After that day, Izuku became less and less of a stutterer and more confident with himself. Even though Izuku still has days when he would come in with slight injuries but he would always persevere with determined eyes. Bit by bit, Izuku was changing mentally and physically as he always trains his body every morning.

Inko, Izuku's mom, naturally noticed this about her son's once lifeless and dull eyes became spirited and full of fire like he did before he was stated as a Quirkless. She knew if Izuku didn't change, there was a high possibility that her baby boy might just attempt suicide but all she could do to him was apologize when she would be questioned by his son one simple question 'Can I be a Hero?'.

In the end, she couldn't believe that her Izuku changed after working in that bakery so she couldn't help but feel grateful for Kira for this. Due to this, she became a regular there, and enjoys watching her son, smiling, and working earnestly.

Though Bakugo always wants to challenge Kira after his humiliation that day. Unfortunately for him, all it takes to make him go down is just one single solid hit much to his frustration.

Just like that, another 6 months went by.

During this time, Kira was just a few short Nemus down before he completed one of his objectives. He knew All For One was the one behind this cat and mouse scenario and as soon as he took out the doctor and Gigantomachia, he probably moved out the Nomus to a different location because when he got there, there were only 10 Nomus instead of the hundreds he expected.

It took him a few months to hunt down every last of them, well most of them. He was only missing 5 more according to his mission but he doesn't doubt those 5 were being safely kept by All For One himself.

As for hunting All For One, Kira had to give the guy credit, no matter who he asked 'nicely', not one of them knew anything about All For One.

Over time, Kira got tired of hunting the guy so he just thought of following the canon or what's left of it anyway. Seeing that Izuku is more confident with himself even though he still hasn't had One For All.

He estimated he still has over a year before the canon starts so he decided to lay back for a while and stock on his daily mission rewards. Leveling up now became extremely difficult seeing that he was already at Level '90s and the monsters from his penalty missions hardly make him level up anymore.

During these 6 months, he only leveled up thrice much to his frustration. Don't get him wrong, he knew he could take out All For One even before he could reach level '80s but he wanted to at least reach a hundred before he goes to a different world just to be sure.

Surprising as it is, the public became used to Kira's nightly hunts, though the heroes never gave up trying to catch him, as, for the authorities, they became somewhat neutral in all of this. They'll never admit it but since Kira started his hunts, the crime rate during the night has begun decreasing with each passing kill.

Now, the night became even more peaceful than the day as it became a public rule that Reaper only goes out at night. Of course, there will be some morons trying to claim infamy by taking care of Reaper themselves but every one of them either became crippled or headless.

One of those dumbasses is one named The Carnal Murderer: Muscular. The day before he met Reaper, he proclaimed all over the net he would 'Quash that Emo F*ck' but a day later, they found Muscular or what's left of him intact in an abandoned house.

The ones who saw it be it heroes, police, and villains became sick to their stomachs. The gruesome detail about it was never released by any media outlet instead they were just informed that Muscular is dead.

Of course, some curious hackers went in and looked at Muscular's circumstances but every one of them wished they hadn't. They could've spread it again to the media outlets but this one just made them pale in disgust just looking at it so they all kept quiet about this.

One night though, Kira finally met someone who was looking for him. A tall muscular guy with messy black hair wearing a combative outfit armed with sharp bladed weapons, a long torn scarf, and a bandana around his neck and eyes. He also wears bandages around his arms and boots with spikes on the toes.

As soon Kira noticed this, he knew who it was, "Chizome Akaguro… Stain or should I call you… Stendhal?"

"...Tsk, so you know my old name, it doesn't matter. I only came here to ask you… I want to know… did you also come to the same understanding, towards this sham society, as I did?" Stain asked while gripping his blades in case he doesn't like what he hears.

Kira looked stoically at him for a while then he nodded.

"We're the same… at the same time, we aren't. You're trying to fix society through violence just as I'm doing now but you focus too much on your perfect ideology of what a true hero is," Kira commented as he placed back his scythe in his inventory.

"And you? ...Isn't that what you're doing as well?" Stain asked in curiosity as it was very rare coming across someone with the same convictions as himself.

Kira shook his head slowly then looked straight at Stain with his glowing red-blood eyes.

"Tell me, what is the use of a hero, if there are no villains…" Kira muttered to him.

Stain widened his eyes in realization as he looked at the guy in front of him.

"That's right, you're right when you said this was a sham society. You want a true hero but not me… the root problem today is society's over-dependent on Quirk users. Almost all of them based their futures according to their Quirks due to the norm of the society." Kira said before Stain could interrupt him.

"Due to the awakening of these Quirks, those that have been blessed with strong Quirks think to themselves that they should be adored and given respect by anyone lesser than them. In simple, they grew arrogant, they either became a hero who longed for the public's adoration or a villain who desired to control those he thinks are beneath them. This is the society today and I plan to change it." Kira continued while Stain let go of his blades as he listened to Kira.

"...How?" Stain asked in curiosity.

"Fear… I will make them fear me as I kill everything that stands in my way, I'll show them all as their noble heroes fall and villains die in repentance," Kira replied then turned around and merged with his shadow to continue his nightly hunt.

