could think of was, would they get a chance to do it again.

The moment he realized that this wasn't the way home he frowned.
"Uh Jackson where are we going?" He asks from the backseat.
Jackson smiled.
"We're going to Wesley's, i think it's best you stay with him for a while"
Charlie's frown deepened. Why should he stay with Wesley? They broke up!
"Wesley and I broke up though"
"You two can rekindle your relationship, I'm not forcing you so if you want we can turn the car around and head back home"
Charlie was confused, what should he choose. Maybe there is a reason behind Jackson wanting him to be with Wesley and he knows that's not only for them to be in a relationship again.
"Okay we'll go to Wesley's"
Jackson wanted to laugh at Wesley's victorious smile.
"And so shall it be Charlie"
The car stopped in front of the tall building. Jackson hopped off and helped his little brother get out of the car.
"Jacky will you be fine staying alone?" Charlie asked.
"I'll be fine, I'm Jackson remember, i can survive anything the world throws at me"
Wesley closed the trunk and walked towards the two siblings.
"Okay guys let's head inside, we'll talk from there"
"Okay"

They waited in silence for the doctor to call them back inside the office. Their joined hands making each other feel warm and comforted.
"I have your results, please step inside"
Ian sighed, this was it. He's been praying that the doctor doesn't find anything so that he and Vince can finally relax.
They sat down and the doctor handed Vince the white papers. The smile on his face made Ian sigh in relief.
"You two are both clean but that doesn't mean you can do whatever you want, i have booked another appointment in three months, if the results come back as the same then you two will be safe by then"
"Thank you doctor"
They walked out and Vince sighed.
"That was scary"
"I know but I'm happy we did this together, and i can't wait for....our next time" Ian says blushing.
Vince smirked.
"Who said we have to wait?" He winks.
"Oh...ohhh....wait, condoms first"

"So Charlie I'll call every day to check on you, Wesley will be my eyes so I'll know if you misbehave" Jackson says making his little brother laugh.
"Okay okay i heard you, call me when you get home"
"Okay, Wesley, don't forget our deal"
"Oh i won't"
They shook hands and Charlie received a hug from his big brother before he left leaving him with Wesley.
"Are you hungry? I can make you something"
"I'm fine thanks.....uhm Wesley"
"Yeah?"
He sighed.
"About us taking a break.....can we forget i said that?"
Wesley nodded yet he knew Charlie still needed time to come over his depression.
"I'm right here baby" he says.
Charlie engulfed him with a tight hug, Wesley's cologne making him sigh in content.
"I missed you"
He felt a hand gently stroke his back.
"I missed you too baby, welcome home"
