Years Passing

Shen had pressed "No" and had decided to stay in the Naruto world as he regarded the people there as his family. He wanted to train Hinata and the others to protect them because he knew he couldn't let any of them die or get harmed. Once he was ready to leave as he actually reaches the peak he will depart from the world.

As the years passed by Shen has trained profusely not wasting any time. He visited Naruto and the others training them. He even trained Naruto and Sauske together once which was a fun experience as they both were having fun and actually being nice to eachother. Shen had spent most of his time with Hinata, baby Hanabi, and Naruto. Naruto and Hinata had become almost best friends like in the Anime and whenever Naruto got hurt training Hinata had gone to help him. Hinata got closer to Shen and she was always protective of him when they went out to eat.

Shen had taken them to many places and as many people in the village knew his name he became a sort of superstar. Many girls had tried talking to him but Hinata had always guarded him. Naruto had many friends and was treated as an actual person. Many people were still scared of the fact that he had the 9 tails fox inside him but Shen had advised everyone to treat him as a person as Naruto was a Jinchuuriki and would accomplish many great things.

As nothing had happened in those years Shen had devoted his time to the kids and his training. He felt his body mature and he even felt like he had obtained something. He completed many quests but didn't really take them to mind as he tried training as much as he could. As Hinata, Naruto, and Sasuke were old enough to join the Academy he had more time to train. He decided to visit on their first day to see if Mizuki was training as he wanted to see what would happen to him with the "new" Naruto. As Naruto, Hinata, and Sasuke had trained with Shen they were of course WAY stronger than their peers. They would have an easy time excelling as Naruto had great chakra reserves and could control his chakra easily. Sasuke with his Sharingan and great skills with weapons, Taijutsu, etc... Hinata had trained her Byakugan to a crazy state actually changing it to up so she had no weak spot in the back of neck so it had a full 360°view. Shen was surprised on his achievements with them that he was kind of scared that they would be a little too strong.

(Average age of entering the Academy is 8 years old so Shen is about 12~13)

~First Day at the Academy~

Shen walked with the kids to the Academy smirking as he couldn't wait to see the others and what Mizuki and Iruka would say.

As they entered the classroom both Mizuki and Iruka saw Shen walk in with the kids and were shocked as they didn't know what to do.

"Err Ummm... Shen you have graduated from the Academy already why are you here?"

"Don't worry I'm just here to supervise and see what they have in store for you."

Mizuki and Iruka didn't say anything afterwords as they were scared they would lose their job as teachers because Shen was close with the Lord Third even if he rarely visited. They decided it was best to just teach like normal.

They talked about the basics of Chakra and how it was used. Many students could be seen writing notes while the only ones who hadn't were Shikamaru, Sasuke, Hinata, and Naruto. Shen knew Shikamaru was a genius and wouldn't need any help at all as Asuma would train him.

"Is there anyone who would like to display a jutsu outside as we are about to start Taijutsu training?"

Sasuke and Naruto had both raised their hands in an instant. Hinata hadn't as Shen had wanted her to be a dark horse and shock everyone at the Genin Exams.

As they headed outside Shen wondered what jutsu they would show as he knew they had known an assortment of techniques and jutsu.

"Fire Style : Fireball Jutsu!"

A fireball the size of a car had exploded from Sasukes mouth which had shocked everyone and leaving them in awe. Irukas jaw had dropped and didn't even know what to say. Mizuki hadn't moved from his spot as he knew he was probably weaker than Sasuke as is. (Mizuki was REALLY weak lmao)

Naruto had stepped up in front of the class and uttered 4 words.

"Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu!"

20 shadow clones had appeared around him which all had a thumbs up and were smiling. They all disappeared seconds later. Everyone in the class had the same reaction as some of them couldn't even produce 1 shadow clone. Sasuke And Naruto had fist bumped eachother as they had stood next to eachother.

Iruka and Mizuki had both demonstrated Taijutsu moves and Sasuke had even fixed THEIR mistakes. Mizuki was visibly angry but couldn't do anything as Shen was there and Sasuke could probably push him to a corner.

As the day had ended they had all went their own ways and Shen decided to meditate in his room...
