As the howling and growling sounds grew louder, a chilling wave of dark creatures emerged from the abyss and charged toward our formations.
These creatures were none other than spiders. With each step they took, there was a sharp and metallic clank, as if their legs were forged from solid steel.
Their bodies glistened with shiny black exoskeletons, lending them a truly sinister appearance. There were at least eight of them, each roughly the size of a dog.
Above their heads, level indicators appeared, confirming their status as Level 1 Abyss Spiders with varying amounts of health points. Our formations remained motionless, poised to strike as we approached the swamp, knowing that the spiders' slowed movement in the muck would make them easier targets.
Mult and his fellow teammates remained hidden, their faces concealed as they blended seamlessly with the swamp water.
As the spiders entered the murky depths of the swamp, 13+ mud heads suddenly appeared, obstructing the spiders' path. All of them simultaneously launched mud balls at the spiders, the small mud balls splash on them restricting their movements further. The spiders struggled relentlessly, their efforts in vain as they slowly but surely sank deeper into the swamp.
Just as I was about to command an attack, Mult intervened. "Slime King, you don't have to attack. They will be killed by our corrosive skills. We will gather them in one place and blast a corrosive ball on them. Within 5 minutes, they will die. It's better to save our spells."
I nodded in agreement and refrained from giving any further instructions. I noticed another timer displayed on the left side of my vision: [00:00:08]. It was the battle timer.
The spiders' movements became increasingly slow and labored as they fought against the resistance of the water. Their limbs thrashed and flailed, but the weight of the swamp water pulled them down relentlessly. Gradually, all of them sank completely, before meeting there doom.

We all nodded in agreement. However, due to their weight, we couldn't bring the corpses with us in that short moment. Instead, we devised another tactic. Utilizing their control over the swamp, Mult and the others effortlessly pushed the spider corpses in front of our formation, forming another defensive wall. Meanwhile the 1 minute break timer hit zero.

My senses tensed up as I watch the dark endless cave, a purple gas started coming towards. And in blink of an eye the purple gas rapidly spread throughout the whole place.
" Quickly disperse this!" I shouted as the chance of it being poison is very high. Thankfully Eraa already actaed before even I said. And was done finishing her spell.
As Eraa unleashed her spell, a powerful gust of wind swept through the place. Pushing it backwards revealing hundreds of hundreds of black mosquitoes hovering in front of us!.
I winden my eyes seeing this and started thinking what to do now. I started thinking of possible ways to counter attack.
The sound of started increasing as they started coming towards slowly and slowly. All of a sudden I sensed heat from my side. I quickly turned around only too see ant lord widening his mouth and in blink of an eye a fire ball was created.
"Fire Blazee!!!"

After couple of seconds the blazing flames stopped and the shield crumbled on its own. Revealing the deadly aftermath of such huge spell!.
The ground was scorched, and the air was thick with the acrid scent of burnt remains. The once-swarming black mosquitoes were now reduced to ashes. I was shocked seeing this and gazed at the caster. Who was struggling to stand still.
I calmed my mind and looked at my head were Eraa was sitting just like ant lord. Her face was pale and two spirit fairies were holding her giving her some support.

"Are you two ok!!" Mult shouted breaking the silence.
I looked down to see, along with my formation, his swamp has turn black.A thick layer of black powder covered the swamp, and As I focused more I realized that it was the remains of the mosquitoes, now turned to ashes.
" He really turn them to ashes!"I thought and gazed at any lord.
Unconsciously he looked towards me. Seeing my shocked slime face. He understood something and a smirk appeared on his pale ant face.
I snapped out from my daze.
" Yes good job! Can you stand still?" I asked him as he struggled to stand up.
Her smirk disappeared and he looked away and stood up with all his might and failed. Emily (black slime) appeared right beside him and tried her best to make him stand up. Soon after Scarlet (red slime) and sepia (Brown slime) also came beside him and tried there best to make him stand up.
Meanwhile me who can sense there emotions clearly. Sensing there emotions my heart melted even more.
" Slime king, tell them to back away jes cast recovery spell on us" Eraa spoke with her rigged breathing.
I nodded" Quickly back away three of you he's all right " I said while gazing at the timer. The three of them nodded and quickly backed away.

"Hurry!" I shouted, urgency in my voice.
Eraa's comrade hovered above me, and I approached Ant Lord. Small green particles began to spark from her wings. I watched as these particles touched their bodies, a soothing aura spreading through their very beings.
In the blink of an eye, both of their pale faces recovered, and they returned to normal.
"Okay, let's quickly focus on the battle; we don't have time," Mult shouted, and visible ripples appeared on the swamp, cleansing away the black ashes.

I shifted my gaze toward the dark abyss, knowing that the last wave awaited us. Meanwhile, the other two had completely recovered.
"The last wave, everyone. Don't hold back," Eraa shouted.
My sole focus remained on the dark abyss, the final trial we needed to overcome. I muttered to myself, readying for what lay ahead.
The silence in the cave was palpable as everyone held their breath, even my simple slimes were transfixed by the ominous presence at the cave's edge.
The ground trembled violently, sending shockwaves through the swamp waters, creating ripples that mirrored their fear.

From the depths of darkness, two pairs of red eyes locked onto us, growing larger with each tremor.
Slowly, the colossal figure from the shadows emerged, revealing its immense form with every shake of the earth. My core shivered with fear as I watched.
"This aura... it's just like in the dream," I muttered unconsciously, taking a step back.

The deafening roar echoed through the cave, sending shivers down our spines. And to make matters worse, a massive purple ball hurtled toward our formation at a terrifying speed.
"Quick, Aqua team, cast your spells!" I yelled with all my might.
My heart sank as I watched the purple ball racing towards us, tearing apart the swamp in its path.
- BOOM!
- CRACK!
The explosion rocked the swamp, throwing us from the formation. I landed with a painful thud on an ant hill.

Ignoring my own pain, I realized that the other slimes were in pain from the senses. They were my primary concern!.
Surveying the area, I saw that we had been thrown onto the ant hill, with small, cracked blue balls scattered around us. Relief washed over me as I realized what happened in last moment.
"Sigh, they activated the shields just in time," I muttered.
A muffled voice came from beneath me, and I looked down to see that I had been sitting on the ant lord's head. Quickly, I jumped down.
With some great struggle the ant lord stood up.
And spoke up.
" What jus... then all of a sudden he stopped talking and looked up in sheer horror visible in his eyes.The ant lord's sudden silence and the look of sheer horror in his eyes sent a chill down my spine. I turned my gaze upward, following his line of sight, and what I saw made my heart race.
A huge black body hovered right above us.Sharpe red eyes gazed at us.its huge wings flapped sending stronger gust of wind.
The black dragon opened it's mouth wide. And a huge purple ball started forming. And in blink of an eye the small purple ball turned into a huge sphere and slowly started descending on us.
Seeing the sheer size of the glowing purple ball descending on us. I stopped thinking for a way to get out. As it's not possible anymore to doge it.
I gazed at my surroundings at my slime comrades. They also sensed my emotions.
And looked back at me.
" Thanks for everything." I muttered with a deep sigh.
The ant lord, who had recovered from the shock, stood beside me. His antennae twitched nervously as he too realized the outcome.
" heh, Thanks" He muttered and smiled .
I nodded back and gazed at the slowly descending glowing purple ball which was getting unstable in each passing second.
And then, the world exploded into a blinding, purple inferno destroying everything. My slime family, my comrades everything.
" Sigh it's the end" I thought and closed my eyes.
