Do you know

when it rains in the day

and don't shy away

from the rays of the sun

I remember your tears

pouring down from your eyes

all the way to your cheeks

and falling on your teal blue shirt

and leaving their shadow behind

for the next one to fall

I still remember your silent lips

that you pressed so tight

as you were afraid

of breaking out of your voice

and to say something

that you might regret

but your eyes

yes your eyes

were telling me a story new

Say we were

so close

so dear

so then why

what were you hiding

or trying to say

that it took your heart

with a storm

and you still

let the silence hang

in us, for us till now

nor would you open your lips

or say me hi!

And deep in your war

you let

our friendship die!
