It's been a year passed since that fight and a lot has changed after his disappearance.
After that fight, All Might officially retired from hero work as Hawk became the newest top 1 hero of the country. He did give his statement about him being Quirkless once before but all he said was that he passed down his power on his unknown successor.
After that, he dedicated all his attention to his sucky teaching career much to the happiness of his class.
Though in Class B, they were all struck with shock as their new teacher became the former #2 hero of the country, Endeavor. He stated on his very first day that his class will be better than All Might's in which case, all the boys roared in excitement while one Neito Monoma even stood up on his desk and boasted that their class will be the best.
The police and heroes investigated Kira's name down to his birth from being abandoned by his biological parents to a random hero reporting that Kira's heart stopped when he saw his state back then in an alleyway.
The more they dig in deeper, the more they can't help but pity Kira's situation but they were even more shocked when they later learned that his case was actually quite natural on Quirkless people.
When these people traced it back to its reason why these things were never reported was because of some higher-ups in the police department as well the government.
They basically filter these cases as accidents and when the masses were made aware of this, they were all obviously outraged with this. Police officers and heroes who know this actually resigned from their duties. They stated that they can't handle the guilt of countless Quirkless people dying due to this.
Common people tried to rally behind this and over time, this controversy actually sparked a nation-wide strike against these higher-ups to be sent to prison. Anyone saying otherwise, they were all openly hated by the people, making their connection all over the country reach an all-time low.
The riots even got to the point that some retired heroes and even current heroes themselves joined in as well.
During these times, the crime rate all over the country caused by villains actually plummeted to a considerable degree much to the shock of heroes and police alike.
As even villains themselves openly tried to attack these high-profile individuals, including Stain himself. Now that he knew the stem of all of these, there was not a chance in hell he won't get rid of it once and for all.
Police who were tasked to keep out the riot actually started siding with the people instead, that even on the day they were stationed there, they would quit on the spot just so people could be let in.
This continued for months until finally even their very own current president of the country was impeached because of this. As soon as the newly elected president came to power every one of these individuals that the people demanded was all charged with treason.
Most of them were caught and arrested but there were those that managed to flee to another country.
After that affair, Japan experienced months of this strange state of peace, and this time, it wasn't about heroes or All Might for that matter.
Prejudice against Quirkless was now looked down upon by everyone. People who were diagnosed with 'villainous' Quirks have their periodical therapy and psychological evaluations in order to assure their parents.
The very first to this was actually one Toga Himiko, she voluntarily went there, and within a month, her stabby tendencies were significantly reduced. She only did this because of her parents. She was in the middle of stabbing someone when they finally found her. At first, her reactions were erratic but both her parents didn't scold or hurt her, they hugged her while crying happily. She later learned that ever since she ran away, they were both searching for her from city to city.
After Himiko's case was known by the public, some wanted villains actually turned themselves in and got treated for the side-effects of their Quirks. The reason for this was the public was all made aware of the high chance that their Quirks actually affects their very own personality.
Due to this, the appearance of new villains is becoming fewer and fewer as time passes.
Those who knew Kira were all in denial at first when they learned that he was a villain but over time, they came to accept it as Izuku did. Izuku didn't want to judge Kira so he made his own research about him and he wasn't disappointed with what he found. So even though he himself will never resort to killing, he got to give Kira respect for going against the norm of society all by himself without any support from anyone.
People like his former bullies, teachers, and the former principal were all shocked, to say the least when they learned that Kira was Reaper. They all couldn't help but remember when the day he dropped out of school, the look of disappointment in his eyes as he looked at them like bugs. It got even worse for the bullies and the former principal that plagued them with countless night terrors.
Out of all that knew Kira, Kodai was the calmest of all of them but she always has that nose bleed whenever she looks at her phone. Her friends tried to find the reason so they tried to take her phone to find the reason, key word 'tried' as not one of them has been successful in even getting close to her phone.
