10 Chapter 9

"ATE MACKIE!!! OMY GOSH I MISS YOU!" I saw Aci running towards me, when she reached me, she hugs me tightly.

I can hardly breathe because of the tightness of her embrace, I think she has a plan to kill me.

"What happend to you ate Mackie? Monday dinner you go home early, tuesday you didn't come to school, wednesday.. well I'm the one who didn't come to school, It's already Thursday and I missed you so much ate Mackie!!" she said while still hugging me.

She didn't know what happened to me?

"I-I c-can't b-b-breath" I have a hard time saying those words, , it looks like she got what I wanted to say because she removed her hug from me and then smiled.

"Sorry ate, I just missed you." she apologized

"What are you doing here at the cafeteria? you should be at your class room by now." I said

"Shh. ate, don't tell kuya that I'm ditching my class. I'm going to meet my boyfriend at the mini forest." she said while slightly laughing.

Did I hear it correct? she will ditch her class to meet her boyfriend?

"Why don't you guys meet after class. So that you won't ditch you class." I suggested

"Nah, your brother is demanding." she boredly said.

"m-m-my w-what??" I asked for confirmation.

I heard she said my brother. The f*ck!

She seemed to realize what she said. She can't speak now.

"Aci." I called her and she started crying like a baby.

"Ahhh, Ate. I promise to Alexius that I won't tell anyone but I broke it. Do you think he will break up with me?" she asked.

"Are you two serious? I mean, my brother is a play boy. he dated a lot of girls in school and you guys just met last monday. It can't be that fast." I smiled with doubt.

"It's a long story ate, and were not serious, I like him but I know he didn't feel the same way." I can see the sadness in her eyes so I hug her tightly like the way she hugs me earlier.

She is crying, I can hear her sobbing, Why is she crying? I thought she just like my brother? she shouldn't cry like this. Even if Alexuis is my brother, I can say that her tears is not worth it for him.

"Shh. Don't cry Aci... My brother is not worth for it."

"You won't understand ate... you won't" she said and continue crying

Yeah I won't. I don't remember myself having a crush on a guy.

"Mackie, here's your food."

I let go of Aci when Ahyeza came with our foods.

"OMY, why are you crying?" Ahyeza asked Aci

Aci didn't answer, she just looked at me.

"Amm, Ahyeza, this is Aciana Javine, brother of Janssen, Aci this is Ahyeza, my friend." I introduced them to each other.

"Your best friend mackie." She correct me

"I din't have a best friend" she didn't seemed offended on what I say.

She is used to that, I'm not treating her a best friend even if she's the my only friend since grade 9.

"So, Aciana why are you crying?" she asked again

"Nothing, and just call me Aci" she said and smile

"Aci, you want to eat with us?" I asked her

"No thanks ate, maybe nex time. I going to meet him." she said and smile weakly.

"Okay" I answered and hug her again.

"Don't cry Aci, Alexius is just a boy, he's not worth for your tears and it's just like, you don't love him . Don't worry it will fade." I whisper to her before she said goodbye to me.

"She looks kind." Ahyeza said to me when I sat down and start eating.

"Yes she is, by the way. did you see the Matteo's?" I asked her

"I don't saw them after that awkward silence at the room."

Ahh, Yes, I remember... When the seven of us including Mr. Pangilinan stayed there for a munites, the whole room is enveloped by an awkward silence.

We all didn't know what to say, Yes. Mr. Pangilinan said that Demi can decide what he should do next once he had proven that he really know the lesson but it's just so rude of him to really decide for the whole class, I mean he's just a new student and Mr. Pangilinan is our teacher.Does he don't know the word RESPECT?

"why are you asking?" Ahyeza asked me.

Right. Why am I looking for them?

"Ayieeeee, you miss Janssen already?" she said in a teasing voice.

"Hell No! why would I miss that Guy? Yuck, eww over my dead body No way."

"Chill, your over reacting." she said so I just continue eating my meal.

a few minutes passed and we finished eating snacks. We are now on our way back to our class room when a group of girls blocked our way.

"Look who's here"

It's Maui and her friends.

"I heard from my classmates that you nerdy gangster are with Janssen earlier." she said with a raised eyebrow.

"And so?"

"What mine is mine." she answer

"Am I yours?" I was surprised when someone spoke behind me, it was the matteo's and Janssen is the one spoke.

"as far as I remember, no one owns me." he said and smirked at Maui.

"Let's go Mackie, Ms. Qualil is on her way to our room." he added and walk ahead.

I looked at Maui first at smile at her sweetly, even Ahyeza did the same thing.

"Where not yet done Mackie." she said and walk away.

Oviously, I pissed her off.

"Psh. that woman is really annoying." ahyeza said.

If only I can really avoid them, I have been doing that for a long time but he case is, they are the one who's approaching me.

I just shook my head and continued walking towards the room.

When Ahyeza and I sat down, Ms. Qualil,our english teacher arrived .

In fact, Ms. Qualil is more strict than Mr. Pangilinan.

To be honest, it was only Demi, who made Mr. Pangilinan angry.

Speaking of Demi, he's not in our room, I wonder where is he.

"Good Morning class." Ms. Qualil greeted us.

"Good Morning Mam!"

"I heard that you have a new classmate, where is he?" Ms. Qualil asked us and no one dare to answer, even me bacause I don't know where he is.

"Hmmm, Alexis where is he?" I knew it. She will ask me.

"A-am I don't know Miss." I answer honestly

"Do you mind finding him? you know that I don't want anyone to ditch my class, especially that he is a new student." I sigh and stood up.

"Yes Miss, I'll be back with him."

"Okay, thank you Alexis"

I just smile at her

"Alexis do you want me to come with you?" Ahyeza asked

"No need"

I answer her and go out of the room to find that guy.

I looked all over the campus... I go to the caferetia, I checked every rooms, I even go to the mini forest but no sign of him, and my legs are starting to ache.

Why did I agree to find him by the way? I'm not even comfortable with him.

For my last destination before I gave up, I go to the rooftop.

And finally! I found him there...

But, he's with someone, and they are seriously talking.

"yeogiseo mwohaneungeoya?" (what are you doing here?)

He asked the man in front of him in a language that I don't understand.

"geugeon dangsin-i dangsin-ui sangsaleul hwan-yeong eotteohge?" (that's how you welcome your boss?)

"neon nae sangsaga aniya" (you are not my boss)

I hid on the side first to hear what are they talking about even if i don't really understand.

It's look like they are talking using a korean language.

"Tss. tell that to the wall." the man in front of him said.

I heard Demi sigh before talking again.

"Go. don't destroy my plan."

"Say the magic word first." the man in front of him demanded

"Hays. Go master." Demi said is such a very silent voice but I still heard it.

"K. Fine" the man said and walk away.

It's just me and Demi in this roof top. He also walked away,

when I felt that I'm the only one left here in rooftop, I went out of my hiding place.

I fix my clothes and I was surprised when someone suddenly grabbed me and pinned me in the wall.

I saw Demi on front of me, he's the one who grabbed me and pinned me in the wall

"This is what you get when you listen to the conversation of others."

he said and move closer to me.

My breathing is getting heavier as I looked at his eyes. I tried to get out of his grip but it only got tighter.

f*ck! where did my strength go?!

"Don't listen to the conversation of others next time so you wont regret it."

he said and move much closer until...

His lips pressed againts mine.
