Allison's POV:

"What?" I murmured while looking at the note in my hands. It was definitely sent by Jacob since it was a no-peace note. I felt more terrified knowing that he was now threatening my friends also. He was not going to let go what I did. He was going to take a revenge, but I had no idea how and when. Suddenly, I wondered about something. How did he come to know that Isaac is having lunch with me? After thinking for a while, my eyes widened in fear. Oh, no! He's here. He's watching us.

I stood up from the chair immediately and looked around the restaurant, observing and suspecting every person there, thinking that Jacob might be having his men spy on us. Gulping down, I kept looking around, confusing Isaac with my behavior.