Nemuri Kayama(Midnight), their teacher, got wind of this gossip so she made up different plans to take a sneak peek at that. Though during one day, Kodai was taken to the infirmary due to an injury due to sparring with her classmates. Nemuri got her chance and looked at it and professionally hacked her phone.
As soon as Kodai opened her eyes, she saw Nemuri, looking down on her with a stern expression on her face while her nose had this constant steady stream of blood coming out from it. At that, Kodai didn't need to ask her teacher if she found an album on her phone named, K-Collection.
After that, Yui Kodai became officially the apprentice of the hero Midnight much to the curiosity of everyone there.
At the time Kira revealed his face and name, both parents of one family, in particular, were struck with uneasiness. This family belongs to the house of Shinomiya, Kira's biological parents that abandon him in the streets but now they have a daughter that has a Quirk they like.
Their daughter was never made aware of this but when she saw both of her parents' reactions towards Kira's identity, she knew they knew something. So, being a curious teen, she searched in the net about this Kira but nothing, she only got his name was Kira Kagami, he's a drop-out, and that he's the owner of a bakery.
She was about to give up when an unknown source revealed his life story to the public. At first, she was skeptical about this but as she read on, she realized one scary detail at the very beginning. His original name was Kira Shinomiya, the same last name as her family but she thought it was just a coincidence that is until she continued to read on.
It turned out that Kira was abandoned by her current parents and that he was her older brother she never knew about just because he was diagnosed as a Quirkless. Her eyes became watery as she quickly ran to her parents and confronted them with this but both her parents quickly denied it though as days came by, the article about Kira's life became a headline in the public news.
She grew disappointed at them when both of them still deny everything about it.
As a week came by, she didn't say anything and just looked at her parents when they were both mentioned by name on the television.
They both squirmed uncomfortably at their daughter's gaze until one day, they had it and admitted it towards her. She didn't act surprised or anything, she just packed up her things and moved out towards her grandparents. Of course, her parents tried to stop her but she didn't budge as she remembers her older brother was thrown away at the tender age of 4.
Days passed by, she was informed by her grandparents that both of her parents were already taken in by the police when they later learned the validity of the story. She wanted to feel sorry for her parents but she couldn't when she remembers the struggles and pain her older brother she never knew about.
Just like that, the family that abandoned Kira in the first place became broken. Both parents tried to blame the other for it while their daughter's trust in them became that of strangers.
On Kira's previous bakery spot, now stood a mural of him as Reaper wielding his scythe on one side while the other, Kira is wearing his apron and a loaf of bread at hand. Even though many still abolish his name due to the killings, they all still remember their favorite baker that is always kind to them.

As soon as Kira entered the portal, he came into a void filled with stars all around him, and in front of him was his status window. Truth be told, there were times that he actually forgot he even got his system but now seeing his Item Shop option, he opened it quickly.
He found sections of clothes, equipment, and consumables.
When he saw he could buy his ingredients now, he couldn't help but sigh in relief with himself. Over the years of him managing his bakery, baking became one of his full-time hobbies regardless of the sales of any of it.
He shook off his current thoughts as he allocated his unused points towards his stats then he could take off in another world. Though he wished he could go somewhere peaceful and without any god-complex assh*les in it.

He nodded with satisfaction with his stats as he equips his civilian outfit, particularly a plain white shirt, black pants with black boots, and a black long-sleeved trench coat that only reaches his knees. He then tied his crimson black hair into a messy bun just like Miyamura on Hori as his hair is just as long as his now.
He looked at his Multiverse Travel function then without any more hesitation, he activated it and immediately a new portal materialized in front of him.
He placed his hands on his trench coat's pockets and wordlessly walked through it.

As Kira opened his eyes, the first thing he noticed that he was in some forest.
He looked at the clear sky and breathed in the fresh air as he noticed there was hardly any pollution in this area. He thought it might be because he was in some far-out forest with no civilization in sight but when he walked a few more minutes, he came across a weird sight.
