"So you're finally back child" said Atlantis communicating through his mind too Zale.

"Oh, hi old man" said Zale as he looked around to try and comprehend how he came back to the shrine so fast.

"Child, don't try to comprehend how cultivation works. Start practicing the Sea God cultivation technique, so I can send you to the middle realm" Atlantis said as he read Zale's thoughts from his face.

Zale decided to follow Atlantis's advice and opened up the book to see what the book held. Zale opened up the book, and all he saw was the two from pages holding some images. The picture on the left just showed a man in the lotus position. The position on the right showed the same man in the lotus position as well, but this time underwater. Zale was confused as to how this could help him become stronger. He wondered where these images could get him anywhere.

"Haha" laughed Atlantis, "I was once confused as you as too what these images held. However, don't worry child I, will be able to guide you. It's a lot easier to practice the cultivation technique then you think. The lotus position was used to symbol a floating lotus flower on water. This position will strengthen the Qi throughout your body making you capable of storing it. The lotus position underwater will strengthen the body through water pressure, and target every spec in your body."

Zale was still confused as too how he would bring Qi into his body and asked Atlantis, "I can see that I need to sit in the lotus position to sense Qi, but how do I sense the Qi around me?"

Atlantis laughed, "Child just try out the lotus position and try to sense the Qi around you. There will be something special about the Qi you sense, but I'm pretty sure you'll be able to tell whats special about the Qi you cultivate."

Zale decided to sit down in the lotus position, and try to sense Qi. Zale slowly immersed himself in his concentration, and waited to try and sense Qi. Zale waited and waited. Time passed as Zale sat in the lotus position to meditate. As Zale slowly sat there he suddenly felt a large presence of water. He felt himself be immersed in the presence of water. The water enveloped his body, and slowly entered his body. The water heated Zales's body up, and that's when Zale realized the Qi he was gonna absorb would be water Qi.