Stain looked at Kira's previous spot as he contemplated what he just learned but as he thought about it more, the more it made sense to him.

"Hehehe, I was right… you are like me hahahaha!!" Stain couldn't help but laugh in glee as he thought about the truth of society.

"I will give you the benefit of the doubt then, I'll bear witness to your so-called solution. I will help you, for now, hehehe" Stain commented as grinned maliciously as he grew excited about what Kira just told him.

After that meeting, Stain also started actively doing the same thing as Kira only in a different city. At first, they all thought that Reaper went on to a different city but as it turned out, it was the Hero Killer: Stain. The public grew confused at this as they all know that he always goes for the heroes but now, he's doing it to villains as well.

As time passes on, they come to realize how similar Stain and Reaper were. To the heroes, they are both menaces but for the public, they looked at them as vigilantes doing jobs of heroes.

Sure, they still condemn the killings but as the media started revealing the victims' history largely due to the hackers, they all can't help but root for the both of them.

During all of this, as usual, Kira was still minding his own business. Sure there were some morons that tried something funny at his block but he managed to teach them some important life lessons whenever he came across one. Due to this, the entire block at Kira's bakery was very peaceful in which the neighbors appreciated him for.

At present.

Kira was currently finishing his nightly hunt for the night when he felt someone approaching him at extreme speed. He turned quickly to see who's he up against this time as that someone was about to land in front of him.

*Swoosh*

*Thud!*

A cloud of smoke followed after that resounding landing.

As the cloud clears, a very large muscular man with a height of 220cm (7'2") has chiseled features on his face with a strong jawline and pronounced cheekbones, and bushy eyebrows. He has short blond hair, swept backward, with two distinct tufts that stick up above his head, leaning slightly to each side.

"It's fine now. Why? Because I am here!" A voice rang out.

"We finally met… Reaper," The guy spoke as he faced Kira.

"...All Might," Kira narrowed his eyes at the # 1 hero in the country standing in front of him.

"Your reign of terror has continued long enough... it's about time it ends, now," All Might said as he looked down at Kira's smaller frame intently as he knew himself, even though he was bigger, he is still feeling intimidated by Kira's lack of response.

"Is it now?... Who's gonna stop me, you?" Kira commented as he looked at All Might indifferently.

"We would," All Might said as he intended to intimidate him as heroes from all around them started arriving from different locations.

Kira didn't say anything as he looked passively at the number of heroes gathering towards them. Even though he was surrounded on all sides, he still kept his indifferent look at all of them.

"As you can see, it's better if you surrender now," All Might said as he wanted to avoid the fight as much as possible due to his daily limits.

*Swoosh*

Kira was about to reply to him when a sudden stream of fire headed straight for him. Kira merely spun his scythe in front of him to counter the flames.

Just as the stream of fire ended, a few red feathers came towards him from his back.

Kira merely used his shadow form as the attacks phased through him much to the shock of everyone watching him.

As the attacks came to an end, Kira saw on his right was Endeavor and behind him was Hawk. Before he could dwell on it more, a few razor-sharp strings came towards him with the speed of a bullet.

He quickly leaned to his right as the strings missed him just a few centimeters but then he was caught off guard as a white blur made its way towards him as well. He saw it was a kick aimed at his face.

*Bam!*

The kick connected and caused a cloud of dust that was followed by a wind pressure that was seen by everybody. The attacker quickly jumped back after her kick connected as she knew their opponent was not ordinary at all.

As the dust cleared out, they all saw him still standing there straight but this time, a part of his mask has a crack on it.

Despite the attack, Kira looked calmly at the two heroes who just arrived.

A slim, muscular man that has gray hair shaped into three sharp points that cover the right side of his face and dark gray eyes, and he wears a mask over his lower face, covering his nose and mouth. His whole get-up looked like a traditional ninja.

"Shinya Kamihara… Edgeshot," Kira muttered then looked at the other one.

A tanned woman with an athletic build with muscular arms and legs, and has straight white hair reaching down past her waist. On her head, she has a pair of long white rabbit ears pointing upwards with a slight crook.

"Rumi Usagiyama, Mirko," Kira commented as they surrounded him.

The once peaceful night became full of heroes looking at him intently while the skies were filled with media outlets' choppers, filming him right now.

Kira ignored everything as he looked at All Might in curiosity.

The atmosphere became tense as they all knew that what they were facing is far from their ordinary villain. Even though everyone knew they outnumbered him to a ridiculous degree and that All Might is with them, they all still can't help grow anxious as to why Reaper is still calm.

They didn't know that it was their basic instincts telling them to run but only the top heroes realize this. The worst who felt it was Mirko, ever since she saw him, her intuition was screaming and begging her to run far away from here and never come back.

They all grew serious as this feeling just made them sure that it was the right decision in being cautious towards him.

Kira stared at them stoically then placed back his scythe in his inventory much to the curiosity and surprise of many watching him. This action just confirmed that he has multiple Quirks towards everyone looking at him right now.

He then raised his fists as he took a boxing stance staring straight at All Might.

A few tense seconds passed then Endeavor started to attack first by sending a stream of fire towards him.

*Boom!*

With that explosion, the fight began as various heroes including the top heroes of the country against the one villain named, Reaper.
