6 The God Fairy's Bloodline

(idk if i'll add another two chapters tommorrow, highly unlikely though due to work. Sorry!)

"Lord! Wake up, please wake up!"

Brian who was at the side of Zero started to scream trying to wake up the man who had fought a faerie in order to save him.

Even during his days as general, he never thought that his own lord would risk his life just to save him.

If Zero enabled the notifications for loyalty increases, he would realise that Brian is currently at 100!

But the situation Zero is facing doesn't have time to check it out, as the Faerie bloodline is currently fusing with him.

Brian stood back as he watches his lord rise up into the air as if he was ascending to the heavens.

"God, don't you dare!"

He took out his sword ready to battle god and Nick and Daniel had to hold him back in case he does something stupid.

Inside Zero's mind, it was completely dark.

"What is going on…"

Then, he sees light in the distance. Although he did not know what it was, he knew that he must go there.

As he floats towards it, he saw the most beautiful person ever. Blonde hair that reaches to its shoulders, huge eyes with a red iris and wings that are slightly transparent.

"Hello, it seems you have defeated my offspring. You are qualified to take my blood, but you will change in terms of your character…"

As the soothing voice came to Zero, he did not think twice about it. He lifted his head, smiled as brightly as he can and nodded his head.

"You shall never be cruel, and always stay humble. Anger is only revealed when you or your people are in danger, and when you reveal it, only the nineteen gods above would be able to stop you…"

Zero then felt one of his knees wobbling, and he knelt before the fairy. He raised his head, to see the fairy smile at him.

"Remember, we are a proud race, and you shall inherit that pride. I will be watching you, till your last breath…"

The whole world then turned bright, and the only sound was Zero screaming as his body started to change.

His black eyes turned red, his already handsome features changed into a completely god-like image and his black hair's tip turned blonde.

<<DING! You have levelled up four times! Please allocate where you wish to spend it!>>

"Lord! Oh my god, is that you lord?"

The first thing Zero heard when he woke up was Brian's gasp as he saw the completely changed Zero.

Daniel and Nick who heard the lord was awake came in to see the changed Zero, and was completely frozen.

"I inherited the God Fairy bloodline, but I will always be your lord."

As Zero said that, Brian, Nick and Daniel knelt and placed their fist on their chests.

"Long live the lord!"

<DING! You have inherited the God Fairy's bloodline. King's Cultivation can be cultivated to level 2; do you wish to do so now?>>

"You three, stand and leave the room. I shall cultivate till I heal up from my injuries. Search for any materials that is needed for Cloud Village."

The calm and collected Zero told his orders and the three who was kneeling complied. They each left the room, and Zero started to cultivate.

Zero didn't feel any pain as he was cultivated, probably this was due to the fact that the pain compared to what he had just experienced when he was changing his bloodline was way less.

As the notification pinged him, he was very happy. To enable and disable King's Aura would allow him to stop being harassed by Lillian who was fascinated by the change in Zero's appearance.

"Lord, we have found a mountain containing iron!"

Brian and the other two walked into the room, Zero stood up and walked towards them.

"Great, try mark the place. I'll get Samantha to check it out and see if the ore can be used to make weapons."

Brian nodded, and led his lord back to the village. However, as Zero left the room he heard a system announcement.

<<Lords, teleporters shall be given to you in three days allowing you access to the Cities across the Promised Lands.>>

As Zero heard the announcement, he was confused. He was allowed to go to the cities where the adventurers were based? Would his identity as a Lord be revealed?

His reasoning to becoming the lord was mainly due to being appealed to it however it was also because he did not wish to be interrupted while he was starting a new life.

As Zero listened, he realised that there was even more Lords! He felt slightly scared, but realised that his job wasn't to conquer lands but to grow his current kingdom.

His calm and reasonable thinking is probably due to the personality changes that the God Fairy bloodline had given him.

After a few days, he finally made it back to the Cloud Village and he ran to his room so that no one sees his current appearance.

His plan was to reveal himself tomorrow, in a formal fashion so that the villagers aren't scared about the new changes to him.

Looking at the sunset that had appeared, he realised it was best for him to rest. But then he realised that he had levelled up four times and forgot to allocate the points!

Thinking about where he wants to allocate it, he then decided to put it mostly on Intelligence and Wisdom. This was so that people won't think of Zero as a stupid king but rather a wise and kind one like those from children tales.

He read through his skills, checking if he needs anything improved. But then he realised something.
