10 Burðrheimr
Burðrheimr, the birth lands of Humans in Midgard. This is place where Ask and Embla – the first male and female went and started the human race after their creation. Then their first descendants decided to name it Burðrheimr afterwards.
It is said that after the world itself was created, Odin and his two brothers Vili and Ve; found two pieces of tree trunks drifting in the sea. They shaped like a man and a woman with no life.
The three gods decided to give them gifts. Odin gave the two beings life, while his two brothers gave them a healthy complexion and the five senses. But the greatest gift all the three gave was the ability to use Magical Energies around them. Bearing the gifts of these three gods, they became the father and mother of the whole human race in Midgard.
As the other realms are created, other creatures also started to go down to Midgard to live. Some of them were exiles from their respective race or escapee. The only exceptions here were the Frost and Fire Giants.
They can't enter Midgard because of a barrier around it by the World Tree. And if they try to enter it they will be destroyed upon contact of the barrier. Many have tried, few had succeeded. But when they do and started their slaughter, they get killed almost as fast as the time they used to breach the barrier of Midgard.
Well the only exception here is Jörmungandr since he is tossed here in the great ocean of Midgard that surrounds it. The Great Sea that surrounds the land of Midgard is considered as a forbidden zone for obvious reason.
The other side of the sea can be used to go to other Realms and it is random. The Dwarves, Light Elves, Dark Elves, Demons, and Angels have their methods to travel here to Midgard but hard to get out as the only way is to cross the Great Sea. There are some exceptions to this like Dwarves and Light Elves. Dwarves have the ability to travel realms between realms but it doesn't seem to work on Dragons though as they can see them even they use it. Light Elves can connect to the World Tree itself for their travel here on Midgard.
Over the millennia, aside from Mages that uses pure magic attacks, many professions/class have sprouted throughout the Nine Realms. The most prominent were: Warriors being able to use many weapons like swords, bows, spears, and many more by infusing it with martial arts or magic; Berserkers are being able to use the powers of their selected "Totem god" to unleash formidable power; Shamans being able to summon animal or magical beasts to fight for them. They can also use the skills their creatures have.

The whole Empire is divided into three sections: The Outer, Inner, and Core area.
The Outer sector which he is currently at right now is where regular people comes and stay. It also has the Market place, and the Registration office for humans to register as a citizen.
The Inner sector is where the low ranking Nobles stay. They also have a Market place just for them and the Adventurer's Guild is also where it's currently located. The most important part here Is that the Tramsarths Academy is also located here.
Lastly the Core sector where the Imperial castle is together with other important government institutions housed in. Its also where the higher ranking Nobles and their families stays.
Tramsarths Academy was created during the Era where magical beasts first appeared. Its sole purpose was to raise the humans' capability to fight them. They accept any students with aptitude to any professions. But the most prominent numbers were the Mages inside the campus.
Now entered the Empire, Nemesis thanked Fatty Lin for having him on the journey here, bowed and bids him farewell.
He first then decided to find an Inn seeing that there are so many people in the outer section currently. After some time asking he found one and checked in then left to continue exploring.
Nemesis first went to the Market place to sell weapons and buy foods, books. Books that is especially about Magic, Martial Arts and Runes. He spent 200,000 on all of it. He still hasn't visited the other Market place in the Inner sector.
The ones in the Inner sector must have been more expensive and fewer than the ones here on the Outer sector.
As he was strolling he noticed a place where groups of people are gathering. He then asked a random guy on what is going on.
"Hey man! What's with these people grouping around here? Is there an event or something?"
The man answered. "Well this is the last day of registration for the entrance examination to enter Tramsarths Academy. It is the best Academy here on Burðrheimr. Are you here to register as well?"
"Yeah I am. Where is the end of the line?"
"It's over there and you might want to avoid making troubles as some important people have also arrived to register as well."
"Oh I'll keep that in mind thanks."
"An academy huh. It might be a good idea to enter it. Ha! I'm going to school again but this time with Swords Magic. This might be the best thing I'll ever do." He mumbled to himself as he gets into line.
It costs him 20 gold to register and he was reminded that three days later is the examination date. The registrar then warned him that if he failed to appear on the said date, he will forced to wait for another year for the next enrollment. It will of course happen inside the academy with the Headmaster and other school staff supervising.
Back at the Inn, he began planning his next actions.
"Three days. I can use this time to do a [Rebirth] but I will not take the risk as the system said it'll take 3-5 days to complete or even more if something bad happens. I'll guess I'll try to use the Pet summoning scroll and see what awesome pet I'll be getting. Ha! I hope its badass that it'll intimidate people when they see it." he said merrily to himself.
"System, if I use the Pet summoning scroll here, will I trigger something weird here? Like a phenomenon or something? I don't want to cause ruckus here as I am in the Outer sector right now."
[Yeah it might, host. The summoning is random, so it might trigger or not trigger a phenomenon. As I say this, the system recommends you to do it outside to minimize having a commotion.]
"Whew. I guess I'll do it tomorrow then. Good thing I asked the system first or I'll be in deep shit right now and I'm tired today anyways."
He then ordered three bowls of noodles, one pot roast, steamed dumplings and beer downstairs to be taken to his room first before cleaning himself and going to sleep. He really wants to sample it when he saw it downstairs.
"Good thing they have room service here. Hahaha."
"After summoning an awesome pet tomorrow in the forest I'll go start reading these books that I bought today. It might help me improve the items I can create with Projection and Reinforcement Magic. "
"Knowledge is power as the saying goes. Sigh."
