17 Just a Normal Nightly Massacre

That night, after closing his bakery, Kira immediately made a 'visit' to Overhaul and company.

After an hour of drive, he finally arrived at the said location, the Hassaikai Compound.

He placed back his ride to his inventory then he used his shadow form to walk through the entire compound undetected. He noticed that the entire place was crawling with typical yakuza-like goons, almost every one of them has a tattoo of some kind and they are all armed.

He overlooked everything until he came across a guy wearing a lab coat going to a fancy door carrying a trolley full of food and medicines. He curiously looked at this as he followed the guy but as the doors opened, he was greeted by a sight of something that may cause him to just kill everyone there.

The room he saw didn't have many things in there except for a chair with straps on its side and a small bed at the corner with a 4-year old girl trembling and cowering in fright as she desperately tries to hide her little body behind the bed.

The little girl has long silver hair and a small horn protruding at her right side. She is only wearing big rags on herself while her little arms were covered in bandages.

"Come now Eri-chan, you have to take your food and medicine obediently or your father might get angry," The guy spoke with a sadistic tone as he placed down the tray he was carrying on the ground.

*HHIIEEE!* *Sobbing* *Hic* "Y-y-y-y-y-yes," *Hic* Eri reluctantly came out of her hiding place slowly while her little body was trembling.

"Good, that's good… after all, we still have many tests for you," the guy said casually like he was talking about the weather.

"U-u-um c-c-can I-I s-s-skip t-t-today?" Eri muttered stutteringly as she looked at her feet.

"Huh, then I guess I have to tell the boss about this don't I," The guy said threateningly.

"NOOO! D-D-DON'T I-I'LL G-huh…" Eri was about to continue her pleading but she paused when she finally noticed someone was standing behind the guy with the lab coat.

She stopped shaking as she noticed that he doesn't look like her father's usual goons and instead of looking at her, she saw he was looking at the guy in front of them.

"Huh, so you're braver now huh, alright young Eri, let's see what the boss' reaction will be then," The guy said arrogantly as he noticed Eri wasn't paying attention to him but instead something behind him.

He turned his head slightly to look but he immediately wished he hadn't.

Standing in front of them now was a guy in full black and grey clothes, a black scythe in his hands, a skull mask, and a pair of glowing cold red eyes staring at him.

*Gulped*

"W-wait! Y-you're Reaper right! I'll tell you where my boss is, just let me g-AHHHMMMMMM!!" the guy backed away immediately then started begging for his life but he didn't expect Kira would dissect his right arm into pieces then as he was about to shout in pain, Kira also took his tongue as well.

"ARRRRRR!!" The guy screamed out in agony as he fell over but he quickly stood up to run away at the same time Kira sliced off the guy's legs as well.

*Thud*

*AAAAAARRRRRRRR!!! IT HUUUURRTTT!!" The guy screamed again in agony but this time he was going hysterical due to the pain.

While the guy spasmed in agony, Eri and Kira were looking at each other silently.

"A-are you my hero?" Eri hesitantly said as she looked at Kira then at the guy who regularly torments her, sobbing then fainting due to the pain, with pity.

Kira shook his head slowly then he turned around to leave but Eri yelled out for him.

"DON'T! THAT MAN WILL KILL YOU!!" Eri shouted in haste as she noticed he was leaving.

Kira looked at Eri's determined face even though she had slight tears in her eyes, she didn't stutter on that one.

He approached her but before Eri could react, he was already in front of her. She instinctively closed her eyes expecting pain but instead, she felt a warm hand patting and rustling the hair on top of her head.

She opened her eyes in surprise as she saw Kira nodded briefly at her.

"Stay here… no matter what, don't come out of this room. I'll come for you later," Kira muttered to her as she slowly nodded her head.

"Good," Kira commented then turned and exited the door before Eri could say something.

*thud*

"Vaga… protect the girl inside… kill anyone that approaches this door," Kira said as soon as he closed the door then ordered Vaga inside his shadow.

Kira's shadow suddenly spread out as many glowing red eyes looked at him then nodded.

He briefly looked at Vaga's eyes then at the door before he turned around to say 'hello' to everyone here using his scythe while Vaga's shadow stayed put at the base of the door.

After half an hour, the whole compound was eerily silent as a grave.

Kira didn't spare anyone anymore as he still remembers the state of Eri so he took out his frustrations on these scums. After killing everyone he could come across, he went in deeper into the compound until he finally saw the lower levels.

He came out of his shadow form as he looked at the goons guarding it but after a moment, they finally noticed him standing there with his black scythe dripping in blood.

"Hey bruh, what are you doing there? Come, drink with us! Hahaha," One of the two drunk goons called out to him.

"Yeah! Bruh! Let's celebrate! With the help of Eri's Quirk, we can finally get rid of these pesky heroes once and for all!" The other guy wasn't any better.