As he recognized this, he doesn't need to guess where he is now but the question that plagues his mind now is how far along is he to the canon of this world.
A city with brick walls as borders and at the center of it, a single huge tower resided in it.
Labyrinth City, Orario.
He also noticed it was just morning as he could clearly see the rising sun and seeing the beautiful natural sights, he couldn't help but appreciate the view so he walked there without any apparent hurry on his part.
During his walk, he ate one of his stock bread from his inventory while looking at the clear sky as he tried to remember what he knew about this world. After a few more minutes of concentrating on it, he gave up as he only knows up to season 1 in the animation.
'I'll just wing it, I guess. I just hope there aren't any unreasonable bastards there… If there is, well, they better pray to their deity that I don't cross them,' Kira thought of as he finished his food at the same time he arrived in front of the entrance.
At the same time, he thought of this, many in Orario suddenly shivered and even some of the gods residing there felt a chill went down their spines. They all didn't dwell on this as they carried on what they were all doing though some of them superstitious felt an ominous change was about to happen.
Kira walked through the entrance after he just gave the guards some of his bread.
As soon as he entered the city, he immediately looked for a spot for his possible bakery shop but as he walked, he came across the famous pub in the canon.
A two-story building made of stone that has the appearance of a neat inn with customers flooding in and out of it.
The Hostess of Fertility.
He unconsciously went in but as soon as he entered, the owner of the pub immediately sensed him so she quickly stopped everything and looked in Kira's direction.
A tall woman that has brown eyes and long brown hair. She wears a different colored version of the Hostess of Fertility uniform than the others.
Of course, Kira sensed her gaze as she continued looking intently at him as he made his way towards her. The rest in the pub as well as the customer in it grew curious at this as they hardly see the owner being serious about a new young man walking in.
*Gulp*
They all unconsciously gulped due to the tense atmosphere between them. They all knew that the owner of this pub is not someone who you should mess with but now, a fearless newcomer is looking at her without any care. They all looked at Kira like he was a dead man walking.
As Kira arrived in front of the owner, they noticed that both of them were actually at the same height as each other.
Silence prevailed all over the pub as they could feel the tension between them. The girls that worked there with combat capabilities are already ready in backing up their boss from this unknown young man.
They both stared at each other silently as they were greeting their adversary for the first time.
"My name is Mia Grand, I am the owner of this fine establishment… may I know your name?" Mia said first as she broke the silence.
"Kira… Kira Kagami," Kira answered.
"I see, then Kira, may I know... what is your purpose here?" Mia asked again as she stepped closer as she tried to intimidate Kira.
Kira looked at her stoically at first as he responded.
"I… am… here…" Kira muttered as everyone who heard him unconsciously leaned forward with curiosity.
"To taste your bread, if it's good as mine is," Kira continued while still looking seriously at Mia as she was the same.
Everyone who heard him looked at them while their eyes twitched in irritation but seeing the serious expression of Mia, none of them had the balls to say something.
"Challenge accepted. C'mon, I'd like to see if my intuition about you is correct," Mia nodded at him as she led him to the kitchen.
Kira nodded at her as he obediently followed her while Mia's employees looked at them as they all noticed the strange behavior of their boss and judging by the sweat forming on her face, this young man wasn't your ordinary man.
As soon as both entered the kitchen, Mia closed the door immediately as she let out her intimidating power as she pressured Kira.
"Who… no, what are you? You're not from around here, are you? Others may not feel it but I can, judging by what I am feeling, you're stronger than anyone or anything I ever encountered before… a lot stronger, so I ask you again, who are you?" Mia said as ever since Kira stepped inside her pub, she felt she was at his mercy. Even right now looking at his red glowing eyes is giving her the chills.
"I meant what I said, I am Kira and I wanted to see if you're bread... can be compared to my own?" Kira said as he looked at her calmly.
Mia stared at him for a few more tense minutes until she finally nodded and brought out a freshly baked bread and presented it to him.
