Chapter 1

A/N: The tears when this happened though. Poor simp doctor.

Prologue:

Warning! This fic contains spoilers for FGO, Fate Grand Order game.

"Arrogant Fools," Goetia said as he prepares for his attack. "I will show you there's no hope in your mission to save humanity," he said as both he and Mashu got into combat. Ritsuka was providing support by using his Magecraft to create a barage of gems to cover for Mashu.

Both Ritsuka and Mashu fought hard with every ounce of magical energy they have as they continue to attack Goetia. Goetia finally had enough as he prepared to use Solomon's final noble phantasm, [Ars Aladel Salomonis].

Mashu knew that Ritsuka would die if the Noble Phantasm were to hit him. Instincts drove her as she stood in front her master lifting her shield and releasing her Noble Phantasm that Galahad, a knight of the Round Table, entrusted to her.

The shield was raised high and mighty. A small speck of dust in front of absolute power. Yet the speck of dust that was Mashu did not waver. Her spirit and heart all stood proud and confident as the spiritual protection of the Castle of Chalk that a girl had once dreamed about.

[LORD CAMELOT!]

The noble phantasm manifested as the chalk castle that was built on the dreams of the girl made itself known. The impact of the blast was intense as she was pushed back slightly yet the thoughts of protecting Ritsuka were enough to keep the walls of the chalk castle form crumbling. As long as she did not waver, the walls of the castle protecting them would not crumble.

She knew that she would die anyway, her body was going through cell degradation as she was a designer baby. She was going to die in the end, so she with all her might pushed her body to its limits as looked back with a faint smile at her master, Ritsuka.

"Goodbye, Senpai."

Silence filled the air as Ritsuka gazed upon what was left of his servant, her shield still standing proud as it had fulfilled its duty. Ritsuka fell on his knees as tears travel down on his face. "Foolish girl, as I expected how this will end."

Ritsuka's eyes glared at the beast of humanity in front of him.

"GOETIA!"

"That girl she sacrificed herself for nothing," Goetia said looking down at the servantless master as he ran up to the shield. "It's futile Fujimaru. You can die along with her, O Humanity's final master!" he proclaims.

"Reloading Third Noble Phantasm."

Ritsuka wipes away the tears shed walking to Mashu's shield. He picked up the giant shield as he slowly charges at him. "Very well, I should at least give you a fighting chance before you meet your end. Strike me down in the memory of Mashu Kyrielight." He said opening his arms.

Ritsuka glared at Goetia "With pleasure!" He charges only to stop as a calm and gentle voice reached his ears. The voice was very familiar as he turned around.

"Wait, wait, wait, Ritsuka calm down." a voice causes both human and Beast to stop in their tracks. Footsteps came from the stairwell of the temple revealing to be Romani Archaman making his way next to Ritsuka placing his hand on his shoulder. "Try not to be suicidal Ritsuka, at least save your strength." He said with his usual gentle smile.

"Doctor Roman?!"

Romani ruffles Ritsuka's untamed hair smiling at him. "You've done well to make it so far, Ritsuka. Let me have the spotlight for once." He said to him while walking to the Beast.

Romani felt nervous but he needed to do it. For the future of humanity, he had a possible back up, it had a small chance of working but he would die first either way to get rid of Goetia's, a product created from his corpse. Goetia looked confused and wary.

"Romani Archaman? A mere human was able to enter my temple. Tell me how… Silence filled the world until Goetia's face scrunched up in worry and a slight bit of fear wait I know that Spirit Origin. NO, IT CAN'T BE!" Goetia took a step back as he gazes upon the peach haired doctor. "HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE!?"

Romani indulged the Beast of how it was done and how he was reborn with the power of the Holy Grail. "Goetia, you said you don't need the title of King of Mages. Then I will gladly take it back." Romani said as he reverts to his original self before he was reborn as a human.

Solomon the King of Mages was back.

Ritsuka looked in shock as Romani's peach hair became white as his clothes were replaced with regal robes and his skin tanned with black markings on his arms. On his hand there was a single ring that fit there. No doubt about it, Romani Archaman was Solomon the King of Mages.

"I am Solomon, the King of Mages. Goetia let me teach you the final magecraft" He said to the Beast. Goetia lunged at Romani attacking him as Romani scolded him about life and death.

"I will end you with your own Noble Phantasm Solomon!" Goetia cried in anger.

Goetia's eyes widened in surprise as the gentle soothing voice came from Solomon.

"Yes that was the plan. I will be destroyed by my own noble phantasm."

Goetia in an instant arrived in front of Solomon with his fist cocked back ready to punch Solomon into oblivion. Yet that thought was quickly dismissed and replaced with panic as a magic shield formed in front of Solomon leaving Goetia's fist flying backwards.

"In the distant future, there will be a time where magecraft will become evil for humans. To destroy this Solomon prepared a safety measure, the true first noble phantasm."

Solomon raised his arms up to the sky. Goetia exclaimed in disbelief, "No! You shouldn't be able to do that!" Goetia's face of rage flashed into one of fear, disbelief and desperation.

"Stop! Stop! Stop!!"

Goetia punched furiously at the magic barrier only to no avail. The barrier held on as Goetia desperately punched.

"Those rings! That almighty throne are no longer yours alone!"

In a final furious attack fuelled by rage, the attack cracked the barrier.

Solomon chanted his final noble phantasm, the true first noble phantasm.

"The Time of Birth hath come, I am the remedy of eternity."

Solomon's body gained a golden aura which only flared as he continued.\

"The Time of Coronation hath come, I am the beginning of eternity."

The flare of gold surrounded his body in a calm and water like flowing state. Romani or as he was now called Solomon, was completely calm. He had come to terms of what he must do. He had prepared a back up plan but even that was not enough to convince him. He was ready. He would do this, no going back.

The flare of gold completely surged into a massive aura.

He sighed and paused before looking back at Ritsuka giving him a smile and a nod.

Goetia reached an all time desperation and acted like a cornered animal reduced to its primitive instincts of survival.

"The Time of Parting hath come."

His face showed no sign of fear. He reflected everything like the calm still water.

"I am he who surrenders the world."

Solomon's magic barrier broke as a hand pierced his stomach. His face had a hint of pain yet no malice was shown towards the one who had inflicted it upon him.

The rings floated in the air as he finished his chant. He looked back one more time as his eyes caught a servant looking at him. His father, he gave one last bright smile before he turned back to look Goetia dead in the eyes.

His hands grasped the rings gently as a bright light shone within his hands.

David's POV:

Romani Archaman the one who we normally call Roman. He reminded me of my son, the way he acts and the way his green eyes looked filled me with nostalgia. I had been looking forward to greet him after the final battle.

Yet my hopes were crushed. Taken under the foot stomped on many times before ripping it apart. Just as all of humanity was about to end.

A hero arrived, a hero no one expected.

A twist no one could have ever predicted.

Romani Archaman shone with a light before becoming my son. My son Solomon. It was then I remembered his words to me.

"The moment I was born, was the moment I learnt everything."

"The moment I could feel was the moment I had to do everything"

And...

"The moment I say those parting words is the moment I leave the world."

I ran and ran, I shouted to Master, anything, anything but that. There must be a way. My legs gave out from the pain as I tripped and stumbled onto the cold hard floor. My head raised up as I saw something that made my heart ache. His head turned to look at me with Goetia's hands piercing him. The rings floating in the air as he gave me one last bright smile. The smile conveyed a message which teared him up inside.

"Look father, It's me, Solomon."

I gave out one last cry of desperation.

"NO!"
