They go all the way to your very soul, and these are the ones that we cannot see. These few are destined to become Boundless. And it just so happens that one was designated to die on the fateful day a new god took sight over the earth. This is the tale of Aaron Stone, the once businessman turned planetary traverser. Aided by himself and his potential, he plans to live out his life with peace of mind. However, the universe has it out for him, and it won't let him ever have true peace. However, someone from behind the shadows controls everything, and they have quite a distaste for Aaron Stone. They will try to make his life a living hell. Parent To The Treehuggers?

As Aaron and Soul anticipated something to break through the forestry, the sound of trees being crushed came to a halt, the forest's shaking stopping as a result. "Did it stop moving?" Aaron asked, unable to see any creature standing there. The trees on the horizon were flattened, but it had stopped around fifty metres away from them, causing Aaron and Soul to look at it in confusion. "Noctar, you keep killing those treehuggers. Soul, you're coming with me. We have to figure out what the hell is going on with the sudden stop." Aaron explained to the pair before turning back to look at Coranth. "Coranth, All you have to do is make sure that you don't die. That shouldn't be too hard. However, if you are in danger, get Noctar to save you." Aaron told Coranth before using Boundless Telekinesis to jump high into the air, shattering the ground beneath him as he went. Soul gave Noctar a small wave goodbye before following Aaron, using Boundless Corruption to create a small push-platform that sent him flying into the air, creating significantly less damage to the dirt and grass beneath his feet.

The pair observed their surroundings mid-jump, their landing destination being the unexplained destroyed forestry. The clouds in the sky appeared to swirl around these flattened trees, and as Aaron and SOul got closer, they realised what had caused the destruction. It was a woman in dark unrevealing clothing, a pattern forming on the ground beneath her. The clouds in the sky followed the pattern almost perfectly. Aaron knew that this was who they were looking for. The ground shattered as he landed, Tsuyukagiri in his hand. Soul landed slightly more gracefully, creating a platform of Corruption to cushion his fall. It was because he wanted to look more unique than Aaron. Aaron looked at the woman, staring her in her eyes. "You. Who are you?" Aaron asked, pointing Tsuyukagiri at the black-clad woman. There was no response from the woman, neither through telekinetic speech nor actual speaking, her mouth unmoving. "I'll ask you this time." Soul continued, walking up towards the woman. "Who are you, and why was your destruction started immediately after the shrieks of those treehuggers?" Soul pressured her.

As soon as the word 'treehuggers' was stated, her irises shrunk in anger, a scowl appearing upon her face. She jumped back, digging her hands into her palm, rainbow-coloured blood flying out onto her skin. "I think we may have found who this woman is, Aaron." Soul noted, Aaron getting into a fighting stance. "The parent of the treehuggers, hater of humans or some other title involving death? Yes, I think that much is obvious." Aaron responded, watching the woman call down lightning into her blood-covered hands. The electricity was channelled into her rainbow-covered hands, and once she threw the blood towards the ground, much like a samurai would do to his sword, lightning struck the ground where the liquid landed. "Oh wow, it's a monster who controls the elements with their blood," Soul said while turning to Aaron. He quickly turned around, looking towards the monster again. "You can't keep that up forever!" He exclaimed, a smile on his face. Soul ran towards the creature, an opaque version of himself appearing behind him after every step. He used Boundless Telekinesis to create afterimages to throw the monster off its game. She threw her rainbow blood towards Soul, but faster than the lightning, he avoided it, his afterimages following behind him all the way, even if it looked like some of them had been hit by lightning.

The monster looked at him with a panicked expression, unsure what to do in the situation. Soul quickly got close to her, slashing at her with his clawed fingers. The woman jumped back, but Aaron appeared behind her, his sword straight through her spine. "Not a good choice of direction, was it?" Aaron mockingly told the creature, pulling the sword out from its chest. He pushed the monster away with his foot as Soul landed a heavy slap to the woman's face, leaving scratch marks as he dug his fingers into her flesh. A screech left her lungs as she jumped high into the air in an attempt to dodge the pair. However, Soul and Aaron followed her without much hassle. They reached the same height as the monster, and in a single second, Aaron flipped forward, using the heel of his foot to land a devastating kick on the creature's skull, sending it down to the ground as fast as the lighting that was summoned. The clouds turned dark, lightning striking Aaron and Soul mid-air. The duo fell to the ground, shocked by the electricity. The creature who had fallen to the ground slowly stood up, a smile on their face, waiting for Aaron and Soul to reach the ground. As the pair kept falling, the monster prepared a devastating kick. Black lightning appeared around her leg as if she was creating it herself. She swung her leg at Aaron, a bolt of lightning striking him in the face as she did so. Aaron went flying into the distance, sending him out of the picture.

Or did it?

Soul, standing upright as if nothing had happened, stabbed his fingers through her chest, grabbing onto her body from the outside so he wouldn't lose his grip. "Now, Aaron! Hit it!" Soul yelled, Aaron jumping towards them. He appeared from the sky like a nuclear bomb. With the sound of air being cleaved by Tsuyukagiri, Aaron slammed his sword downwards, landing upon the monster's shoulders. His sword slid down through her head, piercing her brain and splitting her skull open. They had defeated the creature, the sound of blood spraying filling their ears like a victory warhorn.

Aaron flicked the rainbow blood off of his sword, watching electricity strike the spots where it landed. He then wiped the blade against his arm to remove extra blood before sheathing it. "Well, that's done. Now, what should we do with it?" Aaron asked Soul, who just shrugged in response. As they continued to talk about what they should do, a spark lit up inside the woman's body, and it wasn't a figurative spark either.

I listened to DOOM music the entire time writing this chapter lmfao
