Siren's Watch

Quinn is a young woman encased in concrete, surrounded by ocean. It's okay, though... everyone is. This is perfectly normal. Why wouldn't there be mountainous walls of concrete on the horizon? Along with the other members of the Red Crest, she labors for order in a city on the brink of destruction, unaware that her struggles are only bringing everyone closer to their inevitable doom. The power is failing. The walls are cracking. There is only one answer, and Quinn, and everyone else in the city, is blind to it.
