8 Chapter 8 : Old Friends And New Friends
After the dinner Draiken takes Jiang back home because he's drunk more booze than he can take. He tries to speak but he mumbles the words.
Jiang" You know Draiken you are the bestfriend anyone can ever have. Noone can ever do what you did for me today.
4 Hours Earlier
Jiang and Draiken talk about how their lives have been and all the hardships they've been through. Then they leave the restaurant but are faced with a gang.
Gang leader" Hey give us everything you have or we'll take it ourselves and kill you both.
Jiang" Arent you the guys who took my wallet and phone this morning.
Gang Leader" Aww it's you thanks for the money before but i need more and I know you're from a big rich family so cough it up.
Draiken" You guys were never really taught any manners growing up were you. Taking people's wallets and phones that's just petty like you guys.
Gang Leader" Why you little BRAT you really wanna die.
The Gang Leader tries to stab him but he dodges with ease.
Draiken thinking to himself" These guys are slower than the monsters in the dungeons, even slower than an E-Rank goblin. The weakest of monsters.
He goes yet again for another swing but this time Draiken doesn't waste anytime he punches the Gang boss in the face, sending him flying through the air
Gang Subordinate" Boss are you ok ?
The gangs leader is out cold, the other gang members take him and runaway with him.
Jiang" Well I guess that is settled let's go and drink our hearts out.
They enter a bar and take a sit
Jiang" Waiter plz give us your most expensive scotch and vodka.
Jiang and Draiken drink and drink until Draiken finally realizes something.
Draiken" Damn I've drank so much but yet I'm still not drunk not even a bit. I even keep getting a status from the system saying "poison has been purified" maybe this is the skill I gained from that poisonous boss monster. Well this sucks there's no point in this let's just go home.
He stands up.
Drunk Jiang" Hey where are you going we're still having fun.
Draiken" It's getting late I think we should head back.
Drunk Jiang" Ok fine party pooper

Draiken takes Jiang home and heads back. On the way home he senses the key tingling, he takes it out.
Draiken" What's going on, why is the key acting up?
He checks the keys current status and finds out that the location of the Dungeon gate has been revealed but the timer until it is available to open is still not over just yet.
Draiken" Well I guess I'll put it back into the inventory for now, until it is possible to use it.
He reaches home and takes a rest
Morning Time at 05:00 AM
Neighbor" Damn why has that guy been doing that for the past 6 days. But I do admit he's dreamy, I just drool just thinking about him.
Draiken" Hey Rioji.
The neighbor Rioji is in her dream world thinking about Draiken.
Rioji" Damn you are so hot Draiken.
Draiken" What was that ?
She regains her senses.
Rioji" Aww he... hey Draiken.
Draiken enters his house and talks to himself" Am I overthinking things or was she fantasizing about me. Mehhh I haven't changed that much and it's been a while since I've looked at myself in the mirror.
He goes to the bathroom mirror to check himself out.
Draiken" Is this the systems doing or have I become more taller and handsome. You could swear I was a supermodel or actor.
He looks at his hair.
Draiken" Its been a while since I've cut my hair, maybe I'll visit a barber in the evening.
He takes a shower and gets ready to dress but as he opens his wardrobe he sees that his clothes have become small and needs new ones so he goes to the mall to get himself new clothes. In surprise he bumps into his neighbor Rioji and they start making conversation.
Rioji" Hey Draiken, I never see you coming to the mall what are you doing here.
Draiken" Well its been a while since I've cut my hair so I needed to see a barber and I also need new clothes.
Rioji" I know the best barber at this mall and as for fashion I'm always up to date so come with me I'll help you.
Draiken talking to himself" Damn why do I get a bad feeling like this is gonna be a long day.
Rioji" Well what are you waiting for let's go, time waits for no man and woman.
She smiles, they first start at the barber.
Barber" What haircut would you like me to do for you sir.
Draiken" An undercut, two blocks haircut.
Barber" What's that sir.
Draiken talking to himself" Great now I have to explain to him.
He starts explaining
Draiken" Well it's this peculiar haircut where you cut the sides into a brush haircut, then you make the top ends charp and a little messy or you can just search on the internet.
Barber" Aww ok I get it sir but to be sure let me search it.
He literally searches it and finds it.
Barber" Found it, I can finally start when you are ready sir.
Draiken" You can start.

He cuts his hair to utmost perfection although he didn't know the haircut a couple of minutes ago.
Draiken talking to himself" Was this guy playing dumb or what. This is perfect even better than I had expected.
Barber" How is it sir.
Draiken" Good job I like it.
Barber" Thank you sir we take pride in satisfying our customers.
They pay and head out to do some clothe shopping.
Rioji" We're here, at this store you can find any type of clothes you like.
As he walks around he takes clothes from formal, to casual, trendy and streetwear. He goes to the changing room to try the clothes on.
Draiken" So how do I look
Rioji is in her day dream again.
Rioji" You look like a hot tall glass of milk.
Draiken" What ???
Rioji" I didn't say anything I just said i feel like having a hot glass of milk.
Draiken" Ok let's get some food then.
They pack the clothes and pay for them then they head for the food court. As they are eating Rioji talks about his childhood and all sorts of things.
Rioji" Well it's been fun let's head out.
Draiken" You can go first I still need to pick up something at the Fash V store.
Rioji" Ok I'll wait for you outside.
Draiken" Cool.
Draiken takes care of the business he had and meets Rioji outside the mall.
Draiken" Sorry that I took so long.
Rioji" Its ok I've waited outside stores for hours just waiting for a game to be released, this is nothing.
Draiken" Ok let's head out.
Rioji drives them back home in her car as Draiken thinks " Samn this is kinda embarrassing I need to get my own car"
Rioji" Well we've arrived to our destination.
Draiken" Well thanks for the ride and all the help today.
Rioji" Nahhh don't mention it it's what friends do.
He thinks to himself" Yeah friends.
Rioji" Well have a goodnight.
Draiken" Thanks you too.
They part ways and Draiken jumps to his bed and thinks "Haaa what a long day, it's been a while since I've had fun with a girl, but was nice. He dozes off to his sleep.
