Somewhere I Belong

who knew that the world we walk so easily upon could so quickly turn into a battle ground. The once friendly stares of stranger soon looked like assassins ready to strike. I looked to my side to see the Sergeant looking fiercely ahead, her eyes harpoons aimed straight for the soul, ready to shatter and kill. There was a terrifying atmosphere around her, but for some reason I found some comfort in the fact I had finally found someone I belong around, whether she knew it yet or not.
