1 1) The Beginning Of It All.......

What do you do when you need up in a fictional world but have no clue how you ended up there? How about when you have an obvious cheat but you can't fully control it? Lastly what do you do when you don't know what is going to happen in the future cause the world is a little different from the real MCU?

Well that was the problem Jayden was currently facing one moment he was a twenty eight year old watching Endgame on his couch the next moment he was at a dinner table with people laughing. Sitting at the table was a woman with long dark hair and a kind motherly smile while everyone else around the table was ranging from the age of 7 to sixteen. He was the only person who was eighteen or at least that is what he knew from the memories he got from the body he was now in.

He wasn't like most in the novels though he didn't land in anyone famous or over powered he came from a broken down orphanage that was letting him spend his last night there. Now being eighteen he had to move out and find his place in the world being someone who had just graduated high school also from his memories The Hulk and Iron Man already happened. Now he was in a dangerous world where he could die from falling debris that came from a battle and he didn't know what to do sighing he let it drop for now.

After the last dinner party he went into his room that was already packed away the only things out were his pillow, blankets, and a laptop. Using the laptop he saw it was near time for iron man 2 and the first Thor movie but he didn't worry about those for the moment since he needed to focus on stuff like how he was actually going to live in this world. While he was searching everything he could he came across other stuff that shouldn't be in the MCU like Xavier Institute and The Baxter building, so it was safe to assume that this world had mutants and the fantastic four would also come along.

Sighing he flopped onto his bed closing his eyes but instead of seeing darkness he saw a glowing rose that was shining in the darkness seeming otherworldly. On the stem near the thorns was drops of blood that was dripping endlessly, he still hadn't found out what it meant or if that it was a godly cheat that couldn't be mastered endlessly but he would sure love that. Opening his eyes he stared at the dusting ceiling thinking about his next steps he couldn't do anything really until he figured it all out, currently he had a little over four thousand in his bank account from the past him working.

Knowing he would have to leave eventually he had gotten multiple jobs in order to support himself since he didn't have any rich family or relatives to take him in, otherwise he wouldn't be an orphan. Laying down he decided he would figure it out tomorrow he didn't need to be out the orphanage until the end of the week so he still had three days to find an apartment until he was homeless.

*Morning 11am*

Jayden didn't sleep in but went out to find out what he could do rectify his current situation looking at apartments online last night he didn't find anything until now the place was a little run down but affordable. It use to be a luxury apartment complex in Harlem but after The Hulk's and Abominations fight it was renting cheap since the neighborhood was a mess. The place had a key card entrance so people couldn't just walk in if they wanted to along with two doors on every apartment the first was made of iron and required the key card and number pad while the other was a regular door.

The rent was at a reasonable price of $600 a month with a deposit of $200 so he took it right away having a three bed room two bath new apartment after that he simply moved his stuff in saying by to the caretaker of the orphanage who cried a little. While he should feel something he hadn't felt anything since coming here, not like he didn't have emotions but they were just less than what a normal person had. After finding a new place he brought out his laptop because even if this version of himself didn't know how to hack his past self was one of the best in the world even making it on the Interpol list for Top 10 Hackers coming in at number 3.

(Jayden Current Money=$3,200)

Finding the first black site he could he went to check out some information that you wouldn't find anywhere else mostly it was drugs, weapons, and human trafficking but if you looked in the right spots you would find the best stuff. Like right now where he found someone was looking for a hack to do a little work and he would make up to sixteen thousand it was just to hack and get some information he didn't ask more than that since it was against Dark Web courtesy to ask for more. It took all of twenty minutes to get the information that he was looking for that was about some company illegal activities, after passing it along he was given the Bitcoin for it using the currency exchange and putting it in his bank account after making it untraceable.

Jayden decided to stop there he didn't need to much money and since it was only noon he decided to explore the city he didn't want to spend all his time inside like he use to since it wasn't always safe. The one thing he was worried about was S.H.I.E.L.D since he knew his hacking was one of the best in the world he wasn't worried about being traced but was worried that they might find his actions weird and start watching him. Ignoring the feeling though he walked along the streets getting comfortable with everything, while walking passed a electronics store he saw the news reel playing something about Spider-Man and from the looks he was just starting out.

