16 Demon Sovereign
Nemesis traveled a hundred kilometers away from the desert border and into Feigrbiǫð. He made sure that nothing and no one is around him. He now finds a cave on the cliff-side of a deep chasm he found and began exploring the inside to find a big area for him to start [Rebirth].
A few hours of exploring tunnels of the cave, he found a 50 meter wide area which suited his need. He cast protective enchantments and [Silence] spell around the area and increased the range of his [Anti-Divination] passive spell.
Now feeling sure that no one will disturb him, he then asked the system for additional information on the process of [Rebirth]
"System, initiate [Rebirth]. I've dragged this long enough and I'm now excited on what things and abilities I'll get." he said this as he was breathing heavily from nervousness.
*System confirmed. Initiating [Rebirth]. The system wish the host success at the end of the process.*
What happened next is the most excruciatingly painful sensation he ever felt. He returned to his original Demon self. His skin is cracking and peeling off and blood started oozing out from the wounds. After this his muscles and flesh began to dissipate. He started shouting at the top of his lungs from this pain.
Nemesis is currently reduced to a skeleton with the remaining flesh is his heart. Thinking that it was over and he will start to regenerate, he was wrong. There are still more to it.
Now his skeleton starts to dissipate as well, now reduced to a consciousness with a beating heart at the center, the system sent a notification to him.
*Host is now at 30% [Rebirth] completion. Host has to choose which Demonic bloodline he will choose. Drag'dremos, Thar'an, and Soz'guluk. These are powerful extinct pureblood Demonic Sovereigns bloodlines that existed before Yggdrasil was born.*

[Drag'dremos] A demon that is the most adept at Demon Magic. They collect the souls of the dead that it kills and use the souls to increase its own power. This demon's [Metamorphosis] transforms into a towering demon with range attacks additional soul attack abilities. Other abilities will be unlocked as the Host levels up further. They went extinct because of low fertility amongst them.
[Thar'an] A demon that is the most adept at physical attacks and defense. They collect the essence of the dead they kill to increase its physical attacks and defense. This demon's [Metamorphosis] transforms him into a gigantic bulking demon that is immune to any low-tier physical damage and with enhanced regeneration and recovery. They went extinct because of low fertility amongst them.
[Soz'guluk] A demon that is most adept at both in Demon Magic and Physical attack and defense. All what the previous two Demon's bloodline talent and abilities are combines into this being. They are the most powerful type of Demon back in the days. Their overwhelming powers were feared even by amongst the Demon Race and as a result, drove into extinction.

Seeing what the choices are, Nemesis picked [Soz'guluk] bloodline route without hesitation. He wanted to become powerful and he knows that there is no free lunch in this world and will make him level up slower as the experience required will increase immensely.
After choosing, his body began to reform. A whirlpool of black cloud started to appear on the area and the energy is being absorbed by the heart and turning it color black. He is now forming a second heart, which is kind of a weird feeling for him to have two hearts. Then flesh started to regenerate and forming his new body. The whole process took 9 days in total. From his destruction to rebirth itself.
The new Nemesis is now 182 cm in height with his original slim figure, waist length black hair, and dark skin. He has deep black irises with crossed shaped pupils and with three layer circular patterns on it, two thick horns protruding crookedly from his left and right temples, and a pair of black demon wings.
He's also now wearing pristine long black robes all the way to his feet, also a cloak with a hood.
Checking his new body through a big mirror, the system sent a notification.

