9 King's Cultivation Level 3 Already!?
Okay, now this is a new chapter (early was a reupload with changes). Tomorrow shall be two chapters again, looks like i'm busy again slightly!

As Brian and Zero walk around the crowded city, they discover countless people travelling around the market buying food, armor and weapons from different merchants.
"Lord, the market for selling armor and weapons is something we can't do, too many other merchants are already in this business."
Zero nodded his head at Brian's statement, he began to ponder if there is a market to even expand in!
"Brian, we will need to return to the village and rather than focus earning gold, we should just start focusing on our current affairs."
"Yes lord!"
They then continue to walk around for a few hours, buying clothing and lots of weapons for their village. A few merchants were surprised at the secret hooded man and his servant, but they did not care and were pleased at Zero's purchasing.
<<DING! Teleporting back to Cloud Village, please stand by!>>
A few seconds after pressing the teleport option, they finally return to the village. Straight away, Brian called all the villagers to listen in on Zero's plans for the future.
Zero called over Samantha, Lillian and Samuel and told them his current plans. All of them were satisfied, and understood what they have to do later.
All the villagers finally arrived after an hour of waiting, Zero stood on the wooden crate box in the middle of the village centre allowing all villagers to see him.
"I just returned from my trip from the Westwood Kingdom, and I tell you that the things I saw there caused me to be fascinated!
The number of citizens, walking around the market buying their wares and the taverns filled with people eating food having a good time caused me to feel jealous, but I shall tell you this.
We, the Cloud Village, shall rise to become better than the Westwood Kingdom! However, I tell you this. It will be a long journey. But what I need is your support, so please follow me on this journey to make this world a better place!"
Zero raised his hands in the air, and countless villagers started to cheer. This was Zero's plan, knowing that some villagers might feel that the mundane life they are currently living might be the only life they are going to live, raising their morale can allow Zero to speed up the improvement of the village.
"We shall begin with the army, although most of you villagers might not have military experience, for our dreams to become real we must protect this village at all cost. Men from the age of 18 can enlist in the army and be trained by the new General of the army, Brian Godsword!"
Zero stepped down from the wooden box, allowing Brian to stand on it staring at the villagers with his eagle eyes.
"Listen up, this village is our proud. We are here to not to become the greatest empire in the world, nor become the richest. We are here to become the safest place in the whole world for each of our families! Fight for our lands, families and the man who saved our lives. Our lord, Zero!"
The men who heard this stood up and walked forward. They bowed to Zero with their fist raised to their chest.
"We shall enlist in the army for our lord and village! Please train us sir!"
Brian who saw this nodded with a smile in his heart. He stepped down from the wooden box and allowed Samantha to stand up.
Zero wanted to help Samantha out, especially since now that they have established their army, they need to have weapons and armor built.
"I need some workers to build armor, ladies and men are acceptable. I would prefer those without children, since you might not come back home for a few days but instead be in the smithery training."
Again, a few ladies heard this and bowed before both Zero and Samantha, she smiled and stepped down from the crate box allowing the last person Samuel to stand up.
"For the people who want better living condition, rather than the shabby huts, we need builders to start building homes for our people. Also, we shall be expanding slightly inside the island slightly so we need lumberjacks to cut down the trees surrounding us. Please step forward to help!"
The men who couldn't enlist in the army due to them taking care of their children were pleased that they could do something for the village and bowed before Samuel and Zero.
"Now, the meeting has concluded. People who chose to follow their respective person, please go to them and start preparing!"
Zero quickly went back to his hut, he laid on his bed remembering the huge city filled with people smiling and laughing.
'Could that be my future?'
After all, just three weeks ago, he was Ye Wuchen, the useless orphan of the Lin family. Now he was Zero Sky, the leader of the Cloud Village.

'I have now made it to level 3 of the King's Cultivation, but isn't this too fast?'

He was in a dilemma; he did not know which skill he should level up. But after thinking about it for a while, he decided to level up The Art of the Longsword.
