The fourth monster wave has begun.
Everyone is doing their best to hold back the monster while also avoiding death.
Angelina is the only high-ranking adventurer who stays here, with the rest being ordinary adventurers and a few skilled guards.
Angelina decided to send all of the higher adventurers to the second group to guide the civilians out of the city because they are incapable of fighting for an extended period of time.
She specialized in holding monsters because she is a fighter as well as a tank.
Her speed as a fighter assists others while she defends them as a tank.
She mostly does the work, and Alex was captivated by her performance.
When he first heard that she is the strongest person in May City, he did not believe it, but now he realizes how naive he is simply because she is a woman.
His previous world's perspective was suddenly broadened, and he learned new things.

Rica appears in front of him, blocking an attack from one of the monsters.
He recognizes that now is not the time for such behavior.
He is in the midst of the battle.
He does not need to be distracted when his life is on the line.
Summoning his rusted twin dagger, he charges at the back of the monster Rica is currently holding and slashes its head.
"Sorry for being distracted."
"Do not worry."
And the battle goes on.
Anna helps everyone she sees while avoiding getting too far away from Alex and Rica.
Angelina is doing her best to keep the monsters at bay while the rest of the group attacks them.
The fourth monster wave lacks a strong monster, but the number is excessive.
This is another reason Angelina sent the people who could not fight long in the second group and chose the people who could and had a good chemistry with each other.

Meanwhile, while fighting the monsters, Alex realized that he is not strong enough to show off his skills and made his confidence stay modest.
He felt that his expectations as a protagonist were not being met, and this continued as the monsters approached him, seemingly uncontrollable by their lust for blood.
The more he fights, the more he realizes he is not the protagonist.
After all, what kind of protagonist would be so weak?
He is supposed to be an overpowered protagonist, but his expectations did not match the reality.

Being transported to another world in a different body, receiving a system, and evolving into an overpowered protagonist with a harem along the way.

His skill improves as the battle progresses, but he has no idea because he believes it is insufficient.
To relieve his frustration, he needs to kill more monsters.

Despite his efforts, the number of monsters continues to grow.
Fortunately, he remembers that they are not here to defeat the wave, but to buy some time for the civilians to leave while they themselves flee.
Seeing how people are supporting one another, they are gradually retreating to the guild building.
This is the plan;
While holding the monsters, they will slowly approach the guild building and fortify it with magic before closing the door to the underground bunker.
Then they will go to the tunnel that connects to the outside of the city and stay there until the monster wave is over.
This may appear simple, but it will be difficult to complete due to the number of monsters.
As long as the battle continues, something unexpected may occur.
Good or bad, it will still have an impact on the overall plan, leading to either a disaster or a miraculous outcome.

Evading the attack, Alex slashes the monster he was fighting.
After the monster has fallen to the ground, another monster attacks his back, but Rica slashes with her sword.
The number of monsters is increasing to the point where the entire city is now inhabited by them; however, they are now close to the guild building, so their hope remains to keep the monster at bay while entering the guild building.
The first to enter are the mages who are skilled in enchantment magic.
They are fortifying the guild building so that it can withstand the millions of monsters that are currently attempting to kill them.
Lots of encoding has been applied to the guild building, and those who entered who are not mages are beginning to pray.
Meanwhile, other people are entering the underground bunker through the back of the receptionist area.
Due to the large number of people, it will take some time for everyone to enter.
Angelina is fighting on the front lines, so Alex, Anna, and Rica are also present.
Aware of the situation behind her, Angelina yelled an order.
"GET TO THE GUILD BUILDING!!!!"
There are only a few people on the outside at this point, so Angelina orders everyone to rush to the guild building.
However, before she ran, she enhanced herself again and stomped the floor, leaving a large hole.
Her mana was mostly drained by this, but she still has enough stamina to escape the situation.
