I sat back on the couch and my father stood in front of the fire.

"Cara…" She turned and looked at my father.

"How could you let her grow up like that?" My father took a deep breath.

"What did you want me to do? Put a target on her back? Let him find her here before she could defend herself." Who finds me?

"Wait…wait…who find me?" They didn't seem to hear me they continued to argue.

"Hello! I am still here…who find me?" Instantly my mind went back through the memories of the field with Kayla and Gabriel. I felt like there was a lightbulb that went on above my head. It felt like there was a whole part of my life I had missed.

"Does that have anything to do with the girl that found me in the field?" They both stopped and turned to me.

"What girl?" My father took a couple of steps towards me and I wanted an answer of my own.