Kira did what they wanted, he walked over to them calmly with his bloody scythe in view. He stood in front of them and now his mask was fully shown with his glowing red eyes looking silently at them.

"Huh? Bruh why are you dressing up as t-t-t-the R-r-reaper a-a-all of a sudden?" One of them spoke out as they slowly became somber when they got to see up close Kira's get-up.

"H-h-hey bruh, *gulped* Y-y-you s-s-shouldn't j-j-joke about that get-up, I-i-its b-bad luck," The other guy said hesitantly as they both slowly stood up.

Kira didn't say anything and just looked at them silently making them even more unnerved.

They both started slowly backing away while they reach into their pocket but before they could get their hands to move,

*Slick*

Their view suddenly turned upside down then the last thing they saw was their own headless body leaning towards them.

*thud* *thud* *thud* *thud*

Kira emotionless looked at their corpse then used his shadow form to move faster and finish them all once and for all.

After 5 minutes, he finally met three of Overhaul's 'Eight Bullets, namely Toya Setsuno, Yu Hojo, and Soramitsu Tabe.

"Well well, what do we have here? Reaper right?" Toya said arrogantly while his eyes were looking at Kira's scythe.

"You don't look like much but enough nonsense, what are you doing here Reaper?" Yu demanded in a straightforward manner.

"F*ck that, let's just beat his ass then we could just hand him to the boss," Soramitsu aggressively said then without saying anything to them he charges in an impressive speed to Kira with his mouth open wide ready to bite.

Soramitsu's Quirk: Food (can consume or bite through anything with his teeth)

Anyone would've been surprised with that speed, anyone except for the one standing in front of them as soon as Soramitsu charged with his mouth open, Kira disappeared in front of them and appeared behind them all.

They all froze in surprise and shock, both Yu and Toya narrowed their eyes as they got ready to use their Quirks but then they noticed Soramitsu's not moving at all.

"Hey, Soramitsu! Get your sh*t together, we need to do this together," Yu ordered as he was in the middle of them but still, he didn't hear a response.

"HEY DUMBASS! I SAID *thud* *thud* Huh?" Yu yelled and nudged Soramitsu but they both didn't expect their comrade to fall down then his head rolled separately from his lower jaw.

*Gulped* *Gulped*

They both gulped unconsciously as Toya immediately put out both of his hands while Yu charged forward with a protruding blue crystal emerging from his body.

Toya Setsuno's Quirk: Larceny (can take any object from someone's possession into his own hands)

Yu Hojo's Quirk: Crystallize (can generate crystals from his skin)

As soon as Yu was within his range, Toya used his Quirk to take Kira's scythe then Yu punched out using his crystalized fist at Kira's face.

Kira curiously looked at their combinations as his scythe suddenly disappeared from his hands then Yu's fists were already near his face, he didn't do anything first then in an instant he clenched his fists and threw a punch towards the incoming fist.

*BAM!!* *Crack*

Both fists made contact, producing a slight wind pressure but Yu's fists cracked instead.

Yu widened his eyes when he saw that his crystalized fist was the one that got hurt but he didn't want to back down so he recreated his broken crystals then punched out with his other fist while Kira answered it with another punch as well.

*BAM!!* *Crack*

They exchanged punches with one another while Toya at the side widened his eyes in a completely different matter.

He couldn't lift Kira's scythe at all but then he noticed that Yu is nearing his limit as the guy is starting to sweat and turn pale while Kira on the other hand, his punches are becoming stronger and faster as time passes.

Toya immediately let go of the heavy scythe then took out his gun from his pocket and aimed at Kira but as soon as he aimed it, Kira looked at him then without warning, Kira punched out with even greater strength than before towards Yu's crystalized abdomen.

*BAM!* *Shatter* *Bam* *Crack* *Kurk!!*

Yu was blasted until he hit and got stuck at the wall then without warning Kira charged at Toya who was still in shock but as he saw Kira's red eyes looking at him, he panicked and emptied his gun's clip at Kira.

Kira narrowed his eyes and dodged every shot coming his way while maintaining his speed.

Toya kept shooting but like earlier, Kira suddenly disappeared again then Toya felt his arms held up from his back and a foot was placed at his back.

Toya froze at that and was about to start pleading for his life when Kira pulled on his arms.

*Crack* *Crack*

"Ahhhhhh!!!!! My f*cking arms!!!! YOU F*CKER!! YOU SON OF A B*TCH!!!" Toya yelled out in pain while Kira ignored him and walked slowly to his scythe.

Kira effortlessly took and spun his scythe then turned to Toya on the ground.

Toya stopped his whimpering and cursing when he noticed Kira was in front of him with his scythe in hand.

"W-w-wait we can talk about-*Slick*" Toya couldn't finish his begging when Kira already beheaded him then he looked at Yu's unconscious bleeding body but when he saw a hole through his abdomen, he stopped and continued his way towards the remaining Yakuza.
