15 Dealing with the Kandorians

2001 - Smallville, Kansas - Kent Farm

Kara, Lara, and myself entered the house.

Jonathan and Martha were in the kitchen drinking coffee.

"Mom. Dad. I want you to meet my birth mother, Lara, and my cousin Kara." I introduced them.

A look of surprise passes my parents' faces.

"It's great to meet you, but how is this possible? Clark told us everyone on Krypton died." Martha said.

"I did, but Kara arrived shortly after Kal-El, however, her ship landed in the wrong place which sent her into hibernation because her sip was in an unrecoverable, unfavorable position," Lara explained. "The reason I'm here is because of Kryptonian technology that allowed me to be resurrected from the point my DNA was collected. Since the sample was taken far from Krypton's destruction, I'm missing some memories, including the one of my death."

"This is still a miracle. I'm so glad Clark has other family." Martha said.

"Clark? Is that what you named Kal-El? That's a fine name. It fits him," Lara said with a smile.

"It was my father's name," Martha said.

"Hey, mom. I brought them here because I wanted to give them a chance to see the family that raised me. If they had to interact with any humans, I figured I'd introduce them to the best humans this planet has to offer." I said. "Do you mind if they stay here?"

"Not at all, Clark. They're family." Martha said.

"I was thinking that maybe we can enroll Kara in high school with me so she can experience Earth customs, see how human teenagers are, and maybe give her a chance to meet some boys. It's been at least 14 years since you've been on a date, right?" I say jokingly.

Kara contemplates the question, "I guess I could go see what this high school is like."

TIMESKIP NO JUTSU

Lara and Kara move into the house, with me sleeping on the couch.

I wear my dorky glasses and demeanor, making sure to talk to all the students in my class.

I end up working on the Smallville Torch as co-editor with Chloe Sullivan.

Martha gave birth to a baby boy she named Joseph Clark Kent.

I used the Veritas keys to obtain the clue leading to the device that can disable a Kryptonian's powers. I entered Luthor Manor and broke open the area above the fireplace to retrieve the device. I entered the Phantom Zone, released Raya, left the Zone, and used the device to release the Kandorians.

After informing the Kandorians of all the crimes of Zod and sharing data from the Fortress, Lara, Raya, Jor-El, and the Kandorians decided to leave to move onto another world to repopulate it as New Krypton.

Kara spent some time in high school before deciding to travel the world and see what humanity has to offer.
