12 Mount Natagumo (2) - 10

A/N: Sorry for the long wait y'all. I had to do some mass releases for TVADE (because I need to do well in WPC), and was just too sleepy to continue right after completing them. Also, I wrote this chapter on my phone, so, excuse any autocorrects. Well, enjoy the chapter!

You see, after I had killed Rui during my quest to get the Lower Moon 1 position, I had asked Muzan to revive him.

Of course, him being my dad gave me some perks, and he did it without even asking me a question.

Yep, I was just that special to him.

Anyways, back to the current situation, Tanjiro was currently watching Rui as he tortured his "sister".

Too mad to stand this, he immediately does the events of the canon, causing Nezuko to be hung up in the sky and whatever.

He's able to successfully decapitate Rui, before the truth is revealed to him the Rui decapitated himself.

Lying there, out of energy, Tanjrio awaits his death as Rui uses his blood art.

But then I finally entered the fray.

'Star Breathing, First Form: Birth of a Star'

Immediately, a pitch black darkness descends into my surroundings, covering the area of the fight.

Then, out of nowhere, the place where Rui was standing is engulfed in a brilliant blue, almost white light.

And, as soon as it passes, the area is back to normal, as it looks like nothing has happened.

But then, Rui's head starts falling off his neck, and falls to the ground.

"Thump!"

I won, easily.

You might be wondering how I did it.

Well, it was pretty simple really, all I did was learn about the essence of a star.

This was actually only possible due to my understanding of stars from the scientific knowledge I had before the transmigration.

All I did was "understand" the feeling of a star being created in the darkness of space.

With that, I then waited for a moment, pinpointing the point at which the most matter was aside from me, which was my opponent.

Then, like a star merging do to gravity, I rushed at them in a speed almost as fast as sound.

Of course, before then, I had already unsheathed my Chokuto.

Then, with only one hand, I would slash the opponent, and then move back quickly, sheathing my chokuto and putting my arm at my side, as if nothing had happened.

That was how my first form worked.

Walking over to Tanjiro, I held my hand out and he accepted it.

Pulling him up, I swung his arm across my shoulders as I walked him over to Nezuko.

He had a tearful reunion with her, but then, Giyu arrived, and so did Shinobu.

Again, like in the canon, Giyu subdues Shinobu and tells Tanjiro to run.

Tanjiro puts Nezuko back into the box.

He starts running, and so I start running next to him.

But, Kanao quickly descends on us.

Of course, now was the time for me to act again, as I block Kanao's sword.

Gesturing with my hand, I tell Tanjiro to keep running.

Then, I face off against Kanao.

Mostly, she tries to slip past me, earning some respect from me as she never lost sight of her objective, but tre thing was, I was always there to block her.

I held her back until the crow came, telling us to only subdue Nezuko and to take the siblings to the Hashira meeting.

Satisfied, I resheathe my sword and bow towards Kanao.

Then, I disappear, reappearing next to Tanjiro, before knocking him out and trapping Nezuko in her box.

And now, with all of this done, I had met the requirements and was ready to go to the Hashira meeting.

…

We were finally at the Hashira meeting.

Unlike in the show, where it had just cut to this scene, it had, in reality, taken us a little under a week to get here.

Anyways, I was busy watching the drama that was unfolding with a smirk on my face, under my mask.

Then, when the Wind Hashira guy made his move, I quickly acted, stealing Nezuko from him and blocking the sword that tried to strike at me afterwards, of course, with only one hand.

As everybody was surprised by this, Tanjiro took the chance to get out of the hold of the Hashira that was holding him, and so I threw Nezuko to him.

I nodded at him whilst he looked at me gratefully, whilst continuing to trade blows with the Wind Hashira guy.

Honestly, this guy was kinda weak, and I even made a show of yawning whilst patting my mouth, in the middle of my fight with him.

"Take me seriously! Goddamnit!"

Not even wasting a second, I quickly wrote something in the sand, upside down, so that he could read it.

"Why would I take someone weaker than me seriously?"

Enraged, he got into a stance and initiated his first form.

But, before he could do that, I activated my first form, and I was faster than him.

'Star Breathing, First Form: Birth of a Star'

Once again, the area around me descended into pitch black darkness, covering my opponents vision, before a flashing light was seen blooming.

But this time, as the darkness disappeared in a blink, instead of his head falling off, the Wind Hashira only collapsed face first onto the ground, as he instantly lost.

Seeing this, all the other Hashira pulled out their weapons as they looked at me warily.

Yet, instead of indulging them in a fight, I disappeared and reappeared next to Tanjiro, before grabbing the box Nezuko was in.

Bringing her into the shade, I wordlessly opened the box before finally using my right hand to cut my left arm to the bone.

I waved the arm in front of Nezuko, even exaggerating the motion whilst looking at the Hashira with a look of ridicule on my face.

And that was the end of the scenario.
