Return from the Sun's Core; Android Enhancements; Cylons?

2007 - Arctic Circle - Fortress of Solitude

While I was away, Kelex was working on developing memory transfer capabilities for my androids. The Clarkbot will regularly transfer his data via my personal satellites I have in orbit for the Justice League. The high throughput of the advanced satellites is enough for the data transfer to take place quickly. I have a transmitter tower built in the Fortress to assist the speed of transfer.

I've just completed transferring the data of the Clarkbot's life. It turns out I was in the Sun for 6 months. I had no idea I would lose that much time. I've spent the past week waiting for cells to stop glowing.

Because I was gone longer than anticipated, a contingency protocol was engaged for my absence. Several backup Clarkbots dressed as ninjas to protect the city in my absence. The Ninja Clarkbots downloaded various martial arts like they were in The Matrix and went to town with their ninja impressions. Since I gave them my civilian persona coupled with my sense of humor, knowledge of superheroes and cultural references, and my sense of right and wrong, they performed well. I never thought my contingency protocol would be used at this stage. I'll need to better prepare for my possible absence.

Through a quick meditation, I parsed over the memories and determined they performed admirably. The papers are calling him Shinobi. One of the Ninja Clarkbots said the name when someone asked him after a rescue. Shinobi, huh? Hmm...I suppose it could be worse. At least they didn't say Naruto.

One of the Ninja Clarkbots had a pretty nasty run-in with a meteor freak a few weeks back, but he was able to neutralize it with assistance of the other Ninja Clarkbots. Jeez, I really need to come up with a better name for Clarkbots dressed as ninjas. And is it really smart to have my personal form acting as a superhero? I really didn't think this through. While I can develop unique personality matrices for each one, Kelex can always override them if they start to exhibit unusual behaviors. It's super easy for me to take them down, in any event. It's not like an android can go toe-to-toe with a Kryptonian, at least not until Amazo is created.

Speaking of Amazo, I need to get hold of that technology so I can have my own Amazo but with my personality profile uploaded to it. I'd feel much more comfortable with an Amazo with my personality and motivations. It'd be a good ally to have. Who designed Amazo? Dr. Ivo? I wonder if he exists in this universe. I'll have to check.

In the meantime, I ordered the commissioning of a dozen additional androids that look like Henry Cavill. If the androids are somehow incapacitated, I don't want a Clarkbot dressed as a ninja to be unmasked. It would lead to awkward questions as to why a reporter for the Daily Planet has a robot designed to look like him.

Maybe I can make my own android superhero team to complement the Justice League? And sneak in some Marvel heroes through the use of androids. It's not like anyone can call me out on it. Think about it: Thor android, Iron Man android, Hulk android, and Captain America android. I could program their fighting styles and everything.

I could even have them assume civilian personas for maximum integration into society. I could build them their own backups in case they're destroyed, they can just respawn in the Fortress then teleport through Zeta-Tubes to their assigned city.

The next project I ordered was a sunroom built into the Fortress. Not the typical sunroom like you'd have in a house, but an actual miniaturized sun like from Spider-Man 2. The miniaturized sun will be in an enclosed chamber. This chamber will be used for quick energy boosts for myself or for restorative purposes. I figure laying next to a miniaturized sun has got to be better for energy purposes than absorbing sunlight from 93 million miles away. I can always fly to the Sun, but it'd be nice to have something nearby to regularly lay under rather than flying to the Sun constantly.

My skin has stopped glowing. I feel as though my power levels have increased drastically. My strength, speed, durability, and all other powers are enhanced. I don't sense any other powers that have developed as a result of my Sun meditation, but it could only be a matter of time for me to figure them out and utilize them. My cells feel vitalized and renewed. I'm sure my body was broken down and regrown several times while I was in the Sun. It's a great feeling to feel as though you're born anew with limitless energy. I'm sure my current body is at max capacity and my personal dimension has enough energy to fuel me for years, if I were to lose the ability to absorb external energy. Thankfully, I don't need to worry about that, but I like to think of worst case scenarios.

Another option I haven't considered is absorbing nuclear power. The Phantom Zone criminal Baern in canon was able to suck nuclear plants dry. If a nuclear power plant is taken offline, something becomes unstable, or something is about to blow, I could always go there and absorb all the energy considering I have the additional power of radiation and energy absorption. So there will be no nuclear accidents like the meltdown that happened in Japan in recent history on my Earth. I could just absorb it.

And I wonder if I can absorb the energy from a nuke. I'm not sure how quickly I can absorb, so that will be an experiment. I know canon OG Superman has survived a nuke and recovered by just hovering above our atmosphere. With my energy capacity and massive strength, I should survive with minimal damage that should recover almost immediately. But I wonder if I could absorb it all at the point of the explosion. Or would it be more practical to use the Speed Force to go into Flash Time and disassemble the nuke and absorb the power directly from the radioactive substance? Would the nuclear reaction (the explosion) produce more energy than what is contained (dormant) in the nuclear substance itself?

Should I go around absorbing nuclear waste? Currently, they have to bury it, and when nuclear fuel has been in a reactor for five years, operators remove the bundles of nuclear fuel and begin transitioning them for permanent storage. This nuclear fuel is transferred to a 40-foot-deep cooling pool where they will stay for about five years.

I've just had some ideas of how to help fund the Justice League even more than I already have.
