14 Parents, taken away?

When Alex was sleeping, a battle was happening somewhere else. Joe and Anna were in the front lines.

*Clink**Scrrrr**Clang*

The sound of swords hitting each other echoed throughout the battlefield. Martialist to Earth Realm cultivation bases were partaking in it.

*Booooom*

Qi infused cannon balls hitting the ground creating massive shock waves, knocking out the cultivators around the target. Many people were lifted up the ground and released. Formations activating left and right. Joe and Anna were fighting as hard as they could.

The sun slowly rose as they were cornered. They had lost many Earth Realm Cultivators which could have been a backbone of an entire city. The morale of their troops were down as the enemy's were high.

Alex's parents eyes were shining with determination as they looked at each other. They nodded and sat down and held each other's hands. They started chanting.

"We ask of you, our ancestors to lift the seal forced upon us, to save our lives at our moment of need! Royal Family's Cultivation Seal Release!"

Anna and Joe's bodies started glowing a golden color and runes that appeared shattered.

-Earth Realm-

-Sky Realm Grade 9-

They went from having Martialist Cultivation Bases to Sky Realm Grade 9 Cultivation bases. The soldiers around them felt massive amounts of pressure. Anna and Joe both lifted a finger and countless Martialist and Qi Condensation Realm Soldiers died instantly. Everyone shuddered in fear.

"Retreat!!!" The commanders of the enemies were yelling for their soldier to withdraw. Alex's parents followed them and killed numerous enemy soldiers. When the cornered soldiers saw this, their morale sky-rocketed. They also started chasing the enemy with the intent to avenge their dead comrades.

When the battlefield calmed down, everyone returned to camp. The injured were sent to healing stations and the dead were covered and sent home. When Joe and Anna came back, everyone was staring at them with a look like they were monsters.

'How do we explain this?' They both scratched their heads awkwardly. The moment they were about to speak, the floor started glowing golden and chains erupted from the ground. The chains had a weird sort of ancient rune imprinted onto them and they wrapped Joe and Anna. While this was happening, people dressed in silver-golden robes descended from their flying mounts.

"Silence! Under The Imperial Decree and the power of the current Monarch, Anna Sato and Joe Sirius King are hereby ordered to return to the royal palace for punishment! The crime is breaking the seals on their cultivation and running away from their duties as the future king and queen of the Supreme-Tier Kingdom of Sirius!"

The man put Joe and Anna in an independent space and flew to the sky. Everyone was watching this scene in silence. The flying mounts took flight and bolted towards the horizon.

At this moment, Alex woke up thinking that his parents would finally pick him up and continued his day, oblivious to the things that happened with Joe and Anna.
