9 Job Change Mission Begins
It took Kira 4 days to kill everything in that forest surrounding the mountain. It took him quite the hassle to kill all of the Dark Elves especially when they were riding their flying mounts while an endless bunch of rats like monsters flooded the entire forest. He might've not killed every rat out there but he was sure he took out all of those Dark Elves.
Kira finally walked to the entrance of the mansion. On the way there though, he found five distinct different sculptures of dragons and he found this deeply disturbing but remained quiet as he didn't want to jinx it.
He walked up to the stair calmly then pushed the doors open though he noted that the door weighted like a ton but he still proceeded.
Inside he saw the large hallway similar to Sung Jin-Woo's but the only difference he could make was that instead of armored knights coming towards him, he saw big-ass man-eating snakes.
"You know… I would've definitely preferred armored knights to these things," Kira complained lightly as he popped his neck then took out his scythe.
*Hisss*
Apparently, he was wrong on that, they weren't snakes. They were Basilisks but their names were on white so he started massacring all of them there.
During his killing spree, he suddenly widened his eyes in surprise and slashed at behind him.
*Clatter*
He heard something falling though he didn't see anything, he felt he just sliced one of those things again. After a few more moments, from the tail leading towards its decapitated head, the big-ass snake became visible again with its head just beside his feet.
After seeing this, he kept his guard from that onwards.
Fortunately, he did so as the further he went, Basilisks with fire-breathing or acid-spitting abilities began to come out and attack him too at all sides.
It took him a day and a half to kill everything damn snake he could find and as soon as beheaded the final one, a massive 5-meter high double door suddenly appeared beside the wall he's currently leaning into.
"Finally, the f*cking boss," Kira muttered as he took a seat first to eat something first.
He knew this might be risky but he still hadn't finished his daily mission as usual because he was hoping this might save him somehow. He hasn't even seen the penalty of his daily missions so he doesn't know what to expect but he was sure it was easier than the things at the other side of this door.
He rested until he only had 30 minutes left until the penalty then he pushed open those heavy doors with one hand.
Inside it was a huge hall without a single pillar to obstruct the center of it. His only source of light was a pair of torches at the far end of his left and right sides.
He narrowed his eyes to the eerie environment until he heard a sound sliding towards his way.
He tightened the grip of his scythe then slowly, a larger red Basilisk-like head approached and lunged at him with numerous sharp fangs on it.
He quickly held his scythe vertically in front of him then when the Basilisk like monster's mouth and got stuck by his scythe, he quickly jumped over it and brought out his previous scythe and swung at full force at the head.
*Slick*
*Thud*
Kira perfectly cut the head of the snake then took out his scythe from the mouth of the snake. He narrowed his eyes at the easy kill but not once did he think it was already over and as expected torches lineup on the walls began to light up as well.
When he looked at the center of the hall, he realized that the ceiling was unnaturally high then he looked over at the end of the monster he killed.
He expected to see a tail but what he saw were four other heads curled up together like they only have one body.
*Gulp*
'Damnit,' Kira grimly thought as he looked at the four different sets of eyes that suddenly opened and looked in his direction.
*GRRR* *GRRR* *GRRR* *GRRR*
Then slowly, those four uncurled themselves while the one he just killed, started to follow their movements as well. They were all connected to a scaly body with four limbs resembling that of a dragon.
After a few more moments, the supposed dead body started trembling then two heads were beginning to emerge from it, fully matured heads looking at him.
"F*ck…," Kira muttered as he saw a dark red name floated on top of it.
[Crimson Hydra: Vaga]
*ROOOOOAAAARRRRR!!!*
Suddenly it roared all at the same time which made Kira stagger slightly due to the volume of it.
The two newly regenerated heads were the first to come forward and lunged at him again.
He quickly jumped to the sides to evade that but what was waiting for is another Vaga's head heading straight for him. He quickly maneuvered so that attack only grazed him but the force of that attack sent him flying.
Kira did a few spins to diminish his momentum but as soon he touched the ground, another two heads were already charging at him.