He looked at it then took a bite of it.
He chewed calmly then swallowed it. He then brought out his hand as a bread of his creation materialized on it.
He handed it to Mia and motioned her to taste it.
Mia grew cautious at this but looking at Kira's expression, she hesitantly took a bite of it and her eyes immediately grew wide as she proceeded to finish the entire thing.
"D-delicious… how?" Mia attentively asked as the earlier unease vanished as soon as she took that bite.
Kira didn't answer her as he nodded thoughtfully instead as he thought that he was right, his creation is indeed better. He was about to leave when suddenly Mia grabbed his shoulders.
"W-w-wait!! You're new here right? I bet you don't even have a place to stay in, you can stay here instead! Free of charge! In exchange, work for me as I pay you as well!" Mia hurriedly said as she knew if Kira was recruited by another or even made his own shop, her customers will surely dwindle sooner than later.
Kira lifted one of his eyebrows in curiosity but as he thought of his current situation, it does seem to coincide with his predicament. Mainly he planned to find a vacant land or even a cheap spot where he could open up his bakery but now that Mia is offering it, might as well accept it and he assumed that this way, he wouldn't have to go out his way just to find out about when will canon happen.
"...When do I start?" Kira asked at the same time Mia grinned happily.
On that day, the employees and regulars of the Hostess of Fertility were all surprised as Kira was the first male that the owner, Mia, hired. Of course, many questioned this but with one look of Mia, they all backed down.
So on Kira's first day in Orario, he became the resident baker of the pub.
A month went by as Kira familiarize himself with everyone including his co-workers. During this month, he came to know that he was still far-off from the canon. The reason for this was when he hadn't seen goddess Hestia not even once since he came here.
He even located the abandoned church that Hestia should be residing but there was no one there except dust.
Don't get him wrong, he doesn't really care about the canon, he just wanted to see the actual casts, that's it.
During his work though, due to his looks, more female customers started to become regulars much to the happiness of Mia and the displeasure of most employees there.
All employees there except Ryuu secretly discussed with themselves that Kira is the property of the staff there so they should protect their property with all they got from slutty b*tches. Mia just gave a happy grin and thumbs up towards them while Ryuu didn't know how to react to this.
Ryuu is still stoic as she still can't help but think about the chaos she caused for annihilating one Familia in the name of avenging her comrades. If it weren't for Syr and Mia, she should be dead today already.
During all this, Kira's denseness is actively being challenged by these female employees as they even have asked (threatened) these pesky b*tches off of him without him even noticing it.

Currently, Kira was just cleaning his station when he heard yelling outside.
He grew curious at this as he wondered who would make a racket in the middle of the night.
From what he can remember, this world was supposed to be fairly light-hearted though he still remembers there was little trash-talking here and there, that was all he could remember.
He went out and saw something that immediately didn't seem right wherever you look at it.
A small young girl was desperately trying to drag her large backpack while she was surrounded by drunk adventurers laughing and mocking at her.
"HAHAHAHA C'mon! Hurry it up!! We don't have all day!!"
"HAHAHA If you are late for even a second, you don't get paid at all!!"
"Hehehe!! So mush little girl!! Mush!!"
"HAHAHA" x3
*sob* *hics* *sob*
"Oh look, guys! She's actually crying! HAHAHAHA!!"
"HAHAHAHA!! Phew! Enough! Get your asses moving! Or else we would be left with no alcohol made Soma-sama!"
"Oh, that's right! Hey, brat! Bring every Valis after checking with the Guild!"
"Let's go, guys!"
At that, those adventurers went away.
Kira looked at everyone looking at her but not a single one of them helped her, or better yet, they even tried to ignore her altogether.
He was about to help her when Mia stopped her from doing so.
"Before you say anything… those guys there are her Familia, if you interfere with them, they'll only take it out on the very same girl after you scold or beat them. Many of us here actually tried to help her but it always leads to her being beaten up the next day even worse. One of the absolute rules here is that if you have a problem with an adventurer, their respective gods in their own Familia will be the one you should talk to." Mia explained herself as she felt this may cause something.
