As he saw the increase in his mission, he made up his mind and kill that sick f*ck from making any more, and as soon as he decided that, a mission and a screen popped up showing a map of the city with a single red dot on it.

Kira didn't really care about the mask as he finished his breakfast then took out his helmet and motorbike from his inventory and made his way there.
He followed his map and wasn't really surprised when he noticed that the doctor wasn't really in the hospital instead he was in an old hospital in the middle of the woods.
As he made his way there, he suddenly realized the possible location of Gigantomachia might be in this forest as well. He reasoned with himself where would the doctor get the samples he needed to make Nomus based on that guy unless he was near that giant shit.
At that thought, Kira speeds up even more.

After half an hour's drive, he finally reached the location. He wanted to kill that b*tch of a doctor first then slaughter any Nomu he finds in there then and only then he would actively search for that giant.
He'll kill everyone that may associate themselves to All for one, including Kurogiri as well if he gets his way.
He then stored his ride and helmet back to his inventory then he quickly used his shadow form and made his way there.
As he looked for the doctor, he noticed that the hospital looked like an ordinary abandoned hospital at first glance but as looked in the deeper underground, he finally saw a passageway filled with big-ass cables going in one direction.
He looked at his map and saw he was close. He continued on his way and saw different creatures in all shapes and sizes in their glass tubes but the one thing they have in common was all of their brains are exposed.
He knew perfectly what those are, experimented human beings but now they go by the name of that sick f*ck gave them, Nomu.
He really wanted to kill these things as soon as he saw them but he reasoned with himself that may scare off his little prey so he made his way, faster than before.
The entire way was bigger than he expected as he spent an entire 10 minutes in his shadow form just to reach the very center of it and there he saw his chuckling prey working on a Nomu right now.
"Hehe, this time I'll make you with wings hahaha! *sigh* I love my job hahahaha-" the doctor would've continued his laughing when he suddenly felt or more like he couldn't feel his right arm and left leg anymore.
"AHHHHHHH!!!!! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!? WHOSE THERE!!? SHOW YOURSELF!!!" The doctor yelled out in pain as he fell over in agony then hysterically looked everywhere but find didn't anyone.
"YOU F*CKING COWARD! WHEN I CATCH YOU! YOU'LL WISH YOU WERE NEVER BEEN BORN!!" The doctor yelled in frustration but still nothing.
"Hmph! Must've escaped already, no matter, I'll let my Nomu's bring me his corpse!" The doctor snickered maliciously.
With a grunt of pain, he crawled his way towards his desks but he didn't expect two giant red blades to easily amputate his other leg as well and after a moment of shock, he felt pain again.
"AAAHHHHHHH!!! YOU F*CKER!! I SWEAR I'LL KILL YOU ALL!! ALL FOR ONE WILL KNOW THIS!!!" The doctor screamed in agony as he tried to scare Kira.
"I'm counting on it." Kira's voice was suddenly heard behind the doctor.
*Thud*
The doctor slowly looked behind him and saw that someone was standing above his newest creation but it was headless. The sound he heard earlier was its head falling to the ground.
He noticed that guy has a giant two-bladed scythe but as he looked carefully at the get-up of Kira, he finally remember a notorious mass murderer that went missing again for a whole week that uses a scythe.
As soon as he realized this, he felt a heavy killing intent focused on him, which made him freeze on the spot and momentarily forget his pain.
Kira stared at the doctor with his glowing blood-red eyes. This was the first time in a while that someone actually saw his face while wielding a scythe, well alive at least, for now.
The doctor was shocked, to say the least, the infamous Reaper they were all talking about looked like he was just in his pre-teens. He couldn't believe it but the truth was in front of him.
*Gulped*
The doctor slowly crawled away from him and approached the desk that has an emergency button just for this but again, he heard another sound from behind him but this time, it sounded like a big animal.
*GGGGRRRRRR*
He slowly looked behind him and that was when he saw a dragon-like monster made up of black and red intently looking at him.
*Rooooaaaarrrr!!!*
Vaga roared at the doctor's face much to his misfortune. Due to his close proximity to Vaga, he was temporarily deaf but he still saw Kira approaching him.
"N-n-noOOOO!!! P-p-p-pLEase!!! Don'T KIlL ME!!! I'LL Do ANYthing YOU WANT!!" The doctor hysterically shouted but due to his temporary deafness, he couldn't really yell properly.
Kira didn't say anything and just approached him until Kira's hand grabbed his face then lifted him up while maintaining his grip.
"Mmmmmm!!!!" The doctor used his remaining arm to hold on to Kira's forearm for support while desperately trying to say something as he started trembling in fear.
Kira indifferently looked at the trembling doctor then without a word, his hand that was holding the doctor suddenly glowed in red.
"MMMMMMMMMM!!!!" The doctor wildly flailed around his good arm as well as his missing limbs while Kira's hand started getting hotter and hotter until a red fire engulfed the doctor completely.
"MMMM!!! MMMMMMMM!!" The doctor was now desperately trying to remove Kira's hand from him but to no avail.
Kira leaned in a little then looked at the begging doctor's eyes and used his soul extraction to read his memories.
After a moment, Kira's hand suddenly gripped even harder at the doctor's head as well the intensity of the flames increased.
Kira didn't say anything and just gripped even tighter than before while looking at the doctor like a bug that needed to be crushed.
"MMM!! MMMAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!! STTTTTOOOOPPPP!!!" The doctor is now desperately trying to scratch Kira's hand but for the life of him, his fingers were the ones that are bleeding.
Kira looked at him one last time then in one motion, he gripped it even tighter resulting in the doctor's face being totally crushed as blood splattered everywhere in his hand. He then used his Dragon's Breath to set the remains of the doctor in his hand to turn into ash.
Due to the intense heat, the splashed blood on his hand evaporated leaving his hand clean. He glanced at the headless Nomu he just killed then used his Dragon's Breath again to set those remains to turn into ashes as well.
He then went in deeper where he saw from the doctor's memories was the actual storage of his complete Nomus in this place.
He directly used his Shadow form to appear in that place as soon as he could. When he arrived there, he saw different Nomus row upon row in their own glass tubes.
According from doctor's memories, this was one of many places where he hid those abominations of his but he also found a piece of interesting information by that sick f*ck, he knew the exact location of Gigantomachia.
After that, he spent a few hours burning everything on that damn building, as for the Nomus, he beheaded every single one of them first then set them to burn as well.
At the end of it all, he saw his main mission finally progressing.