He didn't panic as he jumped over them but like earlier, another head was waiting for him and this time, orange light started to build up in its throat then it breathed fire directly at him.
*Booom!*
*Thud*
*Crack*
*Cough* *cough* "I didn't see that coming," Kira groaned out as he was sent flying again until he hit the wall.
*Thud*
He fell on his feet as he staggered slightlywhile his upper arms had severe burns with his blood dripping on the floor.
*ROOOOOAAAARRR!!*
Vaga didn't let up as it breathed fire again towards him.
He quickly jumped to his side and continued running while behind him the rest of Vaga's head started charging at him blindly making holes in the walls in the process.
He ran around Vaga but with 6 heads, he would find it extremely hard to find a weak spot.
He tried parrying two heads at a time but then as soon as he slapped those two heads, another two heads would attack him, and as soon he tried to evade to the sides, the other head and the fire-breathing one would be waiting for him.
He continued on this until one of Vaga's heads pinned his right arm with his scythe at hand to the wall. Like a pact of Piranhas, 4 more heads pinned on him leaving only his head.
He tried to struggle out of them but he stopped when he looked at all their eyes. They held something he was used to seeing from the former Kira and his memory of being a fat-ass nobody, condescension and disgust.
He froze as he suddenly remembered all of the things he's been through while the last head of Vaga was nearing his head to bite it off.
*Snapped*
Vaga's head that was going for Kira's head bit its mouth shut until all of Vaga's head felt nothing in their mouths. They curiously opened their mouth and found there really was nothing on their mouth.
"Your head may grow back... what about your body then," Kira muttered as he slowly came out from his shadow with his glowing cold eyes staring at the it.
For a single moment, Vaga suddenly felt threatened but it shook its heads and charged in blind aggression.
As Vaga began to close the gap between them, Kira suddenly disappeared again from its views then it felt one of its scaly front limbs was missing. This threw it off-balance as it roared in pain but then it felt one of its hind limbs is also missing.
*ROOOOOAAAARRRRR!!*
Vaga thrashed in agony as it desperately tried to find Kira while the one who could breathe fire let out wildly everywhere hoping to hit him.
Kira watched in indifference as Vaga was going completely wild. He knew he needed to end this now as ever since he entered here, he has been counting on his mind. He estimates he only has 10 minutes before his penalty mission comes to take him away.
Kira twirls his scythe in preparations as the glow in his eyes intensifies.
He suddenly begun to charge at Vaga at full speed while on his right hand, he's holding on to his scythe facing his back.
Vaga noticed its prey charging at it, it immediately let out massive fire towards him but it noticed that whenever Kira was about to hit, he would disappear and appear nearer than before.
It saw Kira's cold blue eyes intently staring at it and it immediately grew intimidated then let out another stream of fire again to make him back off.
Kira unhesitantly kept moving forward, and faster until he got close to Vaga and then sliced at its torso area. His attack instantly took a third of its flesh as Vaga finally felt Kira's attack but he wasn't done.
He kept running until he got close to the surrounding walls then stomped it and in one fluid motion, he used it as a rebound and attacked the distracted Vaga at the exact same place again.
His attack continued until his third strike after slicing its entire torso in half.
*Thud* *Thud* *Thud*
Kira was suddenly brought to his knees at the same time Vaga's corpse fell to the ground. He quickly opened his inventory and chugged down a recovery potion.
*Phew!* "Damn, that was a close one," Kira muttered tiredly as he took a seat while propping his scythe by his shoulder.
*Ding*

Kira looked at his new equipment and quickly placed it on himself. Good thing he could change the visibility of his equipment or it would be a pain to take off in public. He then took out his new scythe and he immediately noticed the size of this thing.
It was bigger than him but he could hardly feel the weight of it but based on the wind pressure it could easily produce when he swung it, it's definitely not fragile. He's convinced that this thing is for bigger opponents that's for sure.

He then got ready and looked everywhere, after a moment, five portals suddenly appeared all over the room then he saw his notification.

"I would've really preferred knights than this," Kira muttered as he brandished his new scythe in front of him while he estimated on his head that he had only 5 minutes left.
