1 Let's go!

An alarm sounds

A loud voice is heard screaming in my ear. It's probably five in the morning.

"WAKE UP, YOU WILL BE LATE TO THE INSTITUTE!".

It was indeed my mother, who wakes me up to go to the Institute. Years passed and I still could not wake up on my own.

"Five more minutes, please," I beg her, putting the first thing I catch on my face. I hope and be a pillow.

"If you're late, I don't care," she warns me. The same thing always happened and she arrived a few minutes earlier.

A little later I get up, take a shower and have breakfast. I take my backpack with my notebooks, one or more books and go to the Institute. I say goodbye to my little sister and my mother with a kiss on the cheek to both of them.

It was my first day of classes, it was also at that Institute, since I had been transferred due to the closure of the previous institute. I honestly did not know anyone, had not even heard of said institution until I went to enroll.

On the way I see that in front of me two girls are going together and in the same direction as me, "obviously they are from my institute because of the logo they wear on their shirts", I said.

When I arrive, the first thing I see is a group of boys who laugh because I have glasses, I ignore them and continue on my way. There were still five minutes to go to class and I opened the book I had in my backpack, it was "Being Different", a book with a moral and a very good story. I was in the classroom and the first thing I see is the teacher who tells me:

"Is it new? This one frowns, perhaps because he noticed that I arrived first of all.

"Yes, I am transferred," I explain, and I know I will say this many times.

"Introduce yourself," he says, doing something, like a sign, to the others.

What a shame, fuck!

"Uh... My name is Ryan, I'm 17 years old and transferred to this Institute. Nice to meet you."

"Hi, Ryan!" Some said. Among those "some" was a very beautiful girl, with blue eyes and blond hair...

Wait! What the hell am I thinking?

I sit in the last row, and I take out my notebooks. It was history class, the most boring of all.

After classes are over for the day, I run to sit on a bench in the main room. I take out my book and continue reading. After a while, I see someone approaching me. He was a short boy, he looked a few years younger.

"Hello! What are you reading?" He asks, looking at the book.

"Hi! Be different. Why?

"Oh, it's a great book, I already read it," he says, after pulling out his smartphone. "You are transferred, right?"

"Oh great," I reply. "Yes, yes, I am. And what class are you in?" I ask him. I hope I was not wrong when guided by his short stature.

"Really? I'm in your class, genius," he laughs because he was also one of the few who greeted me.

We spend all our time talking about books, anime, and comics. You seem to have the same tastes as me. So good.

I hope you don't like the blue-eyed girl ... Wait, what am I thinking?

I come home exhausted. I put my backpack on the couch, grab a cola from the fridge, and go to bed with my laptop. After a while I remember that I had to look for Sabrina... "Damn... Have I forgotten her?" I think, almost out loud.

I run all over the neighborhood. School was not very far, thank goodness, but she couldn't come alone, she's very young (or maybe she does, but my mom doesn't like it). I arrive at school, and I look for the classroom where she is.

"This is fifth?" I ask the first thing I see.

"Uh, yeah, but today's classes are already over," says a lady, and by her face, she was a little upset. "Who were you looking for?" She asked.

"Her name is Sabrina and she is in fifth grade." I look around me. "Not sure if he's still here?"

"Yeah, it's on the playground," she points to the park. "She told me a tall boy with brown eyes would come. That's you, right?" He asks, after looking me straight in the eye.

"Yes ma'am. Well, see you soon, thank you!" I say goodbye, after doing the biggest sprint of my life.

I run to the playground, which was near the bathrooms.

"Sabrina?" I say, looking around me.

"You're finally here, idiot!" She says, being on a swing. With her tender voice, it didn't sound like an insult.

Hearing her voice was as if my soul returned to my body.

"Sorry, I just fell asleep," I lie, maybe if I tell her I forgot, she and my mom will shoot me.

"Okay, I forgive you this one."

We get home, she goes to the bathroom to shower, and I go to my room to continue with my laptop and my soda. To be the beginning it has not been bad, I thought it would be more boring. Hopefully tomorrow is better and I can meet more people.
