'Thank God...' Perhaps he was starting to get religious or something, but he noticed that he had been thinking about the Lord God more often after reincarnation.

Which was weird considering he was an Atheist in his first life.

...But then again, Reincarnation being 100% confirmed probably put some doubt in his previous belief.

Though he wasn't praising the Abrahamic God...

Though what was the Wyrm thanking God for?

'It actually works...' The Wyrm silently muttered as he took a glance at his wounds. They had been sealed off and had stopped bleeding...

Well, his health hadn't recovered yet, but at least he managed to stop his HP from depleting further.

But how did he manage to stop the bleeding?

The Wyrm released a soft hiss of pain as the hot smoldering rock pressed against his wounds, sealing them with its heat.

One might say that this was rather ridiculous, wouldn't his Heat Nullification stop this method of recovery? But it absolutely didn't!

The Wyrm figured that Resitance-Skill activations could perhaps be based on intent. Something like Life Resistance wouldn't protect against Healing, right?

He had also gotten the Pain Mitigation Skill from the whole ordeal, though he figured that the previous tussle with those Sea Horses probably played a bigger role on the matter.

He then took a quick summarising glance at his Status Panel...

'Sigh...' The Wyrm felt a lingering sense of being called a delinquent by his parents after looking at the fact that the highest leveled Skill he had was Taboo...

Though he was no stranger to the demeaning title, such was the fate of a Japanese Boy who had the guts to dye his hair blond.

The Wyrm swam through the magma as he desperately searched for anything that wasn't a Wyrm. He was starving and a full stomach was what he needed to relieve himself after the previous events.

Hell, he wouldn't even mind if he were to come across another Gunelift. Wouldn't be the first time, after all...

Scratch that, he hoped that this place wasn't just filled with nothing but Wyrms... Though the existence of the giant Frog disproves that theory, for which he was intensely grateful.

Though the Wyrm classification seems to be entirely arbitrary since he himself, who was a glorified Shrimp, was called a Wyrm.

Those Sea Horses and his Mommy were also called "Wyrm", but he knew the Frog didn't belong to the classification since it ignored him.

In this new life he had been thrown into, mercy was a favor he couldn't ignore. So he wrote the giant Frog on his mental 'Not-to-Kill' list he had just made up as he swam into a branching stream of the lava river.

This new stream was narrower, though not a problem for the tiny Wyrm as he made his way through it, eventually stumbling on an isolated segment of the river that should be more hospitable to a premature newborn like him.

The sound of magma crashing could be heard as the Wyrm saw a gigantic Lobster the size of a Horse snatching up a lava Fish and throwing it up to the sky, the fish fell into the Lobster's mouth as it chomped down on its lunch.

Nevermind.

It is the year 847. That meant he had finally reached the ripe old age of six years old.

Though he was actually somewhere around 8-9 years old biologically speaking. This was because of the difference in calendar...

But it was apparently enough to be considered "Of Age" in this place as a whole ass miniature festival had been prepared in his name.

Well, not HIS name. It was also for his Sister, as well as the other Noble children who had come "Of Age".

He really disliked the term, it sounded rather pedophilic considering they were around six...

Anyways, the grand party was referred to as the "Appraisal Ceremony" in which the children would be Appraised and their Stats showed off to the greater aristocratic society.

Essentially, an event to create bragging rights.

Contrary to popular belief, he wasn't an idiot (Incorrect). This was actually the reason why he hadn't bought any other Skill besides Appraisal, which happened accidentally, anyways.

Yeah, he could probably get away with having Appraisal LV 10 by referring to his Genius reputation. But they would probably look at him rather strangely if he had Immortality or something...

Freak of Nature, he didn't want to be called such a thing.

"Brother... Let's go." The 6-year-old ocean-haired girl said as she held his hands tightly.

It was Sue, his younger Sister.

"Yeah, let's go." This girl has been emulating him ever since he spoke, so she also gained the reputation of a Genius alongside him... Though unlike him, she was a real Genius, since he had a 15-year-old mind inside a kid's body.

The Gate to the ballroom opened as Sclain entered through. The Servants announced the arrival of the 4th Prince and 2nd Princess as they both enter at the same time.

A teenage boy with wild purple hair and eyes of matching color approached the pair. This was one of his older brothers, Leston.

"Heh, now would you look at the pair of lovebirds~!" He teased as he put his arms around the both of them.

Sue blushed heavily as she covered her face with her hands in embarrassment. Schlain made a shocked expression as he gave his elder brother an unusually passive-aggressive smile.

'What the hell are you talking about!?' That was what he wanted to say as he mentally cried for his future self.

"Leston, please don't be so loud..." That was what actually came out...
