21 Chapter 21 : A Magical World
Kaspien talks to himself" This is better than I expected. This place is a world filled with magic, they also call it mana,apparently almost everyone has it.
Kaspien flips the book to the next page.
Kaspien talks to himself" The only time you can you can awaken your Mana Core is at your early peak at the age of 10 but there's also late bloomers who awaken at 16. I wonder if I can awaken my core right now if I meditate a bit.
He crosses his legs, closes his eyes and starts to meditate.

Light starts to flow into him and for a moment he fills something click into his body.
Rose" Kas time for bed time.
Rose picks up baby Kas.
Kaspien talks to himself" Nooooo I was so close to Awakening my core...
Rose" What's wrong Kas, are you tired ?
Kaspien" Mama book
Rose" No Kas, you've played enough already it's time for you to get some rest. What about if you're a good boy I'll read you a good bedtime story. mmhh?
Kaspien talks himself" Like a babies bedtime story will make me sleep.
2 hours later.
Rose" And the baby dragon saved the world and returned to the heavens where it was born.

Rose" Already asleep I guess you really were tired.
6 Years Later
James" HaHa my boys finally old enough to learn combat.
Kaspien" But dad did we have to do this early in the morning ?
James" Yes we do, it's good for your body to do combat in the morning when it's cold.
Kaspien"...
James" Ok look son, if you manage to actually show some skill in this training fight then I'll let you go back to sleep. Deal ?
Kaspien" How is that any fair ? I'm 6 and you're a full grown man.
James" In combat that doesn't matter. Only skill matters.
Kaspien talks to himself" That's what you say until you kick my ass.

James throws him a sword he grabs it and blocks the attack that was unleashed upon him.
James" You were actually able to block. Are you sure you're really 6 years old.
Kaspien let's loose his sword, in a moment of hesitation his father drops his guard and his sword slides against Kaspiens.
James talks to himself" How did he do that, I've never seen this type of swordsmanship before.
kaspien talks to himself" Damn this fragile little body its dragging me down, but atleast it has a good foundation.
Rose" You know you should take it easy on him, after all he's just my little baby.
James" Ok fine but he needs to become stronger, it's a cruel world out there. Noone takes it easy on you not even if you're a baby.
Rose" Hey you're scaring Baby Kas. The big scary man is scaring you isn't he baby Kas.
Kaspien" Mom I'm not a baby anymore and father doesn't scare me anymore, not until I was 4 that is.
James" Awww so your old man doesn't scare you anymore, is that what you're saying.
His body starts to flow emanating with a red aura.
Kaspien talks to himself" What's this feeling why do I feel like I'm being watched by a predator, I haven't felt like this in years it feels kind of good.
He looks at his father who looks like his morphed into a humanoid creature. A little bit of aura eminates from him.
James talks to himself" Why isn't he scared of me, he's actually countering my beast aura. Is Kaspien really a kid.
Rose" Hey stop it you've scared him enough.
Kaspien" Well looks like I stood my ground its time for me to go to sleep now.
Rose" No you don't.
Kaspien" Why not ?
Rose" Its already daytime, its time for you to do your chores.
Kaspien" But dad said...
James looks away and whistles.
Kaspien looks into his father's eyes and cries in the inside" Father you've betrayed me.
James looks at him back" I'm sorry son but I'm too scared of your mother to do anything.
Rose" Well chop chop the wood isn't going to fetch itself you two.
James" We're on it honey, don't worry about.
Kaspien" We he says...
They walk to the nearest forest and James stops.
James" Hey Kas there's something I need to do in town so can you pick the wood alone for today.
Kaspien" Sure thing dad.
They separate and Kaspien walks into the forest.
Kaspien" I should go deeper, the wood here is still not dry yet.
He walks in deeper and deeper into the forest.
Kaspien" I've seen that dog like rock three times now. Am I lost ?
Distant Voice" Kas...
Kaspien" Who's that ?
Distant Voice" Kas...
Kaspien" Over here.
Distant Voice" Kas...
Kaspien runs to the voice
Distant Voice" Kas...
Kaspien" Clearly I'm going crazy otherwise I can't be hearing all these voices in my head.
Kaspien walks and walks inside the forest, it starts to become dark and a thick foggy mist rolls in.
Kaspien" Ok this is starting to be a little unusual. This place is giving me the chills and looking at the sky the moon is out, I'm assuming its night.
4 Days Pass And Kaspien Is Still Stuck In The Mysterious Forest.
Kaspien" I feel so drained. How long has it been since I came here ? It feels like it's been weeks, is there even anybody looking for me ? Dad, Mom I miss you guys right now.
Kaspien stomach starts to growl and he lies on the ground looking at the sky above him which is full of fog.
Kaspien" Looks like I'm hungry again and the berries are all finished, looks like I'm gonna starve to death. Ha that's so funny how may times have I died already, but this time its different I feel like in scared.
Kaspien closes his eyes
Kaspien" I'm scared of death, I'm scared of leaving my parents behind, I'm scared of losing this life.
