8 Devil Wulin!

       Everyone were speechless at what just happened. Tang Wulin and team just defeated a soul sage, none other than teacher Wu!

       Even Wu Zhangkong was surprised.  Although he knew his student was an excellent tactician, he did not expect such a turn of events. He glanced at Tang Wulin, who was turning back to his team, and could see a cunning grin was plastered on his face.

'Did this kid bait me from the very beginning?'

        Wu Zhangkong was speechless as he returned to Shen Yi's side, who was stunned.

"Brother Wu,  you held back...", she spoke up. But she was surprised to see a smile on Wu Zhangkong's cold face.

"Why are you smiling like that?", she asked.

"That brat, I underestimated how cunning he is. "

       By this time, Tang Wulin returned to his team. Gu Yue had a smile on her pretty face, as she also saw what Tang Wulin did there.

"Were you baiting him from the very beginning of the match?", she asked. This attracted Wu siduo and Luo Guixing's attention.

      Tang Wulin sighed as he knew Gu Yue would see through his plans, "no, from when I asked permission to use a spear ", Tang Wulin said. The trio were left speechless. Gu Yue connected the dots but the other two didn't get it.

"What do you mean, class president?", Luo Guixing asked.

     Tang Wulin was little hesitant but said, "the reason I asked permission for a spear was to compelle teacher Wu to engage in a weapon spar with me ".

     Back with Wu Zhangkong, who was also explaining what took place just now to Shen Yi.

"Tang Wulin knew that if he were to use a spear, I would engage in a spar without using my soul power to see how good he was. He also didn't use his martial soul which convinced me that both of us won't be using soul power", Wu Zhangkong began.

"He made Wu siduo to carry on with her surprise attacks, with Luo Guixing's support, while Gu Yue supported Wulin. This made me believe that was thier tactics. But Gu Yue was able to see through Tang Wulin's plan and trapped me. And him blocking my Frost mist with those vines was a surprise for all of us.        Shen Yi gasped, hearing this explanation. Tang Wulin knew Wu Zhangkong well enough to know what he thinks and use it against him, while his understanding with Gu Yue was phenomenal in this round. But most importantly,

"What was that martial soul just now? That wasn't blue Silver Grass", Shen Yi questioned.

"It seems his martial soul undergone second awakening ", Wu Zhangkong said thoughtfully.

"Second awakening of Blue Silver grass?", Shen Yi asked. But suddenly realisation hit her, knowing what the answer was, causing her to cover her mouth in shock

      Back with Tang Wulin, who just finished his explanation, watched everyone staring at him. Even Xu Xiaoyan and Xie Xie joined in.

"Boss, are you sure you are not the devil?", Xie Xie blurted out, earning a glare from Tang Wulin. But the rest seemed to agree with him

"Class president, you are wicked. To think you would actually manipulate a soul sage. And why didn't you use your spear before?", Luo Guixing asked. Wu Siduo, who was beside him just stared at Tang wulin.

"I am not that good, so I had to train. I only used it now to catch teacher Wu off gaurd ", Tang Wulin said.

"Captain, how come we never seen you practice a spear? And who taught you?", Xi Xiaoyan enquired.

" I did my my practice at night. As for my teacher, we all have our share of secrets, right?", Tang Wulin replied. Although everyone were curious, they understood not to pry.

"What was that martial soul just now? It wasn't blue silver grass", Gu Yue asked. Her tone as plane as always.

     Everyone were curious as well. The sudden appearance of those thick vines surprised the whole class.

"Did you have a second awakening?", Wu Siduo finally spoke up. Tang Wulin nodded.

     Everyone knew what second awakening was. It is when the martial soul of a person changes into a new one. The change can be both good or bad, but it is usually rare.

   Tang Wulin nodded, " yes, Blue Silver Emperor probably caused this", he spoke out loud enough for everyone to here. Although he was lying, he had no other choice. He could tell the class, 'hey everyone, my father is the Sea God, and I have his Trident as a parting gift which gave me blue hair '. Believing it is one problem, and if they do believe. "Class president, can we see your blue hair now?!", with that, the whole class 1 girls swarmed around him and his group, much to Gu Yue's displeasure.

     Tang Wulin glanced at Gu Yue, who was glaring daggers at him and the girls, causing him to gulp. He was about to refuse, but it seemed the boys joined in as well. After all, boys were naturally curious about new stuff.

With whole class, suffocating him, compelling him, he let out a defeated sigh," Alright". He closed his eyes and released the suppression he had on his bloodline.

     Soon a surge of vitality was released from Tang Wulin as a warm and gentle breeze. His hair turned azure blue. He opened his eyes, which were deep blue as the ocean. His appearance was so otherworldly, the whole class simply stared.

"Get to your seats", a cold voice rang in their ears causing everyone to return to their senses. It was Wu Zhangkong, who returned to class with Shen Yi.

    Although they were still curious, no one had the courage to ignore teacher Wu.

    Shen Yi was taken aback by Tang Wulin's look. He was handsome for his age previously, but now it was ethereal. If he and Wu Zhangkong stood side my side, they would a picture of godly faces. One was cold as ice, other as warm as sun and tranquil as the sea.

     On their way to their dorm, Tang Wulin turned to Gu Yue, " can you find some information on Blue Silver Emperor for me from the spirit Pagoda. I could ask Tang Sect as well, but I am not sure they could have a lot of info. So far, all I know is that Blue Silver Emperor, is the top plant soul beast".

     Gu Yue nodded but didn't speak much.
