15 Ye Ling Tong

Zi Luo City is located in the west of one of the two continents on Tian Luo Planet, Mo Lan Continent. It ranks within the top ten cities of Mo Lan Continent.

Compared to Douluo Planet, Tian Luo Planet is the most similar to it, even more so than Tian Dou planet which was discovered and developed earlier.