"So… you're telling me, I can't interfere with other Familias?" Kira asked calmly.
"Unfortunately, yes, if you are caught then the guild would search high and low just so you are caught and punished," Mia said as she turned back and entered her pub.
At this, he tightened his grip on his fist as he saw the girl dragging her large bag with difficulty.
He cast one look at those 3 particular adventurers as his eyes glowed eerily then he turned back as well to excuse himself from his boss. As it seems, he was naive enough to think that maybe this world would've been any different than the last.
Back at those 3.
They were making their way towards their Familia while taking the secluded alleyway as their usual shortcut.
"Hahaha!! Did you see her adorable crying face!!"
"Yeah!! Hahaha!! It was hilarious!!"
"She was like 'oohhh help me!" HAHAHAHA"
They were still amidst laughing with themselves when two of them suddenly stopped.
*Thud*
The last one was still laughing but when he noticed his two buddies, he stopped and looked back but when he saw them he suddenly became sober as he fell to his bottom in fright.
"W-w-w-what!! W-w-who's there!!!" the last one shouted hysterically while looking all around him.
Both of his buddies laid there in a puddle of their own blood on the ground, dissected in a disturbing manner with their limbs cut off including their heads.
*Gulp*
The guy couldn't help but gulp in fright. He still couldn't believe it, his buddies that were just laughing with him are already dead.
He looked everywhere in panic as he brought out his dagger swinging it all over the place. When he noticed that no one was coming at him, he made a run for it towards his Familia in haste.
Above his previous spot was Kira in his Reaper outfit and mask was looking down on the last guy desperately trying to run. His red eyes glowed as they gleamed with coldness then in a blink of an eye, he was gone. The only sign he was there was a few little droplets of blood.
…
The adventurer finally arrived at his Familia's bar as he hysterically explained to everyone there the situation but every one of them laughed it off as he was just being drunk. He desperately tried to make someone believe him but a moment later the door he just came through opened.
All of them curiously looked at their expected drinking buddies but instead, they saw a guy wearing an all-black outfit and a weird skull mask on his face.
"Hey, punk! Who the hell are you supposed to be huh!"
"Yeah! If you're not going to give us a drink then you should get the f*ck out of here!"
"This here is the property of the Soma Familia, any trespassers can be dealt with any way the f*ck we want HAHAHAHA!!"
"HAHAHA good one bruh, now beat it punk!"
"Yeah! Didn't you hear us? You f*cking deaf or something? HAHAHAHA"
While every one of them was dissing the newcomer, two guys were already shaking in their boots when he first stepped inside the bar.
The first one was the panicked adventurer while the other was an unusually sober member named Chandra Ihit.
Kira in his get-up, looked everywhere as he wordlessly used his eyes without alerting anyone to see their sins and he wasn't disappointed especially the guy named Zanis Lustra.
One of them finally got fed up as he approached Kira arrogantly but when both Chandra and the adventurer saw him. They were about to yell for him to stop and get away from Kira.
Too bad, they were a bit too late when Kira brought out his hand and a black scythe came from out of nowhere then his hand blurred towards the approaching drunk.
*Slick*
*Thud*
At that display, the noise in the entire bar quieted down like there was no one in there in the first place as the head of one of their members flew in the air and dropped at their feet.
"You all would do anything for a drink right… let me quench your thirst then…" Kira muttered as he swung his scythe to get rid of the blood in his scythe as his cold glowing red eyes were looking at all of them.
His eerie red eyes and the black scythe bathe in blood were enough for every one of them to feel chills in their spines.
*Thing* *Thing*
Kira hit the but of his scythe to the ground twice as it sounded everywhere in the bar.
"...Shall we... begin?" Kira muttered lowly but everyone heard him clearly making all of them gulp unconsciously.
