Awakening

Jack wants to walk up when hears a voice say, [You think you have a Headache? My head feels like it's going to explode.] Jack almost trips from the scare he got from hearing the voice for the first time and says, [You must be the voice my teacher told me about.] [Right and you are the person that got me as a gift. My name is Venom and I'm not just a mere voice in your head. But I need to recuperate first from this headache so you won't see what we can do for now,] says Venom and Jack asks, [What can we do?] [How I see things we could do anything we want,]says Venom and Jack says, [I haven't worked hard to fight against injustice to become a villain now.] [Who said we will be villains we don't need to be heroes either. We are Venom and Jack we can be what we want sometimes it's the righteous hero or the evil villain but if you ask me an Anti-Hero is what the world really needs,]says Venom and Jack says, [We are not going to kill people.]

[We will see after you regain all your memories you might change your mind on that,] says Venom and goes silent while Jack reached the door and enters the kitchen and Ben says, "You are pretty late today." He pets Jack's head and says, "Happy Birthday." "Dad I'm not a kid anymore." "You are until you have a job," says Ben and Peter laughs at him and Jack says, "Don't laugh brother he did the same to you." "Yes but it is more embarrassing to have someone seeing it then being alone with him," says Peter and May says, "No fighting both have your birthday today. Here is your piece of the cake." Jack eats it up fast and May says, "I don't know how you don't have some fat here or there." "It's because I train with Peter after school how do you think my brother got his muscles that he hides behind his clothes," says Jack not lying about it. Since he trained with Alfred he trained with Peter too. Jack got muscles that could be shown around with an eight-pack while Peter had his six-pack and some smaller muscles hiding behind their baggy clothes.

When Jack first got his powers he could lift 5 tons after training for 6 years he can now lift 25 tons without sweating. Peter was always recording his limits in a little book he keeps to analyze Jack's mutations. They hear someone honking and Peter says, "That must be Harry." "You two are still fighting?" asks May and Ben says, "Don't go between them and let them deal with it. They are both old enough for that." Both leave the house and see Harry and Harry says, "Are you coming or should I drive without you two." "We are coming," says Peter and both sit inside the car and Harry takes two letters out and hands them over while saying, "Happy Birthday you two." "Thanks, Harry," say both back as they wait for MJ to come out of the house.

There she came MJ with her long red hair and a toast in her mouth while her father says, "Be careful it isn't safe in New York lately." "Don't worry dad I have the best protectors in the world after all," says MJ while taking the toast out of her mouth and Philip looks at the car and sees Jack in it and was relieved since he knows the boy was someone that wouldn't do something that isn't right and says, "Just be careful." She jumps into the car and sits beside Jack and says, "Happy Birthday to you two." Harry and Peter looked at Jack and Jack now knew why both were fighting. They weren't fighting between each other but trying to get MJ away from him and Jack looks at both with an apologizing face and thinks, 'I don't have anything to do with that.'

Since the day he stood up against her father she had a crush on Jack. She also confessed two times already once when they were twelve and another time when they were fourteen but both times did Jack refuse because he knows Peter's feelings for her. Harry begins to drive slowly and carefully so that MJ doesn't fall onto Jack's lap because of his normal driving behavior. They arrive at Oscorp where the Schoolbus was already parked and Peter says, "We are pretty late." "Don't look at me I didn't drive," says Jack and Harry says, "Let's just go in Peter don't forget the camera." Peter takes the camera and everyone leaves the car Jack holds his head for a moment and he sees some memories of a boy and his mother that lived in an apartment that was almost breaking apart.

"James, I'm sorry for not being able to give you a normal childhood like the other children," says the mother that was laying in the bed while James that had seven years says, "It's alright I can endure." Then his mother breathes her last breath and dies on the bed and James goes out to inform the authority about it. Jack comes back and Peter asks, "Everything alright?" "Yes, just some headache I think. Let's get inside," says Jack and Venom says, [Some memories coming back.] [Shut up it's already hard enough to think for my own with this headache,] says Jack as he walks behind the three as another memory resurface.

This time it was one in which James was seventeen. He had an M4A1 Carbine in his hand shooting at targets with a Drill Sergeant behind him and other people his age beside him also shooting at targets. "Striker you missed more than half of the clip from 300 meters. Have the mutation still not woken up in you? Go and see the medic. The rest keep shooting," says the Drill Sergeant and James stands up and walks back towards the infirmary and the Doctor says, "Normally your mutation should have woken up long ago Striker it's the best to leave the program and join the Marine or Military as a normal Soldier. I will tell the chief to write you a recommendation but we can't keep you here son."

Jack comes back from the memory and sees Peter making pictures for the newspaper club he was in and MJ sees Jack confused and asks, "Are you alright?" Jack nods while holding his head and Peter suddenly has been bitten by a spider and falls unconscious to the ground. "Peter!" says Harry and Jack walks over and picks him up and says, "Is there an infirmary around?" "Right follow me," says Harry and Jack says, "MJ tell Mr. Adams that we went to the infirmary because Peter has fallen unconscious. Harry lead the way."

Harry guides Jack towards the infirmary Oscorp has and the doctor there says, "A the young Osborn you need some medicine?" "No, my friend has fallen unconscious we just need a bed," says Harry and Jack says, "Do you have something for a headache." "Aren't you too young to be drinking?" asks the doctor and Jack says, "Who said I drunk something. Just some pain since this morning." Jack again enters James's memories this time the last seeing how James died. And suddenly he encounters himself in the dreamscape and James was standing in front of him and says, "How the hell did I become more muscle than brain?" "Who are you?" asks Jack and James says, "I'm you or better said I'm the past you. Haven't you seen my memories. I was trapped in here for sixteen years waiting to come out. And now I met my other self that had no difficulties in his life."

