44 The Attack Start!
On the arena, Sasuke dashed and attacked Gaara with a combination of punch and kick. His movement was very quick, but Gaara's defense was impregnable.
Sasuke's attack was useless, however, Gaara's speed was also so slow that he was unable to catch Sasuke.
Sasuke was also very careful since he remembered how Gaara crushed Lee's leg with his sand manipulation. He wouldn't let the same thing happen to him since he would win this match.
Sasuke needed to get stronger and the insomnia kid in front of him would be his stepping stone.
Gaara started to get impatient, however, at the same time, he realized that Sasuke's attack got stronger and stronger which made him hide inside his a cocoon of sand so his opponent was unable to defeat him.
In this moment, Gaara created an eye of sand so he could see the view outside.
Sasuke tried to destroy Gaara's sand cocoon, but it was useless. He knew that he needed stronger jutsu or else, it was simply impossible to destroy Gaara's defense and he had a perfect jutsu for that.

Haru then looked at Sasuke who stood on the wall and took off the bandage on his hand. He knew that he would see Chidore, and somehow he looked at Kuroneko who had become so excited.
"Don't get too excited.
"I know."
Kuroneko quickly nodded and changed his expression turned serious, however, her body was honest since her body was trembling from excitement, watching the fight between Sasuke and Gaara.
Haru didn't say too much and let out a long sigh. He really hoped that the problem was solved quickly since he also started to get nervous.
"Don't worry, I'm here," Yajima said with a smile.
Kuroneko and Haru nodded at the same time.
Beside the three of them, there was Gai, Kakashi, Naruto, Shikamaru, Lee, and other people who sat nearby. They had changed their sitting position since they were curious about Haru.
"You're really not a ninja, right?" Anko asked. Even though the fight between Sasuka and Gaara was quite fun, in her mind, the young man beside her was several times more interesting.

Haru nodded and said, "Let's concentrate on the battle, that kid with spiky hair wants to do something."

Gai wrinkled his nose when he saw Sasuke's jutsu and asked, "Kakashi, what have you been teaching him?"
Kakashi smiled and said, "Don't worry, this is for insurance."
Gai shook his head and looked at Haru. "Hey, youth, I'll give you my training manual later."
Haru nodded and said, "Thank you, Gai-San." He hoped that it wasn't something unreasonable such as 1000x push up, 1000x sit up, 10 km running. If that was the case, then he would turn bald in the future.
Gain then took out a scroll from his pocket and gave it to Haru. "Here you go."
"What is this?" Haru was a bit surprised since Gai directly gave this thing to him.
"This is my regular training, you can train this every day and your strength will become very strong!!" Gai said with a smile.
Haru nodded and looked at a very little note on the edge of the paper. He didn't say anything and kept this paper in his pocket. He then looked at the arena since Sasuke started his counter-attack!

"Chidori!!!!"
Sasuke shouted out the name of his jutsu and his hand started to emit lightning. He quickly dashed in very fast speed toward Gaara. He only had one purpose in this battle and that was to defeat Gaara as soon as possible.
Chidori has a high concentration of lightning chakra channeled around the user's hand. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name.
Sasuke knew that this jutsu had a large drawback such as he needed to move very fast and it was hard for him to see the path, however, with Sharingan in his eyes, it was able to nullify this drawback for him.
Sasuke's speed was very fast and he destroyed the path along the way. He raised his hand which was covered in "Chidori" then thrust it toward Gaara!
*BOOOMM!!!!*

Everyone was a bit shocked when they saw the destructiveness of Chidori.
Haru was also amazed but he didn't feel jealous since his light magic was better. It was the truth since Chidori needed the user to run after all and if the opponent wasn't Gaara, then it was easy to dodge Chidori.
Haru knew that rather than jealous of someone else's power, it was better to develop his own power. He needed to develop his Light Magic better so he could stay alive during the mission.
While watching the match, Haru had lost the nervous feeling on his heart and he was sure that he could succeed on this first quest and return safely with everyone.
However, Haru had to admit that Chidori was quite pleasing to the eye, even if this technique had a lot of drawbacks.
However, even if the fight became exciting, Kuroneko couldn't stay calm since she knew that it was about to begin. She was wondering whether it would be alright, but then her hand was being held gently by him.
"Don't worry."
Kuroneko nodded and held his hand tighter.
Yajima smiled looking at both of them but his expression also became dignified since he also knew that the attack would start soon and he would do his everything to protect both of them.

Gintoki was still in the toilet. He sighed in relief that his stomach was alright, and he regretted his choice to buy another food.
Gintoki washed his hand on the sink while whistling happily. He was wondering what had happened on the match until he saw a ninja with Otogakure's mask enter the toilet. He smiled at this ninja and said, "Sorry, I have let out quite a lot today." He was a gentleman after all and he needed to tell this ninja that the toilet was quite fragrant because of him.
The ninja wrinkled his nose after he heard that statement. Looking at Gintoki, he became annoyed and walked toward him.
Gintoki didn't do anything and still washed his hands calmly.
"DIE!!!!"
The ninja raised his hand and stabbed Gintoki with kunai in his hand. The attack would start soon anyway so it didn't really matter whether he killed someone now or later.
Gintoki dodged his attack and grabbed this ninja's head.
"Don't your parents ever tell you to wash your hands after you went to the toilet?"
Gintoki didn't hesitate and crashed the ninja's head into the mirror in front!
*Shatter!!*
*Baam!*
Blood dripped from the ninja's head and he passed out directly.
Gintoki shook his head and quickly took his wooden sword.
"Everyone waits for me!"
Gintoki knew that the attack had started and he needed to return to everyone, however, he realized that he hadn't closed his zipper at this moment.

When Chidori hit Gaara's sand of cocoon, Haru could tell that Gaara would go berserk but then he also realized several ninjas who started to use a hand sign. He was startled and knew that those ninjas were about to perform an illusion to make everyone fall asleep.
Haru's voice was very low and he even closed his eyes before he used his magic.
"Cure."
Then feathers dropped from the sky, and everyone who saw those feathers started to feel sleepy, however, a lot of ninja from Konoha started to attack the ninja of Sunagakure and Otogakure who did this jutsu since they had expected this attack beforehand!
"Eh?"
The ninjas of Sugakure and Otogakure were stupified when they were attacked and one by one they were killed by Konoha ninja, but at the same time, they were startled when their genjutsu was useless on everyone!