The suit was made from just regular clothes it wasn't even the spandex version so he couldn't be sure about who was the current Spider-Man but since he already saw that Tony Stark looked like Robert Downey Jr. he was expecting either Tom Holland or Andrew Garfield since he wasn't that tall so he must still be the high school Spider-Man. While he wouldn't mind Tobey Maguire he just had a gut feeling it would be one of the other two.

Shrugging it off he turned to go check out the Baxter Building but bumped into someone knocking them.. well her to the ground looking at the person he knocked over she had long flowing red hair and electric light blue eyes that was mesmerizing. Her body was killer and his heart nearly stopped looking at her since he hadn't seen someone so beautiful before but it quickly calmed down in seconds which made him feel weird but he brushed it off. She had on a blue turtleneck cashmere sweater with black skinny jeans that hugged her waist nicely showing off her butt and black ankle boots that had a zipper on the side, coming out of her daze she glance up at him.

*Jean Grey POV*

Landing on the ground her butt her a little from knocking into the person who wasn't watching where he was going, glancing up at him she froze for a moment her heartbeat quickening looking into his eyes. He was taller than her 5'6 frame probably 6'2 with black hair that had streaks of silver that was in a man bun on top of his head, it complemented his mocha colored skin making it look even more beautiful (Wait can you call a guy beautiful? Well this one was.) he was wearing a leather jacket that just made his well toned chest in the white shirt he was wearing stand out more. His grey pants and blue sneakers that had seen better days didn't diminish his looks at all since the holes in his jeans were in the right places while the tattered shoes wouldn't even get a second glance from someone else.

Though it was his hypnotic golden eyes with flecks of green in them that drew her in making her heart pound louder she couldn't even hear him while he had his hand out trying to offer to help her stand. It took a moment but seeing his lips move again she had to ask, "I'm sorry what did you say?" She also didn't notice that the moment they touched the voices she was hearing went away and the world was calm again.

He chuckled smiling down at her, "I said sorry about that I wasn't watching where I was going are you okay?"

*POV END*

Jayden found her cute but when he got a full look at her face he couldn't stop a small smile from coming over his face she looked exactly like Sophie turner from Dark Phoenix and although he hadn't seen every X-Man movie he knew a little to get by. Finally coming out his thoughts after she took his hand he couldn't help but rub his thumb over that back of her hand smiling when she shuddered a little at that, "So am I forgiven?" He asked on a light chuckle.

"Yeah, I should have probably not been on my phone while walking anyway." She said a small smile playing on her plump lips.

"Ahh I forgot I'm Jayden Wayne by the way and you are?"

"Oh Jean Grey, so..." she said not knowing how to continue.

"Well miss. Grey what could have you so distracted that you didn't see me?" He wanted to see where she was at in her life so asking a few questions wouldn't be bad. Like wether she was already in the X-Men Mansion or what.

"Well..." she bit her lip looking down at her phone which still had a message on it that she was looking at, "It's just a small fight between me and my mom nothing to serious, what are you doing?"

(She will probably join X-Men later I haven't decided they will be apart of it but not a big part just people I like.)

"I see." Well that answered his question about where she was in her life but it still didn't answer about wether her powers had manifested or not. "I'm on my way to get a new phone, as you can see I've been living in the dark ages so..." he held a flip phone that was way past it's timeline date but as an orphan saving money he couldn't do anything about it.

"Holy crap I didn't know anyone still even used those things. Are you a time traveler or something." She joked.

"Haha smarty pants. No I am not it's just I had to save my money for something important but now that I have some to spare I am buying a new phone." He said lightly pushing her forehead with his finger. "Want to keep me company?" He could see she had something on her mind but was keeping it in but who wouldn't especially if she just found out she was a mutant and seeing as the world wasn't as accepting didn't know what to do.

She thought for a moment and decided why not, "Sure that's fine I have nothing better to do anyway."

"Awesome let's go."

