Chapter 198( Plan - II )

Chifuyu had gone to talk to the other dragons to be able to put into action the plan they had devised, as well as explain to them the reason why they came up with that idea, leaving the group silent again.

"I think I'd better retire" - Rintarō said as he looked around - "I'll keep an eye out in case I find anything strange while you guys put your plan into action."

"Remember that we're going to need your help on this" - Cloud said as he gave him a half smile.

". . ." - Rintarō was silent as he sighed regretfully - "Ok, I already promised I'd help so I guess I'll have to go all the way."

"And who knows, maybe you'll get a new fan?" - Said the blond boy with an even bigger grin as he watched the boy blush - "Ho~? I see someone got a girlfriend!"

"N-not a girlfriend!" - Rintarō exclaimed with a red face - "I-It's just a date..."

"Who was it-Keiko or Rumina and Rurina?" - Cloud asked curiously.

"Rumina and Rurina" - replied the boy automatically, only to blush even more and run out of the room.

"I have to admit, that was fun..." - Cloud said while shaking his head - "It's like picking on a younger brother."

"Cloud-sama..." - Asuna said as she played with her fingers.

"Oh, I'm sorry we took up so much time" - said Cloud with a smile - "Tell me Asuna, what do you wish for?"

"W-well... I-I was wondering if you would like to go on a date with me" - said the girl while blushing slightly.

"A date?" - the blond asked as he stroked his chin as he watched the girl nod - "Ok, I have no problem with that although it would have to be when we complete this job."

"Hai!" - Asuna exclaimed excitedly as she felt herself ascend to the sky.

"Ok, that's a promise" - nodded the blond as she started to think - "I guess we'll have to get this over with quickly, don't you think?"

"S-sure!" - exclaimed the girl excitedly as she ran off.

"She's going to be our next sister?" - Shizuka asked as she looked at the black-haired girl with a smile.

"Probably" - Cloud answered as he shrugged his shoulders - "Although we can't be sure yet since people change."

"I don't think she will change, not with her mentality" - replied the nurse.

"Now you learned psychology too?" - The blond boy asked with a teasing tone.

"Psychology also goes into the area of medicine" - snorted Shizuka as she rolled her eyes at him - "And I've been reading some interesting things about the human mind."

"You know, Shizuka-chan? You're becoming someone dangerous" - said Cloud as he looked at his girlfriend - "If you use all the medical knowledge you're learning right now, you'll be someone lethal in the future"

"Hmm... I hadn't thought of it that way..." - muttered the blonde nurse as she frowned - "I honestly don't want to fight or hurt others..."

"But?" - Cloud asked.

"But I'm sure I'll have to in the future so I guess I'll have to practice or at least psych myself up enough to do it" - sighed Shizuka as she shook her head.

"I'm sorry I have to force you to do something like that" - Cloud said as he took the girl's hand.

"No... you don't have to apologize" - Shizuka replied as she gave him a smile - "We knew that since we agreed to follow you, after all, the stronger we get, the more dangers we have to go through to keep moving forward."

Cloud smiled as he saw how much Shizuka was maturing despite her marked flaws such as her now poor faculty of concentration due to her Skill debuff.

"I feel like you're thinking something rude" - Shizuka said as she frowned.

"Nope~" - Cloud just gave her a smile as he gave a passionate kiss to the girl who melted in his arms as the seconds passed by, though they didn't do anything else because they knew the others would arrive any moment.

"I see..." - Kyōka muttered while nodding - "Ok, I'll do it."

"Kyōka-sama!" - Kako exclaimed in surprise as she heard how her leader agreed almost immediately.

"I-I have to do it too?" - Misa asked with embarrassment.

"If I'm going to do it, then you will too" - said Chiyoko while shrugging her shoulders - "Besides it sounds kind of fun!"

"You can do it but Kyōka-sama doesn't deserve to be sullied by the gaze of those pigs!" - Kako roared as she saw how her leader had to show off in front of some dirty men.

"Are they going to do it or not?" - Chifuyu asked while frowning - "I need an answer before I go to Ransuiryū-san."

"I will" - replied the blue-haired girl while looking at her kouhai - "I hope Cloud will pay me for doing this."

"I'm going to let him know, in fact, I would like you to indicate what you want as payment" - Chifuyu replied calmly while looking at the third year group leader with narrowed eyes. She really wanted to fight Kyōka with all her being but was resisting the urge to do so because it wasn't the time yet.

"Hmm... tell her I'll think about it for a while, when we start the operation I'll tell her what I wish" - Kyōka replied calmly.

"Ok" - having said that, Chifuyu withdrew.

"Are you sure about this, Kyōka-sama?" - Kako asked while frowning.

"Yes... it's a good plan" - replied the blue-haired girl while narrowing her eyes - "I think I'll tell Okaasan about it so he can corroborate this information and in passing see if he can find out information about the first-year students, especially the males."

"Because she's YOUR subordinate" - remarked Chifuyu neutrally - "Kyōka already agreed to be part of the plan, Chiyoko and Misa as well, Cloud, Shizuka, Asuna, Rintarō-san and I will also participate"

"Senseiryū and his subordinates?" - Rino asked with annoyance.

"I'm sure theywill accept since Cloud is their sensei" - replied Chifuyu calmly - "Only Makoto and Keiko will participate since Shiryū Chō is not that popular as she spends most of her time training alone."

". . ." - Rino started to analyze her situation but the more she thought about it the worse it got. If she refused to accept the proposal, she would be in a bad position for two reasons, one, all the dragons were determined to participate along with their troops, and two, because the subordinate attacked was none other than her own, that meant that if she didn't accept, she would be seen in less and it was even possible that the people who supported her would leave her seeing that she didn't care about them.

"Well?" - Chifuyu asked with disdain having seen what the girl was thinking. Right now Rhino was so easy to read that she didn't even have to make an effort to pull it off.

"You!" - Shū roared angrily as she saw the disrespect the girl in front of them was giving their leader.

"I think you'd better apologize unless you want to suffer the consequences..." - Iyo said coldly.

"I don't think you understand one thing" - replied Chifuyu neutrally as she appeared behind the two furious girls who were surprised to see the speed of their opponent - "The only ones who can give me a battle on equal terms, are the 4 dragons and Rintarō-san... everyone else is like puppies."

Chifuyu had been ranked as the strongest woman in her former world, that meant that not only did she have the power to be able to fulfill such a merit, but she also had the pride to be able to defend the title, the same pride that made her long to fight Kyōka, Rino and to a lesser extent Rintarō.

". . ." - Rino silently watched the black-haired girl's display of skill with neutrality, after all, it was obvious that Cloud Strife would not have a weak subordinate among his ranks.

"What do you decide?" - Chifuyu asked as she returned to her original position.

"I accept as long as the others do too" - said Rino neutrally - "I'm not going to let them humiliate me alone".

"Ok, now if you'll excuse me I still have to go talk to Ayane-san" - said Chifuyu as she retreated.

"Rino-sama" - Shū said with irritation.

"I know what you are trying to say but you have to understand that her words are true" - said Rino as she shook her head. She could feel the power that Chifuyu was hiding from the others, she could even tell how the black haired girl seemed to be waiting for her to make the first attack so she could counterattack - "Now I'm much more curious as to how such powerful and young Martial Artists were able to slip under the radar of all those groups with so many connections..."

". . ." - Rino's subordinates seemed to have not taken Chifuyu's words as calmly as their leader because they felt like they were being insulted over and over again. First it was Asuna with her increase in power so drastically and now an unknown girl.