Innate Talent/Abilities:
[Metamorphosis] – Transforms into a towering demon with horns on each side of the head and wings on the back. Lasts for 5 minutes. (Size of the transformed entity varies on each bloodline. As the host chose [Soz'guluk] bloodline, you will retain your humanoid appearance but with the added things during transformation.)
[Sunder] – Ability that will swaps the host's HP to a target regardless of levels.
[Soul Steal] – Absorbs souls of the slain creature or entity and used to power up the host. Every 20 levels, the souls collected will be permanently absorbed. If the host is killed, all the souls will escape from bondage. (Warning: If discovered, the host will be killed by the Goddess of the dead Hel.)
[Presence of the Dark Lord] – Passive ability that will lower the physical defence and increases the host's damage on the entities around you. A black aura will be seen around the Host. (Additional passive domain skills will be integrated into one. Range will be increased by every 50 levels . As of now, the range is 5 kilometers.)
[Dark Vision] – Host's vision will be the bright as day on dark places.
[Demonic Wisdom] – Can learn spells, read, and record books easier and faster. Also increases comprehension speed, Intelligence, and Wisdom.
[Light Magic Immunity]
[Dark Magic Absorption] – Any Dark and Demonic Magic inflicted on the host will not damage but instead heal the Host.
[Flesh Heap] – For every essence absorbed, the Host's skin will be firmer, giving increased physical defence and melee damage immunity.
[Eyes of the Demon] – Can see through Illusions, Spell Enchantments and Barriers, Lies and Deception, and the target's soul itself.
[Hellfire] – A dark green flame that came from Hel that will extinguish not only the target's flesh and bones, but the soul as well.

Seeing his new status window, Nemesis, feeling ecstatic is now grinning at the new powers he acquired. The new abilities and spells are all excellent. The most OP he thinks was [Sunder]. Like you can swap HP with a target during battle if you are losing and in the verge of death. This spell will increase his survivability in fights from now on. He can even survive a battle with a God by just using the spell.
Looking at his wings, Nemesis thinks that its very conspicuous if it's always show so he commanded it to retract into his back to hide it.
Now adjusting to his newfound power, he then checked the Ability Creation Function he unlocked on his first [Rebirth].
Ability Creation Function is separated to the Skill Creation Function slots so he can do both simultaneously. He currently has two Ability Creation slots and SCP is still used as currency. He then remembered what the system said back then that he can't create Sharingan as it was labelled as
Ability and not a Skill. But before that he tried something first.
"System can you get Rinnegan for me?"
*Yes, but it will require you 10,000,000 SCP to directly get it or you can get it via starting from Sharingan and upgrade it as you go. Sharingan costs 10,000 SCP and host has 109,978 SCP balance.*
Hearing what the system has said, he almost puked blood from the SCP needed for the instant Rinnegan acquisition. 10,000,000 is a huge amount and he doesn't know how long he will get it and how many he needed to farm kills. Disappointed that he can't immediately get it, he then chose to get Sharingan.

Surprised that the creation was that fast, He then asked the system about it.
*Ding! Abilities can be created instantly so host just need to pay SCP and you will immediately get the ability.*
"Wow. This is great! I'll get some useful abilities. Hmmm….Let me see. Yeah Cloning! Hey system, how much is the cloning ability?"
*Ding! Host can choose between these: 75,000 SCP for the ability to create a clone 50% of host's stats, 100,000 for 75% of host's stats on the clones, and 250,000 for perfect copy of the host.*
"What? 75,000 just with 50% of my power? What the heck. Anyways, maybe on this trip I will earn enough to purchase the 250,000 one. A perfect copy of me will be cool. Hahahaha. Wait, system what's the difference between clones and avatars? I mean, I can create Avatars of myself and it's like cloning itself right?"
*Ding! Clones are created permanently while Avatars will disappear after a certain time. Yes they are almost the same but with the difference of what I said.*
'Damn it. I thought I can cheese my way on this and I'll have an instant permanent clone at low price.
The system already thought of this' he said inside his head. So he resumed in his talk with the system.
"So system how much is Avatar creation ability? Can I have a discount? Please?"

ability. The system is just in pricing of the Skills and Abilities so in some way its already discounted.*
"What? It's already discounted? Whatever I will not bicker with you any longer then as you helped me a lot since the day I arrived on this world. Ill save my remaining SCP to get the perfect clone ability"

Despite Nemesis' countermeasures for detection, the appearance of the whirlpool of black clouds escaped the spell's anti-detection protection boundary.
Above the cliff-side, two ravens flew by the area and stopped as they sense an overwhelming amount of Demonic aura. At this moment, it's still 7 hours before they return. After sensing this Evil Aura, they both immediately left the area and also leaving Midgard in its entirety.