The two took off towards the phone store that he was heading to now instead of his trip to the Baxter building he would just take a trip there later when he was alone, not that he was being sneaky or anything. But he didn't want someone next to him when he tried to hack into the building, what it's not like he cares about the fantastic four but he wanted to see if they had anything useful for him. After buying a phone the two were sitting at a Picnic table talking about different stuff while having some food street tacos that Jayden was slowly falling in love with.

They found out they had a lot in common for taste in books to what they did in there free time while having different opinions on stuff that came to stupid things like food. She was a lover of avocados seeing as there was an extra Dixie cup of it next to her food while he hated the stuff it looked like baby vomit and didn't taste good at all, sighing he thought to himself she was almost the perfect girl. While he should be worried about things such as making money and what he was going to do, for now he was just going to hang out with the seventeen year old scared girl who was hiding her pain in the smile she was showing him.

He was certain now that she had unlocked her mutant gene while slowly unlocking the part of the Phoenix but she didn't talked about it with him thinking he would hate her. How could he tell it was a fake smile though? Well that part was easy seeing as he had shown it himself enough to know exactly what one looked like while most the time she was really smiling and laughing and talking to him, when she heard people near them talking down on mutants she would get quieter and smile only when she thought she needed to.

After having the delicious almost orgasmic Tacos they walked it off her showing him the city since he told her he wasn't from around here, he didn't mention being an Orphan and she didn't ask more. He wasn't always an orphan though he use to have a family that was actually going to adopt him but after the mother got cancer they decided they couldn't keep him which landed him in the Orphanage after they took him from the one in Texas out to this past one in New York.

It was overall a fun day and the two became friends, while getting closer she was surprised that she couldn't read his mind or enter it in anyway but it was also refreshing to find something out on her own rather than invading someone's mind. When he had held her shoulder and all the voices around them were gone she nearly cried and hugged him asking to never let go but held back and smiled thinking him in her mind that he gave her that little comfort.

It was getting pretty late and Jeans's mom had already called her multiple times (I don't know what happen to her parents. To make this my own I will be dealing with them as I please and giving her life a background I made up.) but she stuck around with him for awhile longer since she had school the next day and couldn't hang out with him like she did today. If it wasn't for what happen this morning then she would have been at school but seeing her situation she couldn't go just yet and took the day off so she could adjust to her new life. Jayden saw that she was getting ready to leave but that she wanted to stick around seeing as since earlier she stood as close to him as possible so that the voices would die down naturally and it helped but it was now time to part ways.

"So I kind of have to go.... but I was hoping we could hang out this weekend?" She asked hopefully looking adorable with upturned puppy dog eyes.

Jayden might not feel much but seeing that even he had trouble and held back the urge to hold his chest from that direct shot he just received from her, "Yeah I should be free all weekend so just call me when you want to meet up." He said with a slight smile with the little happiness he was felling it actually looked natural.

"Great. Call me!" She skipped off after that head towards the train station she stayed in the east village and they were in east Harlem so she had a train ride ahead of her.

When Jayden made it home he was tired from his day out with Jean although he was in great shape since earlier his body started feeling lighter and he was woozy he only pushed on because Jean was having fun. He didn't make it even ten steps before landing on his couch/bed passing out, while asleep the back of his hand went from being bare to gaining a tattoo. The tattoo was a fully bloomed rose that covered his entire hand with a deep red color, a stem was also going down but it wasn't that long with only two thorns on it that both had a drop of blood on it.

While he was in a dream state he saw another him standing in front of him preforming actions first with his palm up he saw petals from a rose slowly rise spreading out before covering him from all over it was like a tornado but it followed his command. While showing how to control the red petals he vanished slowly another him taking the last place but this time with blue petals they acted as a shield while taking attacks coming at him but it was impenetrable not letting a single attack hit. Lastly he demonstrated using them at the same time showing how powerful of a weapon the petals could be and making them turn from a solid to a liquid, he could also make them harden like metal it was a bazaar scene.

The dreamed ended like that for the rest of the night it was just darkness as his mind took in all the information from what he just learned. He wouldn't know it until morning but he now could use tow functions of the rose inside his body, something that would later shake the whole world, Jayden was neither good nor bad but one thing was clear and it was that he wouldn't be a hero he never did have that complex.
