"Ok... that's interesting..." - Cloud said as he noticed the shine on his partner's sword. He recognized that ability from the original work, though mostly because in the installation, he had been constantly given reports of the strongest people in the world and his abilities.

"Isn't that Chifuyu-san's ability?" Houki asked in surprise. She recognized the teacher's abilities quite well, after all, she was there when Chifuyu won the first Mondo Grosso, not to mention that Tabane had told her about the First IS, Shirokishi.

"Now that I think about it... it's strange..." - Houki said seriously noticing a small detail that she had overlooked - "How come Chifuyu-san and Ichika have the same [Unique Ability] It is scientifically impossible for that to happen"

". . ." - Cloud was silent before this question. He knew that Byakushiki had been created with Shirokishi's core and that Shirokishi had a consciousness of its own. This was why those two Is were so similar, especially the abilities and the weapon.

"Do you know something I don't?" - Houki asked upon noticing the blonde's expression.

"Yes... but I'm sure if you ask Tabane, she'll tell you" - Cloud said calmly - "But let's change the subject... I'm sure things will get more interesting than expected." you think"

The blond wouldn't tell her that [Raiden] had managed to feel a slight pulse coming from Ichika's IS, as well as an increase in energy levels. It was obvious that Byakushiki was about to go through a new transformation, which honestly didn't surprise the blond.

". . ." Houki narrowed her eyes when she heard the blonde's words. She was annoyed that so many things were kept from her but she quickly decided to put it aside, then she would talk about it with the blond.

"Ok... I have to admit that was interesting..." - Tatenashi said as she watched the fight progress.

Ichika was attacking wildly and erratically, which Cecilia seemed to find annoying since she didn't know where to aim. Before it had been much easier because the boy's movements were much simpler and more mechanical.

"Do you know what happened?" - asked the vice president.

"Did you notice the shine on Orimura-kun's sword?" - asked the President of the Student Council - "That was not just special effects. He used an ability that is able to completely ignore what is energy, being able to pass through shields"

"!" - The girls were surprised to hear about this, especially since it was not only an unfair ability, but they had also heard about it before.

"Nothing~"-Tatenashi just gave her partner an amused look.

"I have to admit that you are admirable..." - Cecilia said as she looked at the energy consumption she had had so far - "Not only did you make me spend 25% of my Shield, but you also managed to destroy 4 of my drones.. .not bad for someone who's only been piloting IS for a little over a week."

"That just shows how much I've tried"-Ichika replied as she frowned as she noticed how her Shield lowered little by little. It was obvious that her sword was consuming her energy at high speed- "But it's not over yet!"

"I'm sorry, Orimura-san... but this is really over..." - Cecilia said as her Assault Rifle started to grow slightly - "This is my Custom Weapon upgrade, [Blue Blaster]... designed not only to increase its firing range, but also its firing speed. I was planning to use it in my rematch against Cloud-san but now I consider you a worthy opponent to test its power"

"I guess I have to feel honored"-Ichika smiled as he got on his guard but his expression changed when he felt a bullet pass by him at full speed.

"Believe me... you should..." - Cecilia said seriously - "Because this is the most advanced custom Weapon in the UK"

". . ." -the boy, he only answered with silence while he felt how the sweat on his hands increased slightly. He could feel his body tense slightly, though something inside him told him this wasn't fear, but the thrill of a good fight.

"It's time to end this"-said Cecilia as the two drones she had left, flew around her as she took aim with her Assault Rifle-"It was a good battle, Orimura... no, Ichika-san. .."

"Yes... it was..." - Ichika said seriously - "But... It's not over yet!"

Cecilia smiled at this as she pulled the trigger. She had seen the speed that the black-haired boy could reach, so she was sure that this shot would end the fight.

The bullet was fired at full speed towards the boy, who could feel the adrenaline rising. His heart was beating with all his might, his muscles were tense, his gaze was sharp and a smile was present on his face. He didn't feel terrified, in fact, he felt more alive than ever.

'Call me...'

"!" -Ichika was surprised when she felt as if everything in the world was frozen.

'Say my name...'

"Who are you?!" The boy exclaimed between his thoughts.

'Call me'

Ichika could feel a familiar voice echoing in his mind. He didn't know her but he felt that he had heard her before. Slowly a name appeared in his mind and without a second thought, he yelled it from the four winds- "Yukihira!"

Ichika's body began to glow but his mind continued to focus on what was happening in front of him. With a quick movement, he swung his sword and destroyed the bullet that was about to hit him but in the process, he saw his shield drop to 20%.

"I told you…" the blonde smiled as he watched as Ichika's IS had changed to a much lighter one with fewer parts than before. Byakushiki was still almost completely white with slight blue patches, though now he seemed to have more unprotected spots- "Things got interesting."

". . ." -Houki could only look at her friend in surprise but at least now she understood that Ichika's situation would improve greatly.

"Second Shift…" Tatenashi said as she stared in surprise at the change in Ichika's IS- "Hmm…it seems as if Orimura-kun was some kind of protagonist, seeing how he reached a Second Shift like this"

"Somehow it doesn't sound so far-fetched" - said the vice president - "Let's see, the only boy who can pilot IS, a high-tech mechanical armor that only women can use, a great capacity for learning, great talent in the area of IS handling and the ability to almost miraculously turn the tide of combat... I'd say he's exactly a protagonist of those stories our little treasurer reads."

"D-Don't reveal my likes!" the girl exclaimed with clear annoyance, although she had to admit that she found her superior to be right.

"At least this would explain why he was able to use his [Unique Ability], so soon" - Tatenashi said while shaking his head - "If his IS was about to go through its Second Change, it would make a little more sense to that he could use an ability that he shouldn't...although it's still not a good enough explanation to understand his situation"

"There are things that it is better not to try to find explanations for, Kaichou" - said the secretary - "Because instead of answers, you will only find more questions"

"You're right about that" - Tatenashi nodded as she continued to watch how everything unfolded.