James goes into position and attacks Jack who blocks and counter-attacks. James evades and kicks Jack against the leg making him fall to his knee and James takes Jack's arm and suddenly black chains appear around Jack's arm holding him down and Jack begins to feel weak and asks, "What is going on?" "I'm going out of here and live while you stay here. I suffered 16 years of imprisonment and now the key appears in front of me," says James and the black chains begin to wrap Jack's upper body when Jack hears Venom say, [Do you need help?] [No,]says Jack and Venom says, [Then stand up you are a more suitable host then he is.]

Jack uses his other arm and grabs James's leg and pushes himself against James to bring him down and the feeling of weakness disappeared and Jack begins to counter-attack and white chains appear when he has James in an armlock and asks, "Why can't we co-exist?" "It's my second life you are living. I lost all when I was 7. I fought to survive in the orphanage until I was 16 and was recruited for an experiment that the military was doing and was thrown out after failing to awaken my mutations that you received. Tell me isn't it unfair that I had to survive so many difficulties only to disappear," says James that was trying to fight back and Jack let's go and says, "How about working together. You become the brain while I'm the heart." Jack stretches his hand out and James says, "Why should I trust you."

"Aren't we both the same person look into my memories and you will see that I'm not lying to you," says Jack and James takes Jack's hand and from both bodies, chains jump out interlocking with each other and Jack and James say at the same time, "Time to become one again." Both merge and Venom says, [Your scent is horrible and at the same time it brings me excitement. We will have fun now.] [We will but we won't kill people that don't deserve it. Or better said eat,] says Jack and Venom says, [I can live with that.]

Jack wakes up and finds himself in a bed and his headache disappeared and Peter that was already awake was beside him with Harry and MJ and asks, "You really alright Jack?" "Yes, now I'm. What about the school trip?" says Jack and Harry says, "If you want we can do a tour another day with my father accompanying us. We could even enter some other rooms that aren't open to the public." "Nah just asking so we can escape while we can," says Jack and all three laugh and MJ says, "How about we return to the class. Mr. Adams must be worried about Pete here."

"*sighs* Fine but you have to buy something to eat later," says Jack and Harry says, "Fine but it will be MacDonald's. Let return then. Thanks for attending my friends, Dr. Evans." "No problem that's why this is the infirmary so if something happens the employees can come here to be treated as fast as possible," says Dr. Evans and the group of four leave and returns to the school group and Peter is holding his head now. And Flash wants to say something but shut his mouth when he sees Jack looking at him. Jack and Flash have a history with each other since they met because Flash tries to pick on Peter and Jack picks on him afterward.

But both are in reality friends and Flash is only trying to make Peter grow some balls so he fights back because Jack told him to do so in. Seeing Jack giving him a signal not to do something today he stopped and began to talk about other things and MJ says, "Pretty rare that Flash didn't say anything about Pete being a weakling." "That's because of Jack. You know both have a history with each other since day one," says Harry and Peter walks over to Mr. Adams and says, "Mr. Adams can I have a sick leave today. I'm not feeling good." "Alright but Jack can't accompany you or he will have to repeat the year," says Mr. Adams and MJ says, "I can bring him home." Mr. Adams nods and Jack says, "Keep an eye on him until you get home."

Both leave and Harry asks, "Are we still going to eat something?" "Yes, if you keep your mouth shut with who we are going," says Jack and Harry looks at him confused and after the trip was over Flash and Liz walk over and Flash asks, "Is he alright?" "Yes, he is just sick. Everything alright at home?" says Jack and Flash says, "Yes, my father stopped drinking thanks to you calling the cops. And my mother is trying to divorce him." "Good to hear," says Jack and Harry confused says, "What's going on here." "Right, Flash is a friend of mine. I always make him pick on Peter so he grows some balls and fight back," says Jack and Flash says, "Why do you think I always pick on him when Jack is around so if it gets too extreme he drags me out and we feigning a fight that he wins."

"Yeah, but beginning tomorrow you won't need to do it anymore and just be my friend and eat with us," says Jack and Flash says, "Have you already thought about starting on the team. The coach still wants you as a Halfback." "Maybe next year when I have some time," says Jack and Flash puts his arm around Jack and says, "You and me together that would be nice to see." All three leave in Harry's car and go to it in a MacDonald's something and went to have some fun looking after girls. Then they go to an Arcade and later Harry brings them back home first Flash and then Jack before leaving for home himself.

Jack enters the house and says, "I'm back." "What happened on the trip? Peter is inside his room and didn't leave it yet," says May worried and Ben says, "You are worrying too much about that. He will be better tomorrow you will see. And how was your day because I got a letter saying you missed many classes lately." Ben looking angry at Jack who says, "My day was fine and I won't be held down don't worry." "I'm not worried about that but why you missed class do you work on something lately?" asks Ben and Jack says, "You could says so a long time project if it pays out I might get a scholarship for it. But first I need to train more for that."

"Alright it's good that you are working hard," says Ben and May says, "But you are still grounded for missing class." "But mom," says Jack and Ben says, "No buts and go down to your room." Jack does as said and goes down to his room and Venom says, [No hunting tonight.] [No hunting for a month,] says Jack back as he goes to bed.
